Dearest ones, I know that each of you would like to be an actor or actress! Reading this little play, written for you, you will find well known fairy tale characters, but in different attitudes, funny ones !oping that "aybe, so"eday, you will play a role fro" this play, I wish you pleasant reading!

The set is simple, an armchair, "the throne", situated at one side of the stage opposite the entrance of the characters (if the classroom is used, the characters will enter and exit through the classroom door) and a bench or a few chairs arranged in the center of the stage, in the back.

Presenter (standing at the edge of the stage, opposite the throne): !ello, dear guests, and welco"e! This afternoon you are in%ited to watch a story about stories It begins, like any fairy tale, with +Once upon a ti"e,- there was a %ery good girl, a hardworking pupil who had a desire )e careful what you wish for, it "ight .ust co"e true!

The Good Gir (walking slowly on the stage): !ow beautiful the stories are! /i%ing in Fairyland- Oh, I wish I could tra%el there )ut it would be e%en better to be the 0ueen of that "agic land 1t least for a day!

Fair! God"other (looking at her from behind the throne)2 This good girl deser%es to ha%e her drea" fulfilled /et+s try to talk to the 0ueen, "aybe I can con%ince her to let the girl take her place for .ust one day (She lea es the stage. The girl takes a seat on the bench . The !airy returns with the "ueen of !airytale# $and, and accompanies her to the throne .)

Fair! God"other2 3our4!ighness, if you please, I ha%e a re5uest! I pro"ised that I would fulfill the wish of a %ery fine girl- and she wishes to be 5ueen here, in Fairyland 6lease, beautiful and wise 5ueen, let her reign in this world, .ust for one day!

We are interested in a "usical career too, and need so"e help Do you think I only know how to "ake houses of straw7 !ow to run away fro" the big bad wolf7 :o, no, "y dear, I ha%e a beautiful %oice and , as you know it, I sing with "y brothers!

Litt e Pi' 02 E%er since the wolf has teeth proble"s, and pro"ised to be %egetarian, we got bored #o we decided to change a little our "usic style We grew long hair and for"ed a hea%y "etal band I think now we are able to perfor" in festi%als, concerts and be seen on T9 ;ust listen to us! (They start singing "'ho.s afraid of the big bad wolf1" in rock style, hopping on the stage, the last two dwarfs go along with them. The T2 -roducer 0knocks at the door0)

T3 Prod$cer2 !ello! 8ay I co"e in7 I a" the producer of <Fairyland,s (ot Talent++ show! We,re looking for co"petitors We found out that there are so"e talented perfor"ers here <The 8usicians of )re"en< signed a contract with us, and they will earn = "illion dollars a year We organi>e concerts, "ake posters, sell &Ds 1re you interested7

The ast t*o D*ar%s and the Pi' ets (+umping up and down raising hands) 2 We are! We! (Turning towards the 3irl#"ueen) 6lease! /et us go with hi"!!!

The Good Gir 2 Okay, okay, go! )ut don,t forget to send "e in%itations to concerts! 1nd & D s- with autographs! (The producer, the dwarfs and the little pigs get out. Sleeping#4eauty comes in, followed by her prince who "dri es" an imaginary car making engine noise) S ee.in'-Bea$t! ( ery sad) 2 Oh, poor "e! Pinocchio (regretting)2 Err, first of all- I told the teacher that I forgot "y notebook at ho"e but actually I didn,t do "y ho"ework 8oreo%er, I broke one of the windows of the gy", I didn,t tell the truth either, I bla"ed a class"ate and "y nose grew %ery "uch! The proble" was that I could not "o%e without hitting so"ebody in the class and, another proble", I was also a little cold, it,s so difficult to wipe such a long nose I "ade a fool of "yself!
