Clinical signs
-nervous form (nervous manifestation during the kast 3 week of gestation) -depression & weakness -inco-ordination & ataxia -seperation from the flock -stargazing (dorso flexion of head & neck) -blindness -grinding of teeth -finally , falling down of the animal convulsion for 2-3 days recumbancy for 2-3 days coma for 2-3 days ** so the coarse of disease is 1 week

Treatment
1-induction of abortion by I/M injection of high dose of Dexamethasone or PGF2 ( ml estrumate or 2 ml lutalyse) 2-I/V injection of glucose (25-40 %) 250-300 ml/twice daily / 3-5 days 3-oral administration of glycerol & tracle 100-200 ml 4-oral administration of Vit.B12 (yeast) 1 gm / orally
