All groups of Ed.D. Students Cohort 1 to 12.

Please be informed that the short semester begins from 8 th June to 23rd August 2013. Within this short semester six (6) modules are offered to students who want to earn extra credits or who have missed some modules in the earlier semesters. Students are allowed to offer one or two modules as they wished. The modules are listed below.

1. EPE6253 Human Resource Management (Dr. Salmah Ayob) 2. EDE6423 Quality Management in Education (Dr. Salmah Ayob) 3. EPE6133 Legal Aspects of Higher Education (Dr. Sulaiaman Shamsuri) 4. EPE6113 History of Higher Education (Dr. Sulaiman Shamsuri) 5. EDE6463 Sociology of Education (Dr. Mohd Nor Nawawi) 6. EPE6173 Statistical Methods Applied to Education (Dr. Siti Rehani Che Hussain)

Students wishing to offer any module must inform the Head of Programme on or before 10th May 2013 informing him the modules they wish to offer. This is important for the purpose of preparing the material and the facilities for the lectures. Call or sms 019-6620575. At the same time students are also required to register with the CGS on June 6 9, 2013.

The schedules for the short semester are given below. In addition to the six modules mentioned above, the Head of Programme will conduct a four day workshop on the rules and the Application of the American Psychological Association (APA) in writing academic papers, reports, thesis and dissertations. Students who had not have enough knowledge in the system must attend this workshop. The workshop will also include the procedure of writing the proposal for the dissertation.
