ByRev. Dr Jeffry David Camm JP MIEPR
In the scriptures we are told that Jesus is going to prepare a place for us, and that He willcome back for us, and we will be with Him in this place for eternity. Do you know whatHeaven is like? Will you be happy when you get to Heaven? Do you know what you will do,when you get there? These are questions all mature Christians should be able to answer. This book will hopefully answer some of these questions, or point you to another book, whichcan explain it for you in greater detail.
Serving God with Purpos
The Camm Coat of Arms
Since about 400 AD, the Camm family have been Christians, and records indicate that theywere involved in Church life in England, Scotland and Wales since that time, even havingsome of its namesakes, as rectors of churches in England. It is only in doing research for this book that I came across this information, and it helps to explain why satan tried so hardto stop me from fulfilling my destiny in Jesus Christ. As indicated in my book
On the Potter’s Wheel
I was involved in a horrific car accident in1969, my neck was broken and I became paralysed. But God raised me up with amiraculous healing and I walked out of that hospital, without a wheelchair, or a pair of crutches, or a cane, ready to serve the Lord for the rest of my life. As proclaimed by Apostle Paul, so I can also proclaim:
“I am not ashamed of t
he gospel of
Jesus Christ”
and have travelled to 43 countries to preach/teach the gospel to a dyingworld, suffering beatings and jail for the gospel. In that time I have helped plant 39 churches, trained, raised and ordained pastors and elders, to take over the responsibility of runningthese churches, for the glory of Jesus Christ. For more than 50 years I have been involved in worship ministry. When I compose music, sing, or play violin, I find it so easy to go into the heavens, right into the throne room beforethe Lord and seek His face. But my greatest joy has been seeing thousands of people make decisions for Jesus Christ,
coming out of Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism and other “isms” or occults, to change their lives
and follow Jesus Christ, as their own personal saviour. My burden now is to write Christian books and Christian teaching material, to expound theGospel, so that people can be challenged in their daily lives, to live a life worthy of thesacrifice that Jesus made upon the cross for each of us.Jesus said that He came
so that not even one soul shall be lost
. But He gave us, (theBody of Christ, the
“born again” Christians
), the responsibility to go to all the nations, topreach/teach the gospel, to make disciples, so that we will all obediently follow Him and giveglory to His Father in Heaven.
I do not normally recommend other books, but in writing this book, I must give credit andrecognition to a book written by Randy Alcorn, entitled
which opened my eyes, toa part of the scriptures, which is hardly ever touched upon from the pulpit, but is extremelyimportant for us, firstly as individual Christians, but also corporately as the Body of Christ,
[the Betrothed of Christ].
