The First Phase of the ADOC
Chinese Taipei first proposed in the 2003
APEC Economic Leaders Meeting. It aims to assist in transforming digital divides into digital opportunities throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Achievements
Formed ADOC International Alliances with 10 PMEs Established ADOC International Partner Offices and 100 Centers among PMEs, across 3 Continents Invited more than 1,000 Organizations from PublicPrivate Sector to get involved in the project:

Offering vocational training programs is an effective way to help those who need it the most to advance in their careers and studies ultimately improve the quality of their lives.
The ADOC 2.0 Digital Hope Train concept, through its Mobile Digital Opportunity Centers (MDOCs) delivers education & training to those who have no access to conventional centers
