Scope of Document: This document helps us in Scheduling and Descheduling of the process chains and to delete a job.

Step5: Provide the start date from where we want to see the running process chains from that date. Generally start date will be given as one week before from the current date. Click on the Execute button.
Step6: The following screen will appear showing the chains running from the start date. Now we are going to schedule a process chain. In this case we will schedule the preclosing chain ZCHECK_PC Click on the log id of the process chain ZCHECK_PC
Step7: Then the following screen will come which will show the process flow of ZCHECK_PC

Step9: The following screen will appear . In that click on the change button. And click on the change selections button.
. Step4: The following screen will come and we will provide the scheduled start time and start date. In this there are several tabs such as immediate with which we can immediately run a process chain. After job: with which we can we can run a process chain after a given job is completed After event: with which we can we can run a process chain after given event is given Date/Time: The job will start at the date and time specified, subject to job priority and the availability of background work processes. Since ZCHECK_PC load which will run multiple times in a time gap .so that time gap we can provide in the periodic values.

Here we have provided that chain run should run for every 3 hours
Step5: we will save everything by clicking the save button. Click on the save button. Click on the schedule button

Step7: After clicking the tick mark the following screen will appear. Select standard priority C
Step8: After clicking the tick mark the following screen will appear showing us that chain was activated and scheduled.

After right click on the start of the process chain the following process screen will come.
Step4: Click on the displaying scheduling job(s) The following screen will appear
Step5: Select the job and click the delete button. The following screen will come.
This implies that job has been deleted. In this way the jobs will be deleted.

This is screen what we get after going into transaction SA38. These are all the process chains which are running from the start date what we have given.
Step1: Click on the logid of the process chain which we want to delete the job from the server

After right click on the start of the process chain the following process screen will come.
Step4: Click on the displaying scheduling job(s) The following screen will appear
Step5: Select the job and click the delete button. The following screen will come.

This implies that job has been deleted. In this way the jobs will be deleted
Descheduling continues.

DESCHEDULING
Step1: In this case we will schedule the preclosing chain ZCHECK_PC Click on the log id of the process chain ZCHECK_PC
Step2: Then the following screen will come which will show the process flow of ZCHECK_PC

Step4: Select the start of the ZCHECK_PC Click on the execution tab In that click the remove from schedule
