    every private hospital To expand product inclusions in the hospital formulary. To sustain and increase the products included in the hospital formulary.

    STRATEGY
    Tap the therapeutic committee members.
    Sponsor the therapeutic meetings charge to

    DMs budget. Schedule of dine-outs to top endorsers. Develop strong product endorsers who are influential in the hospital.

    MECHANICS
    Identify the members of the therapeutic

    committees Look for potential endorsers. Know the hospital policies for product inclusion. Know your competitors for price reference. Schedule for product presentation as required. Submit all the necessary papers like BFAD,LTO,CPR,COMPANY PROFILE and PRODUCT MONOGRAPH and LETTER OF INTENT. Submission of stock donation for evaluation. Regular follow-up is needed.
