Chapter 1:

Once upon a time there was a Middle school girl who was in love. The girl had fantasies
about a boy who was in her grade at McCormick Junior High. The only problem was that the boy
didn’t know she existed and was popular and she was a geek. The girl’s name was Anastasia. The
boy’s name was Jacob. One day a twist of fate happened and it changed Anastasia’s life forever!
That night Anastasia was sitting reading her favorite book “Harry Potter and The Prisoner Of
Azkaban” by J.K. Rowling when her cell phone beeped. She had a text message.
‘Who would be texting me?’ thought Anastasia. She never gave her phone number to anybody
except her friends. She decided to read the text message. It said,
Unknown: I need your help would you be willing to help me?
Anastasia: Sure but what do you need help in
Unknown: Lets just say it’s a subject you know well
Anastasia: Wait how did you get my number?
Unknown: I have my sources
Anastasia: Wait can I ask you a ?
Unknown: Sure
Anastasia: What is your name?
Unknown: I can’t say but I can tell you that I go to your school and you see me in the halls
everyday
Anastasia: I have to go
Unknown: Wait, how can you help me if you don’t know where we will meet?
Anastasia: Ok where do you wanna meet?
Unknown: How about the McDonald’s on 4th Street?
Anastasia: Sure how about at 4 o’clock tomorrow?
Unknown: Sure I’ll be there bring all your supplies pens, pencils, and textbooks cause your
gonna need them
Anastasia: All right I’ll see you there good night
Unknown: Good Night
‘Ok so I’m going to meet a total stranger at McDonald’s on 4th street at 4 o’clock
tomorrow’ Anastasia thought
When she told her mom that she was going to be coming home late tomorrow her mom
asked her where she was going. She didn’t want to tell her mom that she was meeting some total
stranger so she told her mom
“I’m going to the library to meet a kid for tutoring.” Then her mom said
“Ok as long as your home by 7 because I’m having my boss over for dinner.”
“Not again” Anastasia groaned
“Now try to be nice I know he isn’t the nicest man or the most interesting person either but
I really need this raise.”
“Alright”
“OK have a nice time.”
“I will mom.” Anastasia went to bed that night dreaming of whom it could possibly be that
wants to meet her.
 Chapter 2:

The next morning Anastasia woke-up to the sound of her mom’s horrible singing coming
from the bathroom
“Mom quit that horrible singing!”
When Anastasia finally got to see her friend Caddie before 7th period she told her about
the weird text messages.
“The weird thing is you’re the only person that I’ve given my number to”
“Wait a sec, remember last year when we were signing yearbooks and you signed Jacob’s?”
“Yeah so?”
“You put your phone number in his yearbook.”
“So are you saying that it was Jacob who text messaged me last night?”
“That’s what I’m saying Jacob wants you to help him study some subject that he is
obviously failing”
“Let me think a subject Jacob’s failing? I know what it is! Ok so I ‘m not exactly sure but
there are two possibilities Social Studies or Math. Well you never know”
“I guess you’ll find out today at 4”
“I’m kind of scared”
“You’ll be fine. We better get to class before Mr. Jason gives us both detentions.”
Just as they got in their seats, the bell rang for the class to begin. 5 minutes later they heard a
book slam on the front desk they had a substitute, Mrs. O’Neal the meanest nastiest sub ever.
“Oh no!” exclaimed Caddie and Anastasia quietly.
“That was the worst class period ever!” complained Caddie as her and Anastasia walked
out of the classroom
“I know! Why is she so mean anyway,” said Anastasia. Suddenly the whole hall fell silent
Anastasia and Caddie turned around to see Jacob walking down the hall. Anastasia stopped
talking after Jacob walked out the doors followed by his posse. Suddenly she heard this snapping
noise snap. Snap. Snap
“Anastasia are you there?”
“What oh sorry Caddie I guess I just spaced out”
“Yeah you did; thinking about your meeting with Jacob in 10 minutes?”
“What?! Oh crap I gotta go I’ll talk to you later Caddie”. With that, Anastasia ran out of
school to get to the McDonald’s 10 blocks away

Chapter 3:

