According to May 2, 2013 decision of Judge Alon, Dr Zernik is a
party to this case. According to Israeli law, a party to a case is
entitled to access court records. Upon filing Notice of Inspection,
only access to part of the decision records (six out of eight), but
nothing else was permitted. According to court staff such denial
of access was pursuant to direct instructions of Judge Alon
