and the situation of the Somali government

In the beginning I congratulate the martyrs of the Mogadishu operation who sacrificed themselves cheaply for the implementing the Islamic Sharia and demolishing the headquarters of Kufr, the Almighty says: (Surely Allah has bought of the believers their persons and their property for this, that they shall have the garden; they fight in Allah's way, so they slay and are slain; a promise which is binding on Him in the Taurat and the Injeel and the Quran; and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? Rejoice therefore in the pledge which you have made; and that is the mighty achievement) 111 Surah At-Taubah, we ask Allah to raise their Level (in paradise), and accept their martyrdom, and make us from those who follow their path and their slogan is: (Arabic poetry) Labaik O Islam of heroism we all will sacrifice for the homeland Labaik make from our skulls a ladder for your glory Labaik if the banner is thirsty the youth will pour on it their blood

With the blood of the martyrs the American invasion on Somalia failed With the blood of the martyrs Ethiopia was prevented from controlling our country With the blood of the martyrs the plots of the agents like Abdullah Yusuf and apostate Sheikh Sharif failed And with the blood of the martyrs the cunning of the Ugandans and their agents will fail We will discuss in this message two matters, the plots of the apostate regime that target the Muslim Somali nation that could be described that are greater than the previous ones, since from the problems that they caused to this nation is that brought a constitution that contradicts with the religion of this Ummah and its customs and goals but it achieves the will of the foreigners who do not know any religion or customs or recognize the Book of Allah, while Allah Almighty says: (Is it then the judgment of (the times of) ignorance that they desire? And who is better than Allah to judge for a people who are sure?) 50 Surah Al-Maeda. Secondly, they became forts and spies for the control of the country and dividing it, and they named the invading forces as friendly forces and peacekeepers, and by that they facilitated for the foreign enemy forces and foreign companies that have special purposes its presence in the country, and above that they

want to deceive the Ummah and conceal the obvious Kenyan Ugandan occupation, look now at Baidoa and Garbahaarreey under the rule of the Ethiopians, and Kismayo under the rule of Kenya, they do not accept their opinion despite that they are considered a cover for the Kenyans, and the Mogadishu Airport is run by the Ugandans. Thirdly, they plundered the riches of the country and permitted it to the foreign invading forces and Western companies and they hide fake deals and illegal investments and financial corruption and their goal after they sold their conscience is to sell the riches of the country, and they also caused the destabilizing of the general economy and the high price and exchange value. Fourthly, they worked to spread vice and the demolition of morals. Fifthly, they caused the displacement of people in the peaceful regions that they invaded in order to stop the implementation of the Sharia and they turned the people either a displaced, murdered, prisoner or frightened. Sixthly, they established a series of prisons that are spread in all the regions that they rule especially in Mogadishu, Kismayo and Baidoa, and they release the people from it after sums of money are paid, and some prisoners are taken away then executed and their bodies are thrown in the streets. All these matters that we mentioned pushed America to recognize and receive the heads of apostasy because they achieved from them that goals that they want and they made their regime as the Americans wanted it, while Allah Almighty says: (And the Jews will not be pleased with you, nor the Christians until you follow their religion. Say: Surely Allah's guidance, that is the (true) guidance. And if you follow their desires after the knowledge that has come to you, you shall have no guardian from Allah, nor any helper) 120 Surah Al-Baqara. We thank Allah that the failure of the apostate regime became clearly visible and that are walking to disaster. The Ummah should understand that this gang is its enemy, since they are the ones carrying the plots of the foreign invading foreigners and seek to disperse and keeping it away from its religion, honor, money and others, and no doubt their end will be like those who preceded them, after their mission end they will end up humiliated and lost outside the country (Like the Shaitan when he says to man: Disbelieve, but when he disbelieves, he says: I am surely clear of you; surely I fear Allah, the Lord of the worlds 16- Therefore the end of both of them is that they are both in the fire to abide therein, and that is the reward of the unjust) Surah Al-Hashr. The second matter which we will discuss is the London conference, since this conference is only a culmination of the plot that began in the previous conference, and this plot aims to three matters: Firstly, handing over the riches and resources of the country, and what is left are returned to international agreements behind the scenes, and it is stolen under the pretext of administrative reform and fighting corruption.

Secondly, dividing the country under the slogan of federalism which its essence is only partition, and we should remember the old partition of the Somali nation which its impacts are still present to this day, and the one who supervised this partition were the British so it is insane that we today seek from them save us, it is they who gave Kenya the North Eastern region and today they want add Kismayo and the regions of Juba to that, and it is they who gave Ethiopia the Hawd Reserve and the Western region and now they want to give them more regions. Thirdly, they want to keep the people away from the ruling of Allah and replace it with the English and American laws, and for that we say that the London conference is a plot woven against the Ummah so let us be ready for that. In conclusion I also say the Ummah should be prepared for the betrayals of the enemy and not believe the promises that we hear from the Kuffar and their agents, and take lessons from the previous experiments, do not be stung from the same hole several times, Allah Almighty says: (He gives them promises and excites vain desires in them; and the Shaitan does not promise them but to deceive) 120 Surah An-Nisa, and know that the country is occupied and divided, Ethiopia rules you and Kenya and Uganda, and the people whom you deal with their images and names but their believes and customs are imported from the invading Kuffar. You know that security and stability occurs only by adhering to the Book of Allah (Those who believe and do not mix up their faith with iniquity, those are they who shall have the security and they are those who go aright) 82 Surah Al-Anaam, and prosperity and development comes with the Taqwa of Allah (And if the people of the towns had believed and guarded (against evil) We would certainly have opened up for them blessings from the heaven and the earth, but they rejected, so We overtook them for what they had earned) 96 Surah Al-Araf, and unity and alliance is from Allah (And united their hearts; had you spent all that is in the earth, you could not have united their hearts, but Allah united them; surely He is Mighty, Wise) 63 Surah Al-Anfal, and abandoning the rule of Allah is a loss in the Dunya and hereafter (And whoever turns away from My reminder, his shall be a straitened life, and We will raise him on the day of resurrection, blind) 124 Surah Taha, and we say to the mujahidin that your aim is to expel the Kuffar from the land and that the nation be ruled by the Sharia of Allah (And fight with them until there is no persecution, and religion should be only for Allah) 193 Surah Al-Baqara, attack them successively, and continue your raids, prevent them from rest, storm their headquarters, target their routes, eradicate them by explosives, terrorize them by martyrdom seeker, and do not be concerned of their numbers.