“Bye guys I gotta go somewhere I’ll meet up with you guys later,” said Jacob to his friends
“What gotta have a make-out session with Olivia?” one of Jacob’s friends Zach asked
“No Olivia and I broke up yesterday night I guess I forgot to tell you guys. Well I gotta
hurry I have to meet someone in 5 minutes” Just then, a girl ran by at 50 mph not bothering to
say excuse me. Jacob realized who it was, Anastasia.
 Anastasia turned around to see whom she had run into, Jacob. Anastasia ran even harder
when she noticed Jacob.
“Guys I really have to go, I only have 2 minutes to get to where I’m going and that’s 3
blocks away”
“Ok dude we’ll see you at the pool at 7” another friend named Ian reminded Jacob
“Ok dudes.” With that, Jacob was off.
Anastasia waited patiently for her mystery person to show up she kept looking at the door
until five after 4 Jacob walked in. He walked up to the counter ordered his food and while he was
waiting for his food, he searched around the room as if he was looking for someone. When he
had his food, Anastasia noticed that he was walking towards her.
“Is this seat taken?” he asked
“No not at all” he sat down and they sat in silence for about 5 minutes while they ate until
Anastasia decided to break the silence by asking him about the text messages.
“So were you the one who sent the text messages?” Anastasia took out her phone and
showed him the text messages.
“Yep that’s me,” Jacob said
“Why the secrecy?” Anastasia asked confused
“You would have found out it was me if you had looked in your yearbook where I signed”
Jacob said
“What do you mean?”
“I signed your yearbook and put my cell number down.” Jacob said looking at her confused
“You did!” Anastasia said shocked
“I must not have noticed I was to busy staring at you” Anastasia said shyly a blush coming
across her cheeks
“What did I have something in my teeth?” Jacob asked
“No I just have had I crush on you since we met in English last year” Anastasia admitted
“Oh” Jacob said not really sounding disgusted at the fact that Anastasia liked him
“But I know you already have a girlfriend so I’ll stay away”
“Actually I broke up with her I caught her with my neighbors son” Jacob said though not
really looking sad about it
“Oh I’m sorry” Anastasia said actually being genuinely apologetic
“It’s ok she was wanting to go a little farther in the relationship than I wanted to go” Jacob
said making Anastasia shudder slightly
“A little too much info there” Anastasia said with a look of disgust on her face
“Sorry” Jacob said being apologetic
“It’s ok so anyway what is this all about”
“I need your help” Jacob said scratching his head nervously
“What could someone as popular as you need my help with?” Anastasia said curiously
“Something my popularity can’t help me with; my homework” Jacob admitted
“I kind of figured that you needed my help in school,” Anastasia said shrugging her
shoulders
“Yeah well I’ve had tutors and they don’t help me so I came to you I figured find someone
in middle school to help me with middle school” Jacob explained
“Ok” Anastasia said not really getting what Jacob was saying seeing as he wasn’t making much
sense
“But what I really need help with is Social Studies”
“One of my best and favorite subjects” Anastasia said with a smile
“I know that’s why I came to you”
“Ok let’s crack the books our homework is page 53 questions 1-5” Anastasia said grabbing
her Social Studies textbook out of her backpack
“Ok let’s get started.” Jacob said also getting his textbook out

Chapter 4:

Anastasia and Jacob spent the whole afternoon studying and talking. Until a manager told
them, they had to leave because the restaurant was closing for the night.
“Wait what time is it?” Anastasia asked
“After 9” Jacob said looking at his watch
“Oh shit my mom is going to kill me” Anastasia exclaimed quickly packing her stuff up
“Here let me walk you home” Jacob said standing up
“Ok” Jacob grabbed Anastasia’s hand and he walked her home.
“I had a really nice time tonight Jacob” Anastasia said shyly
“Me too I was wondering if I could take you out to dinner tomorrow night”
“Sure um I’ll text you later and give the details”
“Ok”
“I have to get inside before my mom gets more mad then she already is”
“Ok bye” Jacob kissed her on the cheek and then walked off to his house that was three
doors down.

