Chocolate Sponge Cake

Ingredients 4 eggs 1 cup castor sugar 1 cup Flour 2 tspn cream of tartar 1 tspn baking soda cup cocoa cup hot water 20oz butter

Separate eggs and beat egg whites until thick. Add yolks. Gradually add sugar and beat till creamy. Fold in shifted dry ingredients. Then water and melted butter. Place in greased tin and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
