RE: Petition in Zernik v Minister of Justice et al (2689/13) -repeat
request for honest registration, alternatively refund of court fees of
NIS 1786.00
Your Honor's response within 14 days is requested
To the Honorable Presiding Justice of the Supreme Court:
On April 18, 2013, I sent the Court request for honest registration in the
above referenced petition, alternatively for refund of the filing fees. [1]
Repeat inspection of the online records in this case today shows that the
records were indeed altered, but again the registration is false and
misleading. [2]
Following are highlights of the false and misleading registration details, as
of today:
1. Under General Details, the Petitioner was listed as Appellant.
2. Under Events: a) The filing of the Petition itself on April 15, 2013,
still fails to be registered. b) On May 1, 2013 no record at all was filed, and
the listing on that date Process Filed is false and misleading. The
language of the registration is incorrect as well. The correct registration
should have been Petition Filed.
3. Under Requests: a) A request was registered on April 21, 2013. The
Petitioner never filed any record on that date. b) The Request was
registered for an Intermediary Decree. There is no business involving an
Intermediary Decree in this case.
Therefore, I request that your Honor ensure honest registration of the
records in this case, alternatively, I request refund of the filing fees.
It should be noted that the course of events in this case so far, resembles the
course of events under Zernik v Governor of Bank of Israel (7650/12)
where the filing of the Petition was not registered first, and following

protest, the case was falsely registered as an Appeal, which the Court
refused to correct. [3]
Conduct of the Supreme Court in this matter should be particularly
alarming, since the subject matter of the Petition is the conduct of
simulated litigation in the courts of the State of Israel over the past decade
(including the Supreme Court) and the issuance of false court records, first
and foremost in the case of the late Moshe Silman in the Tel Aviv District
Court.
Instant request is addressed to your Honor directly, since the Request for
Recusal documents that Ms Sarah Lifschitz occupies the Office of the
Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court for over a decade with no lawful
appointment record. Therefore, the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme
Court of the State of Israel should be deemed a simulated Office of the
Clerk.
