NOMINATIONS FOR 2013-2014 FOW OFFICERS

Please submit names of nominees for the positions below and return to the ballot box in the Main Office by MONDAY, JUNE 3 or at the FOW Meeting on TUESDAY, JUNE 4.

CO-PRESIDENTS (2 people):

Oversees and supports all operations including but not limited to Fundraising, Hospitality, Communications, and Finances. Creates FOW meeting agenda based on current business and open call for items prior to meetings and conducts meetings in an efficient and timely manner. Acts as liaison between FOW and Walgrove Administration Acts as Parent Center Coordinator (new)

VICE PRESIDENTS OF FUNDRAISING (2 people):

Coordinate and recruit volunteers for all fundraising events and programs throughout the year.

VICE PRESIDENT OF HOSPITALITY:

Oversight of Hospitality Committee which manages all FOW-sponsored events (including support of fundraising events) and supports school events as requested.

VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNICATIONS AND ROOM PARENT COORDINATION: ___________________________________


Recruits and coordinates the Room Parent community for year-long teacher support Oversight of weekly Room Parent e-mails Oversight of weekly Wednesday Packets with Walgrove Administration

Attend take minutes of all FOW meetings. Count and record ballots from open votes at FOW meetings. Provide administrative support to the rest of Board.

Oversight of approved budget and accounting controls. Taxes Cash Flow Management (statements for Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, etc.)
