Subject:- Modifications in R/R by relaxing educational qualifications, eligibility age, service period for LICE in respect of JTO/JAO, TTA, TM, Rajbhasha Adhikari and Management Trainees. Sir, The National Executive of the union met on 24th/25th September, 2013 and after in depth discussions has concluded that in the change scenario there is absolute necessity for modifications in the Recruitment Rules of above listed Cadres. The eligibility conditions (Educational qualification, service period, age etc) for the LICE be relaxed so that maximum employees are available to fill up the departmental quota of vacancies. The NFTE being recognized union be consulted before finalizing the rules. The LICE of JTO/JAO, TTA, TM, MT and Rajbhasha Adhikari in 2014 should take place as per modified R/Rs. We request you to please take expeditious action to modify the R/Rs in the interest of maintaining cordial industrial relation.