“Anastasia ANNETTE Robertson WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN! YOU ARE 2 HOURS
PAST THE TIME YOU SAID YOU’D BE HOME!” Anastasia’s mom yelled at her as soon as
she got in the door
“Sorry mom I forgot I got caught up at the library”
“Well I did get the raise even though you weren’t here” Anastasia’s mom explained
“Well Mom if you don’t need anything else from me I’m going to go to bed”
“Wait Anastasia” Anastasia’s mom said stopping her half-way on the stairs
“Yeah mom”
“Who was that boy that I saw you with outside?”
“No one” Anastasia said a blush creeping on her cheeks
“Alright goofball, see you in the morning”
“Night Ma” Anastasia had a nice sleep dreaming about Jacob.
The next morning Anastasia told her mom about Jacob and that, she had a date with him
tonight.
“Oh crap I forgot to text him with the details and if you said yes. He probably thinks I
don’t want to have dinner with him.”
“Text him now tell him I said yes”
 “Oh mom. Really; thank you.” With that, Anastasia ran up to her room to text Jacob.
Anastasia: Hey Jacob I’m sorry I didn’t text you last night but I fell asleep right when I
went in my room
Jacob: Don’t worry about it Anastasia did your mom say yes”
Anastasia: Yep right after I told her. She even rented us a limo and is paying for dinner
Jacob: You’re joking right
Anastasia: Nope she is paying for everything
Jacob: Ok so what time should I be at your house?
Anastasia: Don’t worry; about it the limo driver is going to pick you up at your house so be
ready by 6
Jacob: Ok see you at school
Anastasia: Shouldn’t we act normal at school? So your friends don’t suspect anything
Jacob: Oh yeah your right but I’ll still see you around. Before you head to school come to
my house for a sec I have something for you
Anastasia: You didn’t have to buy me anything
Jacob: It was no problem
Anastasia: Ok see you in 2 minutes
Jacob: Okay bye

Anastasia got to Jacob’s house in 2 minutes, as she said. Jacob’s mom let Anastasia in
“Oh you must be Jacob’s new girlfriend Anastasia”
‘New girlfriend’ thought Anastasia.
“MOM!” Said a familiar voice. She turned around to see Jacob standing at the top of stairs
in shorts and a t-shirt his hair damp from a shower
“Come on Anastasia your surprise is up in my room” Jacob said motioning for me to come
up stairs
“Ok” Anastasia said wanting to get away from Jacob’s mom
“Bye mom” Jacob said
“Bye Mrs. Michaels”. When Anastasia walked into Jacob’s room Jacob’s face turned a
bright shade of red.
“Sorry about the mess” Jacob said sheepishly
“It’s ok my room used to be like this too. But now we have a maid” Anastasia said
shrugging her shoulders
“Sorry if my mom embarrassed you with her comment” Jacob said
“No it’s ok” Anastasia said
“Oh here it is.” Anastasia saw that Jacob had pulled out a velvet box and opened it up to
reveal a plain gold band.
“Anastasia, would you do me the honor of becoming my girlfriend?”
“Oh Jacob I would love to but I can’t accept that ring it looks expensive” Anastasia said
looking apprehensive about taking the ring
“Not at all it’s not that expensive and only the best for you” Jacob said with a smile
 “Why me?” Anastasia asked not really understanding why Jacob liked her so much
“I think you’re special. Can I walk you to school?” Jacob asked
“Sure.” So Anastasia and Jacob walked hand in hand to school. That is until they were
interrupted when Jacob heard his friends coming up behind them.
“Oh shit,” Jacob said under his breath.
“So Jacob is this who you were with when you ditched us at the pool,” said Hunter, one of
Jacob’s friends.
“Yes you’ve seen her in the halls before and in some of your classes. Guys I’d like to
introduce my new girlfriend Anastasia Robertson” Anastasia turned around to see that all of
Jacob’s friends had their mouths hanging open
“So you ditched us to hang around with the school trash,” Joel said, suddenly Jacob heard
crying and turned around to see Anastasia running away crying.
“See what you did now,” Jacob said turning angrily to Joel
“We just helped you dude you shouldn’t be hanging around with girls like her she’ll ruin
your reputation” Joel said with a sneer, suddenly Joel was on the ground with a broken bloody
nose.
“Jacob I can’t believe you just did that” said AJ, Jacob’s best friend for as long as he could
remember.
“I got to go find Anastasia. Take him to the nurse to get that nose checked out.” Then Jacob
ran as fast as he could to find Anastasia. When he had gone three blocks, he heard crying behind
a tree. Jacob walked over to the tree to see Anastasia crying so hard that there were actually little
puddles on the ground.
“Anastasia I…” Jacob started saying before Anastasia cut him off
“I bet you want ring back and you probably don’t wanna be my boyfriend anymore”
Anastasia said sniffling
“Why wouldn’t I want to be the boyfriend of someone as pretty as you” Jacob leaned in
and kissed Anastasia. Soon the kiss deepened with passion; Anastasia was the first to break away
“Jacob we need to get to school” Anastasia said looking at the watch on her wrist
“Yeah probably should” Jacob said not really wanting to leave
“I heard AJ yell at you, what did you do?” Anastasia asked
“Punched Joel in the nose and gave him a broken bloody nose” Jacob and Anastasia
laughed at Jacob’s comment.
“Wait, why did you punch him in the first place?” Anastasia asked confused
“Because he called you trash and I can’t have someone calling my girlfriend trash” Jacob
said sending Anastasia as smile
“Thank you I have to go” Anastasia said turning to leave
“Ok I’ll talk to you later” Jacob said leaning in to give Anastasia a kiss
“I’ll see you tonight at 6” Anastasia said moving away so Jacob couldn’t kiss her
“Ok see you then” Anastasia walked off before Jacob could give her a kiss.

