THE BIKE RALLY 8 chairs are put out indicating the 8 compass points Leave clearly defined space between each point. When each section is called eg NORTH, they stand up, turn around and sit down. When the story teller says WORLD, everyone moves clockwise by one chair. A huge important bike rally was to be held this year. Bikers from NORTH, SOUTH, EAST and WEST of the country were due to arrive any day now and it was said that bikers were even coming in from around the WORLD. This huge rally was taking place in a town EAST of Johannesburg in a little town called Ogies onder Water, in the district of WEST Mpumlanga. Little did the bikers know that the SOUTHEASTerly winds blow like crazy here in this little dorp whilst just a few kilometres NORTHEAST lies a peacefull and tranquil spot, ideal for the rally. Invitations have been sent around the WORLD for this important event requesting all the prominent bikers to attend and from afar afield as SOUTHWEST of America to the NORTHWEST of Australia; the SOUTHEAST of Canada to the NORTHEAST of Russia everyone had accepted. Food had to be thought of now and because the event was being held in the back end of beyond, it was important to get in some good caterers. WORLD-wide Caterers were called upon as they had vast experience with these types of functions and having catered previously for the King and Queen of the SOUTH it was the obvious choice. It was necessary to involve the delicacies from around the WORLD and so from the NORTH we were going to have whale blubber and from the SOUTH the ultimate delicacy of Mopani Worms sounded good. The WEST provided the traditional hamburger and the EAST we thought about having some flied lice Before we knew it everyone was arriving from far and wide. However the bikers from the SOUTH EAST of Asia had advised that a hurricane had hit them and they were unable to make the trip. .... and some more disaster the SOUTHEASTerly winds had picked up blowing the tent in the NORTH WESTerly direction. The day was saved and everyone moved a few kilometres NORTH EAST to the tranquil dorp where the bike rally started.
