This site claims there is no programming or techy talents needed. With simple clicks and mouse drags, you can put together an educational infographic map to be proud of. Stat Planet! This infographic will be an especially favorite tool for history teachers but every teacher will find it to be beneficial. There are lots of pre-made graphics, shapes, and colors for you to choose from. But you can also upload your own. Neat!! ! Hohli Charts! ! For simple streamlined graphs and charts, check out Hohli. While it's equally as easy to use as Good Labs, it offers additional options in terms of more complex pie charts and visual perspectives. This is another one that would be easy for students to incorporate in a class-based computer project.! ! Piktochart! So Piktochart does have a free user option, but there are fewer of the bells and whistles of course. However, at just $14.99 per month for the bells and whistles, it's a pretty affordable way to create stellar presentations with a seemingly infinite supply of themes. With adoptaclassroom.org, you register your classroom and write about the things you need for your students and/or the classroom. PayPal.com. ! Paypal offers an online fundraising platform that can be linked to your social network. When you sign up for online fundraising with PayPal, you can easily set up your account to announce your cause, accept credit card donations, and use their Partner Tools to reach out to other fundraising sites. The donated money will go directly into your PayPal account for you to use online and buy the supplies you need.! ! GoFundMe.com. ! GoFundMe.com offers another platform for you to state your cause and begin collecting donations. It allows you to set up a simple page, state your cause, and connect to Facebook and other social networking sites to get your message across faster.! ! ChipIn.com. ! ChipIn.com may not have all the bells and whistles of some of the other sites, but it does allow donors to make the smallest of donationseven as low as 25 cents in the idea that every little bit helps. For classrooms, nothing could be more true. With the amazing sales and online deals that teachers can find for things like construction paper, glue, scissors, etc., it doesn't take much to make a big difference.
