Explanation – Bylaw No. 4745

M. Bakken explained that Bylaw No. 4745 rezones 0.30 ha (0.74 acres) of land
located at 4752 - 217A Street from Suburban Residential Zone SR-1 to Residential
Zone R-1D to accommodate a two (2) lot single family subdivision.

There were no submissions regarding Bylaw No. 4745.

Explanation from the proponent

Kevin Eckert, 4752 217A Street was in attendance and commented that their plan is
to build a home on the second lot.

2. Liquor Primary Endorsement Application No. 000010 (Duke of Wellington)

In accordance with the Township of Langley Liquor Primary Licence Endorsement


Policy (07-615) a hearing must be held on new Liquor applications prior to the
Township providing a response to the Liquor Control Branch.

Explanation from the proponent

Ralph Berezan, 19988 - 84 Avenue, owner of Delbin Holdings, commented that the
liquor store is approximately 5,000 square feet and that he proposes to move his
business to the shopping plaza. The new location is the former BC Liquor Store.
