Subject: Permission to use your premises to film

Mr and Mrs Kavaiya, For our A2 Media studies coursework, the course involves us to create a short film. This contributes 50% towards our final result. We are writing to your to request permission to enter and shoot our short film in your premises from Monday 30th September 2013 to Thursday 3rd October 2013, from 6pm to 10pm. We would need to use two bedrooms of the house, and the front door way, which may be congested whilst we film. We would like to inform you that there will be large pieces of camera recording equipment and lighting entering and departing your premises, also there may be a little noise from our behalf. We hope you take our offer into deep consideration as it is indeed in the comfort of your home. We can reassure you that your premises will be left unharmed with no damage.