Chapter 5:

“So how was your study date?” asked Caddie when Anastasia got up to her locker.
 “Well does this answer your question?” Anastasia said as she showed Caddie the ring Jacob
had given her.
“Oh and guess what else” Anastasia said excitement in her voice
“What?” Caddie asked curiously
“Jacob kissed me,” whispered Anastasia
“Oh my god” Caddie said loudly every body in the hall was staring at them. Taking her
voice back down to a whisper
“Sorry I can’t believe he kissed you”
“I know I almost fainted” Anastasia said with a giggle
“Was it a peck on the lips or the real thing”
“It was a deep passionate French kiss that lasted for like 5 minutes”
“Oh my god that is so beautiful”
“Plus he stood up for me when his friend called me names”
“What did he do”?
“He gave his friend a broken bloody nose”
“I can’t believe you are going out with the most popular boy in school.”
“And you better stay away from him ‘cause he’s mine” said an unfamiliar voice
“Who are you?” asked Anastasia.
“I’m Jacob’s girlfriend”
“You mean ex-girlfriend he’s mine now see” Anastasia showed the girl the ring
“What that jerk he never gave me any ring”
“Well he says I’m special” Anastasia’s whole world went black around her as she fell to the
floor.
“I can’t believe you did that,” said Caddie angrily. Jacob ran up to see what was wrong
something about a girl being unconscious on the floor. When Jacob got through the crowd, he
saw Anastasia unconscious on the floor
“Caddie what happened? Who did this?”
“Look at the note she left”

Dear Jacob,
My love, I have no regrets about knocking your little friend unconscious. I hope you two
enjoy your time together. I’ll be back to get revenge on you.

“Shit! Caddie go get the nurse tell her what happened and tell her to call an ambulance”
“Ok I’ll be right back” Jacob watched as Caddie ran off to get the nurse. Suddenly Jacob
heard a teacher’s voice
 “What’s going on here” the crowd soon parted and Mrs. Thompson their English teacher
came through the crowd
“Oh my Jacob how did this happen to Anastasia”
“Olivia knocked her out by punching her square in the forehead Caddie went to get Mrs.
Norman”
“Move aside, move aside. I’m checking for a pulse. There is a pulse but it’s slow. We need
to get her into the ambulance they’re waiting outside in the bus zone. Let me have them bring the
stretcher in. Jacob will you come with me”
“I need to stay with Anastasia”
“Caddie can watch her and you can ride in the ambulance with Anastasia. I need to talk
with you”
“Ok Caddie, watch her like a hawk”
“Ok Jacob” Mrs. Norman took Jacob outside to talk to him.
“Jacob, who did this to Anastasia?”
“My ex-girlfriend Olivia punched her square in the forehead because she was mad at me
for breaking up with her”
“Ok. It looks like they have the ambulance ready. Time for you to go” so Jacob sped to
hospital in the ambulance with Anastasia. When they finally got to the hospital Anastasia was put
into a room and Jacob went and called her mom.
“Hello Mrs. Robertson this is Jacob.”
“Hello Jacob why are you calling me at work”
“Because Anastasia is in the hospital”
“What! Is she okay”?
“They just put her in a room she got punched by my ex-girlfriend in the head and she fell
unconscious”
“Oh my god I’ll be right there what hospital are you at?”
“We are at Swedish hospital”
“Ok I’ll be right there Jacob thank you”
“Bye” with that Jacob was on his way back to Anastasia’s room.

