Hello Everyone,

It is that time of year again for the 4th Annual Step Up

Foundation Charity Golf Tournament. We are so excited about the
event this year. The event will be held at Windermere Country
Club in South Forsyth County.
The tournament will be Monday October 26th. Registration
will begin at noon and tee off will be at 1 pm. A box lunch and
post golf dinner will be provided. We look forward to seeing
everyone again this year.

Attached is the 2009 Registration Form. Please fill this out

and return it to

The Registration DEADLINE is OCTOBER 5th.

The cost this year is $400 per team of 4.

We also have hole sponsorships available for $ 75 which includes

a sign with your name or company information on the hole.
