Add a sour sensation to your shave ice. Pucker Packs are small packs of sour granules that can be sprinkled on top of the nished shave ice. The result is a strong sour sensation followed by the sweet real-to-life taste of Tropical Sno. Pucker Packs are packed 250 packs per jug and four jugs per case.

TROPICAL SNO LITE SWEETNER

Life is sweet and Lite Sweetener can make it even sweeter, by giving you a healthy, delicious alternative to sugar. When you replace sugar with Lite Sweetener, you can enjoy your favorite Tropical Sno Flavors with fewer calories and carbohydrates. By using Lite Sweetener any Tropical Sno avor can be a lite avor. Lite Sweetener is a blend of Sorbitol and Acesulfame-K. The result is a great tasting, low-calorie, avor with only 26 calories per ounce. Lite Sweetener is packaged in six pound jugs, which is enough to sweeten two gallons of Tropical Sno Flavor.

These crates are very tough designed to withstand the impacts, stresses and strains that occur during transportation. Crates can be stacked one on top of the other to maximize your available space. QUART BOTTLE TREE DRYER

The bottle tree is the perfect solution for air drying your quart bottles after you wash, rinse and sanitize them. The bottle tree allows the bottles to drain and collects the excess water in the tray at the bottom. Remember that sanitizer contact time is very important to the sanitizing process, and your bottles arent fully sanitized until they air dry. Each tree holds 81 quart pour bottles.

Most people assume that because you are freezing a block of ice you should turn the freezer as cold as it can go. This is not the case. Set your freezer temperature to about 10F.
