Worth a total of 15 points! Five points per animal.

For this extra credit activity choose 3 animals (1 invertebrate, 1 vertebrate and 1 your choice) to discover and learn more about. For EACH of the animals write a paragraph or two about it. Within the paragraph you need to include the following: the phylum the animal is in a visual of the animal the animal's habitat the animal's food source how the animal obtains food how it avoids predators how it affects people or other organisms ALSO include one unusual fact about the animal. Use this chart to assist you in organizing your thoughts before writing about your three invertebrates ( Turning this chart in will not gain you any points):