Chapter 6:

Anastasia had been unconscious for 3 weeks the doctor told Jacob that she was in a coma
and that she had a 30% chance of waking up.
“Please Anastasia wake up. Please wake up don’t leave me like this” Jacob soon couldn’t
hold back his emotions and he started crying his tears were going all over the place when he
heard a familiar voice
“Where am I?”
“Anastasia?”
“Who’s Anastasia? Is that I?” Anastasia asked pointing to herself
“Anastasia, please! Stop doing this”
“Who are you?”
“Maybe this will help you remember” Jacob leaned over and gave her a deep passionate
kiss
“Jacob?”
“Anastasia your awake”
“Yeah and you just kissed me again”
“Hold on a sec let me go get the doctor”
“Jacob don’t leave me please I don’t want to lose you. Please don’t let go”
“I’ll never let go Anastasia just let me call a nurse”
“NURSE!” Jacob yelled. The nurse walked in
“Yes Mr. Michaels what do you need”
“The doctor Anastasia just woke up”
“The doctor will be in here in a minute”
“Thank you.”
The nurse left and Jacob and Anastasia were able to talk.
“So what happened all I remember is talking to some girl then everything went black”
“Well that sounds accurate my ex-girlfriend came and punched you in the forehead”
“Can I kill her now?”
“No Anastasia you know that’s not you”
“Please don’t ever scare me like that again”
“Yes you scared us all,” said the voice of Mrs. Thompson their English teacher.
“Everyone out except family”
“No family here doctor, the closest thing I have right now is, him”
“Hey!”
“Well you can stay. We need to run some blood tests and do an MRI and an ultrasound”
“Thanks doctor”
“Ok I’ll be back in 30 minutes to do the ultrasound when I do the ultrasound I will need
you to leave the room sir”
“Ok”
“NO!”
“Don’t worry Anastasia I’ll be right outside the door”
“Ok”. The doctor soon left to go check on another patient.
“Jacob don’t leave please”
“I won’t leave I haven’t left your side for the past 3 weeks I won’t leave you now” 30
minutes later the doctor came by to do the ultrasound.
“Mr. Michaels I will have to ask you to leave the room”
“Ok doctor how long will this take”
“Oh only about 5 to 10 minutes”
“Ok Anastasia I’ll be right outside in the waiting room ok”
“Ok”. 10 minutes later the doctor came out of Anastasia’s room.
“Mr. Michaels I believe congratulations are in order”
“What why”
“Because you are going to be a father”
“What no it can’t be mine”
“Well to whom else would it belong to?”
 “Excuse me for a moment while I go talk to my girlfriend about the baby.”
“Anastasia HOW COULD YOU BE PREGNANT!”
“I have no idea I am still a virgin”
“Well you can’t be pregnant and be a virgin”
“Just let me think” Anastasia sat there and thought for about 10 minutes before she finally
remembered

Flashback

“Ow let me go!”

“Ok you little bitch you listen to me and you listen good no screaming, yelling, or crying if
you do I’ll slit your neck. You can moan but that’s it. Try anything tricky and you’ll be dead in a
second! Got it?”
All Anastasia could do was nod. She completely knew what was going to happen this man was
going to rape her.
The man had hurt her so bad and she had bled really badly then too.

End Flashback

When Anastasia came back into reality, she started to cry.

