SEARCH AND ARREST WARRANT

TO THE SHERIFF OR ANY PEACE OFFICER OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS OR
PEACE OFFICER OF THE STATE OF TEXAS.
GREETINGS:
WHEREAS, Complaint in writing, under oath, has been made before me by Officer M.
W. Williams, a peace officer employed by the Houston Police Department and assigned to the
Organized Prostitution Squad/Vice Division and did on this date subscribe and swear to the
affidavit before me and whereas I find that the affiant stated and swore to facts and information
in said affidavit that show affiant has probable cause for the belief expressed therein and that in
my opinion establishes proper grounds for the issuance of this warrant.
YOU ARE THEREFORE COMMANDED to forthwith enter the premises at the
following location:
9940 Memorial Dr. # 15, Houston, Harris County, Texas 77024, including any and all offices,
storage facilities and vehicles located within the curtilage of said location with authority to
search for and seize and bring before me the property the property seized, to wit; any and all
employment records, contracts, photographs, videos, any and all financial documents relating to
the employment and business activity of the below listed persons and relating to violations of
‘Aggravated Promotion of Prostitution including those items set out below:
Financial documents maintained in paper or computerized form, including, but not limited to
invoices for purchases or sales, receipts, billing or transaction documents, payment vouchers,
payment documents, agreements, contracts, customer account records, checks, registers,
statements, banking information, journals, ledgers, work papers, summary sheets, notes or
memoranda (both formal and informal) or any other financial documents evidencing the
obtaining, transferring or concealment of prostitution proceeds;
Business records maintained in paper or computerized form, including but not limited to
employee records or contracts of persons previously or currently employed, customer lists of
previous or current customers and their identity, customer or business contact sheets, daily
reports, schedules, management reports, policies, deeds, leases, mortgages, contracts,
agreements, work papers, summary sheets, notes or memoranda (both formal and informal) or
any other business documents evidencing the above mentioned felony offenses;
Handwritten joumals or personal writings relating to illegal prostitution activity and money
Teundering;
ALSTelephones and related records pertaining to any and all telephone accounts, caller identification
devices and telephone recording equipment including the stored data of such devices;
Any and all lists of the names and/or identities of Houston Police Department and Harris County
Sheriff's Department Peace Officers including their undercover alias names;
Any and all records pertaining to persons currently or previously employed or under contract
with the aforesaid persons;
Photographs and videotapes;
Safe deposit box keys;
Any and all contraband as defined under Chapter 59 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.
YOU ARE FURTHER COMMANDED to search for, seize and to search each of the following
items individually:
Any and all implements and instruments used in the commission of the crime of Aggravated
Promotion of Prostitution, including, but not limited to any computer related documentation,
computer, computer system and related peripherals, commercial software and hardware, central
processing units, computer disks, disk drives, monitors, computer printers, modems, taps drives,
disk application programs, data disks, system disk, operating system, magnetic media floppy
disks, hardware and software operating manuals, operation equipment, digital cameras, any
memory devices that works with a digital camera, scanners, computer photographs, any cellular
telephones that may be attached to a computer, and any electronic data storage device, including
but not limited to, hardware, software, diskettes, backup tapes, CD-ROMS, DVD, DVD-ROMS,
Flash memory devices, and other storage mediums; any input/output peripheral devices,
including but not limited to passwords, data security devices and related documentation, and any
hardware/software manuals related to or used; envelopes, letters, and other correspondence
including, but not limited to, electronic mail, chat logs, and electronic messages that reflects the
above listed items and/or the duration of employment of these individuals, the amount of
business generated during the individual's course of employment, the duties performed during
their daily employment, the solicitation, advertisement and/or listing of contact information of an
organized prostitution enterprise on the Internet.
Digital pager(s), including the stored data and records held within the memory of said digital
pager(s); fax machines including the stored data and records held within the memory of said fax
machines; and cellular telephones;
At said place(s) you shall search for and, if same be found, seize and bring before me the above
described property.
