    With the establishment of the China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park (QIP) project, the Department would like to review the implications of establishing an industrial park in the country and vice-versa. In line with this, OUIER would like to request from ASPAC an update on previous bilateral discussions on the establishment of an industrial park in the Philippines.
