In Sierra Gordo, former G.I. Joe member Robert Graves (A.K.A. Grunt) is taken prisoner by insurgent rebels, along with the nation's President, the American ambassador and a marine. As G.I. Joe makes their way through the country, a devious trap is sprung: each G.I. Joe team is captured by the rebels who are revealed to be amalgams of Blue Ninja cyborgs and Battle Android Troopers. This new threat is part Cobra Commander's plan to get rid of G.I. Joe once and for all!
