Dear Ms. Hughes.:. Based upon the claims you make in your October 9, 2012, correspondence to Student Loans of North Dakota, it is apparent you have chosen to rely on a fraudulent debt elimination scheme, rather than accept responsibility for the proper repayment of your student loan obligation. As I notified you in my September 25, 2012, correspondence, the purported check you submitted to Student Loans of North Dakota bearing the restrictive endorsement: "Not For Deposit. For EFT Only. For Discharge of Debt." is of no legal effect and does not discharge or eliminate your responsibility for the repayment of your student loan obligation. I recommend 'you educate yourself to the attendant risks of becoming involved in such schemes, including the harm to your credit rating in failing to repay your debts, the loss of money you might have invested inthe scheme, as well as the potential theft of your financial identity by the perpetrators of the fraudulent scheme. Again, I request you refrain from submitting any additional frivolous material to Student Loans of North Dakota in the future. Instead, you need to bring current your student loan obligation for which you will continue to be billed through a valid means of payment. Thank you.

Sinere~
