I am truly thankful for the kind and elaborate answer which I have recived from Mr Emmanuel Crabit on my official letters sent to you on 3, 20 and 31 July 2013. I am very glad that The Commission therefore welcomes any information deemed relevant in the relation to corruption-related aspects, and that these information are most valuable to the Commission as Mr Crabit wrote me. Still, I would like to stress out that I have never asked for your or EC intervention in my case. What I have kindly asked was:
- I am sincerely asking you that - in the case of my death of which you will be informed by Croatian associations for the protection of human rights who are familiar with my case you send a copy of this letter and attached documentation to the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) so that CBA could be expelled from that renowed international guild organization, for the reasons of it`s open disrespect to the rule of law and continuous work in the manner of criminal organization, by both of which CBA knowingly caused the damage to the reputation of the European legal profession in general. (Official letter sent on July 3, 2013, page 8)
- Dear Mrs Reding, I would like to kindly ask you that in the case of my death in the hunger strike you send a copy of this official letter to the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) (address: Rue Joseph II 40/8, Bruxelles), so that CBA
could be disbarred from its membership for the reason of repetitious malpractice and radical corruption, so if CBA will consciously send me to death, they won`t be able to do the same to nobody else. (Official letter sent on July 20, 2013, page 3)
- I do not expect any of your intervention in this particular case, but I just want to provide you insight into this significant
subject in your domain, and to kindly ask you to send relevant documentation (copies of my official letters and CD) to the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (also in Bruxelles, Rue Joseph II 40/8) which has the authority to ask Croatian Bar Association to begin to act according to the law and their international guild obligations, as in my case, so in the others. I hope that -- due to the truly difficult circumstances of this case -- you will meet this sincere request, and that you will do as much as you legally can to prevent that the serious of deaths of Jaka Denich from Zagreb, te Ivo Juid from Rogoznica and Ivo Skorin from Primoten - all caused by Croatian Bar`s Association arrogant refusal to act according to the law and their international guild obligations, will not be continued by the death of Ante Vrankovid from Sv. Ivan Zelina, although I am stressing that am not a coward, and if Croatian Bar Association won`t fulfill both of their legal and guild obligations in my case (see official letter received on July 8, p. 6), I will die (probably in September) and Croatian organizations for the protection of human rights will officially inform you after that happends. (Official letter sent on July
31, 2013, page 2) -
As you know, there is no law against sending of the relevant anti-corruption documentation to other instances in the EU, especially if it can save lives. We both know that you can, and -- due to the truly
difficult circumstances of this particular case I hope that you will do that. Sincerely,
Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, who is overcrowded with the complaints from Croatia, and that is the reason why vast majority of these complaints are turned down without a single word of explanation (see: Appendix 4), which is unique case in the work of that court. So, it is no wonder that for many Croatian citizens demanding justice, in such a radically frustrating impossible situation, suicide seems like only possible solution, as you have already seen from my official letter sent on July 31 (Appendix, p. 5 - here: Appendix 5).
