Defendants pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(1) on the grounds thatthe Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over the second amendedcomplaint because the Plaintiffs lack standing. Defendants alsomove to dismiss the complaint under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) forfailure to state a claim because these Defendants are immune fromsuit. Alternatively, these Defendants move to strike the complaintunder Fed. R. Civ.