“Anastasia why are you crying”
“I finally know how I got pregnant,” Anastasia said between sobs.
“How?”
“Wait a sec doctor how many months along am I?”
“About 3”
“Thank you. Um doctor can you excuse us for a moment we need to talk alone”
“Of course” the doctor left, Jacob, and Anastasia were left alone.
“Okay Anastasia, spit it out, how did you get pregnant”
“Well 3 months ago in December I was walking home from the library and this guy
grabbed my arm and pulled me into an alley way”
“So you mean”
“Yes I was raped that night I didn’t tell anybody because I was too ashamed.” Anastasia
suddenly felt Jacob's strong arms around her and she started to cry.
“What are we going to do I can’t take care of a baby. I’m only in middle school”
“We could always get an abortion”
“I guess but abortions are expensive”
“Don’t worry about it I’m rich remember”
“Ok”
“Anastasia I’m about to tell you something that I mean with all my heart”
“Jacob what is it”
“I love you” Anastasia's eyes filled with tears then she said
“I love you too”
 Chapter 7:

About 5 minutes later Anastasia fell asleep into a dream about her and Jacob raising a baby
and were married. Anastasia awoke to find Jacob asleep holding her hand. Anastasia squeezed
Jacob’s hand.
“Anastasia?”
“Hey sleepyhead”
“Hi when did you wake up?”
“Just now”
“I’ll be right back I’m going to go ask the doctor when you can be released from here”
“Ok don’t take too long”
“I won’t” Jacob left Anastasia to get the doctor.
“DOCTOR! DOCTOR!”
“Hello Mr. Michaels how can I help you?”
“I was wondering when, Anastasia can leave the hospital”
“Let’s see; she should be ready to leave this afternoon”
“Thank you doctor”
“No problem Mr. Michaels”. Jacob ran off to tell Anastasia the good news.
“Anastasia the doctor said that you could leave this afternoon”
“Anastasia?” Jacob walked in to see Anastasia had a cut on her wrist from what looked like
a very sharp knife. Jacob ran to the nurses’ station
“Nurse! Nurse! Anastasia Robertson is bleeding badly from her wrist it looks like someone
cut her with a knife”
“Oh my god we have to hurry. Take these and try to stop the bleeding” Jacob ran off with
medical cloths to stop the bleeding. When Jacob came in, he found a note on the table next to the
bed

Dear Jacob,
This is no mere incident. Take a guess at who did this. I hope this little friend dies. I heard
about the baby. Now I know she is more than just a friend. Geez Jacob if you weren’t willing to
go this far in our relationship then why did you in this one. I still will be back for revenge.

