5D4N RAJA AMPAT ITINERARY


Day 1 : Sorong Saonek Monde Kabui Bay Passage Manare - Wayag
You will be picked up at Domine Eduard Osok Airport, Sorong, and transferred for having breakfast together. We start our trip from Sorong to Saonek Monde, your first point to touch water of Raja Ampat sea, were snorkeling here. Welcome to Raja Ampat. We continue our sailing to see the inner beauty of Kabui Bay, where we will be sailing between atolls that form a unique island formation, where an amazing picturesque scenery waiting for you on our way entering The Passage channel. Its a small gap between the Gam and Waigeo Island, with a strong current river-like, where the boat has to skid slowly through the channel while you can take more pictures from the top deck, or just lay back to hear the nature voices and enjoy the scenery.

Then were heading to Manare, the wonderful unmanned island with white sandy beach and turquoise water. Well have our lunch at this beautiful island, and then continue our journey to Wayag Islands. Well do snorkeling in front of our camping site and take sunset pictures.

Day 2 : Wayag Islands


Today were gonna spend the whole day by enjoying the very famous spot at Raja Ampat, the Wayag archipelago. After having breakfast, you can do as many activities as you like such as; 1. Snorkeling and explore the natural healthy coral reef and magnificent fish life that have been well conserved to maintain its beauty,

2. Going a little hike to the top of both hill, where we would find the picturesque spot to take pictures and see the spectacular Wayag scenery,

3. Shark-watching; actually not just watching them, you can feed and swim with the friendly shark if you want.

4. Relaxing your mind and soul. Bring your lotion and pick your favorite spot to lay down on the white sandy beach in the hidden lagoon to enjoy the healthy sun in a very elegant way.

Day 3 : Wayag Ancient Handprint Arborek Yanggefo Gam Island


Today we have to say goodbye to the friendly CI crew and continue our sailing to Arborek Island, a prepared tourism village and also a great place to snorkel at the Jetty with thousands of fishes and healthy grow corals.

On our way, well make a quick stop seeing the ancient handprint on a karst cliff. Then having lunch with the local villagers.

While waiting for our lunch, grab your snorkeling gear and hop in to the water, where you will be amazed with the spectacular world under Arborek Jetty, coral and fish life. After lunch, well continue snorkeling in Yanggefo, which is the most celebrated dive spot in Raja Ampat, and become a great place to watch fish life activities.

Day 4 : Birdwatching Manta - Bat Cave Hidden Lagoon Yenbuba - Koh- Kerupiar
Today, we have to wake up early around 5 am. Why? Because were going to watch the Bird of Paradise (Cendrawasih as the local name) playing in their natural home, and we are getting more chances to see them in the dawn than the dusk. Well go for a short 30 minutes trekking into the forrest and reach their playground before theyre waken up.

Were going back to our homestay for having breakfast and enjoy a little fish feeding attraction where you can hand-feed all the hungry fish, then continue our trip to Manta Point. Were going to do snorkeling with the mantas. (Last time we spotted 15 mantas playing at the surface while snorkeling.)

Well continue by visiting a bat cave in one of the atolls at Gams Bay, followed by swimming and relaxing in the Hidden Lagoon. We will have to swim 20 meter underneath the stalactite ceiling to reach the Hidden Lagoon inside.

Then, well carry on our snorkeling time to Yenbuba, which famous by their beautiful brilliant coral and crowded fish life, Koh Island, as known as the world-class snorkeling site with a lot fishes and Kerupiar, the coral life underwater in this spot has been growing in an incredibly way, and being one of the most fishiest spot in Raja Ampat and meet lots of friendly Batfish. Well have a relaxing day to enjoy the beautiful places that have world class snorkeling spots.

Day 5 : Gam Island Friwenbonda Mioskon Waisai - Sorong


(You could either choose if you want to go for a dive trip, 2 dives max) We start our last in Raja Ampat with snorkeling at Friwenbonda. where we can do snorkeling between fissures or caves below. Friwenbonda is famous by its macro life and you can find many many nudibranch while snorkeling.

Then well continue to Mioskon, also known as the heaven of many kind schooling fishes with healthy coralscape. Here, we could find Batfish, Fusilier, Trevally, Sweetlips, Angelfish, Unicornfish, Triggerfish, Butterflyfish, Yellow-fin, Bumphead Parrotfish, Turtles, Black Tip and White Tip ReefShark and even the Wobbegong Shark (endemic Papua shark)!

After enjoying our snorkeling time, were going back to our homestay and packing our stuff because we're going to Waisai for having lunch and continue to Sorong. In Sorong, well stay in a hotel near airport. Well celebrate our last night with having special seafood dinner together. If some of you want to buy a souvenir, we can make a stop by at souvenir shop before dinner. The next day, youll be transferred to the airport depend on your flight schedule. Have a safe flight home, and share the Memory of Heaven youve seen!

(The route can be changed due to weather on the day of trip. Safety, its the most important value for us!)

Additional Information :
1. This is a remote area. We recommend that you take a travel insurance. Well do our best to prevent bad- things outside our itinerary. 2. Were going to have a great adventurous week, and we want to make sure you to enjoy the trip. Its better to have a medical check up before and make sure that you in a fit condition. We would like you to let us know in advance if you have a special condition illness that need a special treatment or prevention.

Packing Check-List :
1. Snorkel gear (mask, snorkel, fins), you can rent at local shop for an extra IDR 50.000/day (limited stock, be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment) 2. Flashlight/ Headlamp. 3. Comfortable foot wear for trekking (reef shoes/ booties will do) 4. Sleeping bag (optional) + long sleeve/ Saroong. 5. Sunglasses, Hat. 6. Sun Block 7. Camera with an extra memory card, battery charger. We advise you to bring an extra battery for camera. 8. Dry bag (optional) 9. Personal Medicine, Vitamin, Insect repellent (a must!), tissues. 10. Snacks during the trip. 11. If you have a food allergic (such as seafood, specific fish, chicken, or a vegetarian), we suggest you to bring your personal food such as floss or sereal. And please let us know early, so we would be prepared for you.

TIPS:
Visa On Arrival: If you do not have USD25 in exact change, change will be given in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). A photo will be taken as well as electronic fingerprints. Money: IDR cash is required for airport taxes, excess baggage charges or incidentals at the homestay, gratuities, and any personal expenses.

Payment installment terms:


Commitment Fee : Rp. 600.000,-, maximum received 1 week after registration. 1st Installment : Rp. 3.000.000,-, maximum received 2 months before trip. 2nd Installment : Rp. 3.500.000,-, maximum received 1 month before trip.

Cancellation Policy :
50% fee- will be charge from your total installment. Cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to arrival on Sorong. 80% fee- will be charge from your total installment. Cancellation less than 1 week prior to arrival on Sorong.

The cancellation policy applies to situations beyond the guest or operators control including but not limited to ill health, inclement weather, airline strikes, flight cancellations/delays, trip cancellations and all other general mishaps which might affect a scheduled trip in any adverse way.
