Webalo Internship Opportunity

Webalo is looking to hire interns for Summer employment in Alexandria, Egypt. This is a unique learning opportunity where you will work on a real-world commercial product, use cutting edge mobile technology, and be part of a world-class team. During the Summer 2013 months, selected interns will be working on adding new features to the Webalo mobile client that runs on Android, iOS, BlackBerry, and Windows 8. You will also get introduced to Webalo cloud-based platform. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working directly with the Webalo team located in Los Angeles and reporting directly to the VP of Engineering at Webalo. Through these interactions, you will advance your software engineering skills, learn exceptional engineering discipline, as well as improve your communications skills. Webalo adopts a very flexible work environment and we do our best to accommodate individual needs. Understanding the nature of traffic in Alexandria, especially during Summer time, we provide our employees and interns with full flexibility in organizing their work schedule, and in particular during Ramadan. We also offer our employees and interns the choice to work from home as long as a sufficient level of communication is maintained. There are only a few open spots and we are looking to fill them with the best candidates. We are looking for one or more of the following in each candidate: Ranked among the top 20% in your class or better. Participated in significant software development outside college work. Obtained an advanced rank in a renowned programming competition. Started programming and working with computers at a very young age.
