Petitioner Dr Joseph Zernik herein files request for certification of the Justice Esther Hayut April 18, 2013 Decision in instant court file, alternatively, for removal of the record from this court file. On April 18, 2013, Decision by Justice Esther Hayut in this court file was released, and on May 5, 2013 it was delivered to the Petitioner at the Jaffa Street, Jerusalem, Israel Post Office, carrying a disclaimer, subject to editing and phrasing changes, unsigned by Justice Hayut, and with no accompanying authentication letter by the Clerk of the Court. Appendix A is a copy of the Justice Esther Hayut April 18, 2013 Decision record, in instant court file, as served on the Petitioner. [1] A reasonable person could not deem the receipt of such record as lawful service of a valid court decision. The Decision record in part also denies a Request for Recusal of the Office of the Clerk, which was not before the court at all. [2] In instant court file, from the onset, the Office of the Clerk has engaged in false and misleading registration of records. [3] In the Supreme Court of the State of Israel, Chief Clerk Sarah Lifschitz has occupied her office for over a decade with no lawful appointment record. The UN Human Rights Council Periodic Review, Professional Staff Report (2013, paragraph 25) refers to lack of integrity in the electronic records of the Supreme Court.. of the State of Israel. courts of the State of Israel over the past decade, including the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court is conducting simulated proceedings fraud on the Petitioner and on the People of the State of Israel, and that the Justice Esther Hayut April 18, 2013 Decision record is void, not voidable. 9. Therefore, the Petitioner requests that the Judge Esther Hayut April 18, 2013 Decision record be provided to the Petitioner, signed by Justice Esther Hayut, without the disclaimer subject to editing and phrasing changes, and certified True Copy of the Original under the signature of the Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court, if there is a lawfully appointed Chief Clerk, or by the Magistrate of the Supreme Court. 10.