“Shit not again.” Soon the doctors and nurses were piling in trying to get Anastasia
stabilized.
“Please Anastasia don’t die on me” Jacob started crying again and couldn’t stop.
Anastasia's breathing was slow until one tear hit Anastasia's mouth and her breathing became
normal. The bleeding wasn’t stopping then when another one of the tears hit the cut and the
bleeding stopped.
“Jacob?”
“Anastasia? You’re alive”
“Of course I’m alive”
“Anastasia you really need to stop scaring me like this. This is the second time in 2 days”
“It’s not my fault. Someone keeps doing these things to me but I don’t know who they are”
“I do here look at these” Anastasia read each of the two notes three times.
“I can’t believe her!”
“Now Anastasia, don’t go overboard”
“HOW CAN I NOT GO OVERBOARD? I COULD JUST STRANGLE HER!”
“Anastasia calm down your gonna hurt yourself.”
“Fine but only because your so cute. So this is your ex-girlfriend” “
“Yeah she’s just mad because I broke up with her for you”
“Oh how sweet” said a voice that Jacob knew all too well.
“Olivia what are you doing here haven’t you done enough already”
“Obviously not enough if she’s not dead yet”
“There is nothing you can do that will break us apart because I love Anastasia and there is
nothing you can do to change that”
“Jacob you really mean that”
“Yes Anastasia I do”
“Oh isn’t this a pretty sight”
“Shut up Olivia. If want to hurt Anastasia you have to go through me first”
“Fine I’ll do that” Olivia pulled out a gun from her backpack and aimed right at Jacob.
Suddenly Olivia pulled the trigger and BANG! Jacob fell to the floor with a thump. Suddenly
Anastasia screamed at the top of her lungs
“NO!” suddenly, Anastasia's doctor and five security guards came running into Anastasia's
room. The security guards arrested Olivia and took away the gun.
“Doctor, are you going to be able to help him?” Anastasia asked the doctor.
“He should be ok the bullet hit him in the stomach. Anastasia do you remember where the
girl was aiming?”
“Yes she was aiming for the heart. I guess she figured that if she couldn’t have him then no
one could”
“Ok thanks I’ll be sending in a detective. Ok?”
“Sure doc”.
About 5 minutes after the doctor left the detective came in.
“Hello Ms. Robertson I am Detective Dawson” when Anastasia looked up she saw the
most beautiful blue eyes and messy blonde hair
“Hello detective”
“Ok so Ms. Robertson…” “
“Call me Anastasia Ms. Robertson is my mom”
“Ok so Anastasia what is the name of the attacker”
“Her name is Olivia I have no idea what the last name is”
 “Ok how many attacks has she made”
“She’s made 3; 2 on me and 1 on my boyfriend”
“What exactly did she do?”
“She knocked me into a coma by punching me in the forehead and then she slit my wrist.
Then on my boyfriend she shot him”
“Do you know where Olivia lives?”
“I have no idea but you can look it up at our middle school McCormick Junior High”
“I’ll look into that”
“I was wondering is there any way that me and my boyfriend could get a restraining order
against her?”
“It’s possible there is enough evidence. Oh by the way are there any notes or anything”
“Yes there is two here you go”
“Ok thank you Anastasia. I’ll call if there’s anything else I need”
“Alright bye detective Dawson”
“Bye Anastasia” the detective left and then the doctor came in 20 minutes later.
“Ok Anastasia you should be able to go home now. Just let me get a nurse to take the IV’s
out and then you’ll have to replace the bandages on that cut every 3 days.”
“Thank you doctor”
“Ok bye Anastasia oh by the way Jacob just got out of surgery and they got the bullet out.
But he only has a 30% chance of waking up from the coma he’s in.”
“Thank you doctor.” 2 minutes after the doctor left a nurse came in and took out
Anastasia's IV’s.
“Um nurse could you tell me what room Jacob Michaels is in?”
“Yes the room right next door”
“Ok thank you”
“Bye Anastasia”.
Anastasia changed into the clothes her mom had brought for her. Then walked over to Jacob’s
room to see him laying there the only indication that he was alive was his chest going up and
down from his breathing. Anastasia pulled up the chair that was in the room and sat next to him
holding his hand and never letting go like he had promised her.
“Jacob please wake up please don’t leave me and the baby.”

Chapter 8:

