Defaulted student loans of Jill M. Hughes

Dear-Ms. Hughes: The Bank of North Dakota, by and through the North Dakota Guaranteed Student Loan Program ("SLND"), has referred the matter of your defaulted student loans to the North Dakota Office of Attorney General for appropriate legal action. As you previously have been advised, the correspondence you have submitted to SLND in an attempt to discharge your student loan obligation based upon your willing participation in a fraudulent loan payoff scam is meaningless and of no legal significance. The consequences of your default in the repayment of your student loan, among other matters, include the ability of SLND to seek a judgment against you and to enforce that judgment through the judicial means of the garnishment of your wages or other property, and the execution and levy on non-exempt property. If you fail to make reasonable and satisfactory arrangements for the payment of your legal obligation by contacting SLND toll-free at 1-800-472-2166 by no later than Monday, May 13, 2013, legal action will be commenced against you for collection of your defaulted student loan obligation. .Thank you.
