Comes now the State of Missouri by and through the undersigned Assistant Prosecuting Attorney on information and belief that there is probable cause to believe that the above named defendant committed the following crime(s): COUNT: 01 UNLAWFUL SEX WITH AN ANIMAL - CLASS A MISDEMEANOR That Lawrence Jones, in violation of Section 566.111, RSMo, committed the class A misdemeanor of unlawful sex with an animal, punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011 and 560.016, RSMo, in that on or about March 31, 2013, in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant digitally penetrated the genitals of a horse, and did so for the purpose of arousing or gratifying his sexual desire. 2212599.0 COUNT: 02 TRESPASS IN THE FIRST DEGREE - CLASS B MISDEMEANOR That Lawrence Jones , in violation of Section 569.140, RSMo, committed the class B misdemeanor of trespass in the first degree, punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011 and 560.016, RSMo, in that on or about April 24, 2013, in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant knowingly remained unlawfully upon real property located at 9115 Natural Bridge Road and possessed by Wade Spell, notice against trespass upon said real estate having been given by actual communication to the defendant. 5704299.0 COUNT: 03 UNLAWFUL SEX WITH AN ANIMAL - CLASS A MISDEMEANOR That Lawrence Jones , in violation of Section 566.111, RSMo, committed the class A misdemeanor of unlawful sex with an animal, punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011 and 560.016, RSMo, in that on or about April 24, 2013, in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant digitally penetrated the vagina of a horse, and did so for the purpose of arousing or gratifying his sexual desire. 2212599.0
