NOTICE TO ALL OFFERORS: This Addendum modifies (changes, adds to, deletes from)
and/or interprets the Bidding Documents (Project Manual and/or Drawings, 9 JULY 2009 100%
Final Construction Set), and becomes part of the Contract between the Owner and Contractor
upon execution of the Agreement. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by
inserting its number and date in the designated spaces on their Proposal.
