Instructions for completing your paper application: Complete this application if you are applying for undergraduate study. 1. Complete and sign the application form. 2. If you wish for a 3rd party, such as a relative or an educational agent, to have access to your file, complete and sign the Release Information Form. 3. High school and transfer applicants should arrange to have the following official or official notarized documents sent to the International Recruitment Centre: Official or official notarized copies of your high school / secondary school grades, including 11th and 12th years / senior years. NOTE: an official admission decision will NOT be made until all official or official notarized documents are received. Official or official notarized copies of transcripts for each post-secondary institution (College, University or Language school) you have attended. NOTE: Failure to disclose this information could result in cancellation of your application, your Letter of Acceptance, or subsequent suspension from the University. If you have attended a post-secondary institution, you must provide detailed course descriptions for each of your courses. The results from any academic tests you have taken, such as SAT, ACT, Cambridge O and A levels, International Baccalaureate, CXC or others. Evidence of English language proficiency, where available / necessary (i.e. TOEFL, IELTS, CAEL, MELAB etc.). Conditional admission is available for students low/no test score. 3. Enclose a $ 60 CDN non-refundable application processing fee. The application fee can be paid by: * Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) * Bank draft * Money order through a major Canadian banking institution * Certified cheque made payable to the University of New Brunswick 4. Students who are conditionally admitted will be assessed for English language proficiency upon arrival to UNB and may require mandatory English language study prior to taking academic courses. Conditional admission guarantees the students seat in their academic program and is sufficient to obtain a study permit. Scholarships Separate scholarship forms are not required. UNB offers guaranteed entrance scholarships to students applying directly from high school who have an admissions average of 80% or higher. The form will be included in your acceptance package.

If you are a visiting student, also send a letter of permission from your home institution. TRANSLATION: If any of the above documents are issued in a language other than English, you must provide a certified English translation in addition to your official or notarized copies.
