Dear Sir, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I hereby accept this offer and agree to: 1. participate in all Induction Programme activities, 2. abide by all the rules and instructions of the Induction Programme, and 3. pay the RM500.00 fee upon registration (non-refundable) and I shall not request for any reimbursement should I withdraw from the Programme for whatsoever reason once registered. I will not hold ALAM responsible for any accident or incident that may occur during the Induction Programme. I agree that at the end of the Induction Programme, I will take the Candidate Fitness Assessment (physical tests) and have to pass the tests in order to proceed with the Cadetship Programme.