Anastasia sat like that for 3 months waiting for Jacob to wake up he hadn’t woken up and
Anastasia was starting to lose hope. Her cut had healed 2 months ago and she was feeling better.
Anastasia was just getting ready to go home and go to sleep when she saw Jacob’s eyes open.
Anastasia walked back to Jacob’s bedside when he grabbed her arm.
“AHHHHHHHH!!!!” Anastasia ran out of the room to the nurses’ station
“Nurse come here Jacob’s awake”
“Ok let’s go.” Anastasia and the nurse got back to the room to find Jacob sitting up right in
bed and eating the food that had been placed out for him.
“Oh my god you really are awake hold on a sec while I examine you.” The nurse did the
examination and left.
“Jacob I can’t believe your awake”
“I know wait how long have I been out?”
“About 3 months and I’ve been here every day hoping that you would wake up”
“Wow I missed a lot of school”
“Yeah I’ve talked to all you teachers and they have excused you from all the homework
and tests you’ve missed.”
“That’s good”
“Jacob there is something I have to tell you”
“What is it Anastasia you know you can tell me anything?”
“Well with all the stress of everything that has happened in the past 3 months it was just
too much stress and…and…” Anastasia suddenly broke out crying and wouldn’t stop
“Shh Anastasia it’s ok you can tell me anything”
“I lost the baby! I had a miscarriage”
“Anastasia it’s ok I know about the stress of thinking that your loved one is never going to
wake up”. Anastasia and Jacob talked for 3 hours about what had happened in the past 3 months
while Jacob was in his coma.
“Wow I missed a lot”
“I never let go”
“Just like I promised you; you did the same”
“Well just to tell you Olivia is in jail for 3 murder attempts; so she was sentenced to 10
years in prison with possibility of parole at 8 years. We also have a restraining order against her”
“Wow that’s great.” The doctor came in to examine Jacob.
“Ok Mr. Michaels your ready to leave”
“Right after he just woke up”
“Yep if he was able to sit up in bed and eat by himself without the help of you or a nurse he
should be fine”
“Ok so all he has to do is get his IVs taken out and he can go”
“Yep” 5 minutes after the doctor left a nurse came in and removed Jacob's IVs. Anastasia
left the room so he could change into the clothes that his mom had brought him and he was ready
to go.
“Ready Anastasia”
“Yep”
“How are we getting home?”
“My mom is in the waiting room. She’ll take you home”
“Ok let’s go.” Jacob and Anastasia walked to the waiting room hand in hand to see Cheryl
sitting there reading a magazine.
“Hey mom”
“Jacob you really are awake. You just woke up and they’re already releasing you?”
“We couldn’t believe it either mom but oh well can we go home now”
“Sure let’s go”. When they got to the car Anastasia and Jacob sat in the backseat. On the
way back home Anastasia fell asleep in Jacob's arms and Jacob fell asleep soon after. Jacob
awoke suddenly by the sudden abrupt stop Jacob saw that they were in Anastasia's driveway.
 “Anastasia wake up we’re home”
“What oh come on I’ll walk you home”
“Ok come on let’s go.” Anastasia and Jacob walked to Jacob’s house where they were
greeted by Jacob’s mom.
“Hey you two Jacob I’m so glad you woke up now get upstairs and go to sleep”
“bye Anastasia see you tomorrow”. Jacob disappeared it his room and then Mrs. Michaels
turned to Anastasia to thank her.
“Anastasia thank you so much for taking care of my Jacob for me”
“No problem he was there for me when I was hurt so I was there for him”
“I’m glad he has someone as sweet and caring as you for a girlfriend. His last girlfriend
Olivia was a total snob”
“Pretty accurate description she was the one that caused all this trouble”
“Well thank god she’s in jail good night Anastasia”
“Good night Mrs. Michaels”. With that Anastasia walked home to get a well-deserved rest
knowing that Jacob was safe in his bed at home.

Chapter 9:

When Anastasia woke up the next day she was excited to go see Jacob. It was a Saturday
and they were going to spend the whole day together. Anastasia got dressed in her pink tank top
and her blue skirt that was an inch above her knees and put on her white flip flops. When
Anastasia knocked on Jacob’s front door his mom answered it.
“Hey Anastasia I’ve got to get going I’ve called Jacob to get him to wake up but he hasn’t
come out of his room”
“Don’t worry about it I’ll wake him up”
“Ok see you later and have fun”
“Bye Mrs. Michaels”
“Tell Jacob to make sure to lock all the doors before you guys leave”
“Ok bye”
“All right bye” Jacob’s mom left and Anastasia went up to Jacob’s room. When she got in
the room, the room was dark except for the bit of sunshine that was shining through the blinds.
Anastasia went over and pulled the blinds up to reveal the sunshine rays that soon filled the
whole room. Jacob mumbled something that Anastasia could hardly hear
“Who opened those darn blinds”? Anastasia went over and gave him a kiss on the lips.
“Anastasia is that you?”
“Who else would it be goofball?" Jacob got up out of bed only to jump right back under the
covers.
“What’s wrong?”
“I just forgot that I sleep in boxers”
“Oh you take a shower and get dressed and I’ll be downstairs waiting for you. Alright?”
“Alright now get out of here so I can take a shower”
“Alright”. Anastasia went downstairs to the living room to wait for Jacob to get ready.
Jacob finally came down after 30 minutes.
 “Geez I thought girls took a long time. I have never met a boy that takes 30 minutes to get
ready”
“Alright stop interrogating me. I get enough of that from my mom.”
“Ok let’s go. We’re going to the beach”
“Ok let’s go.” Jacob and Anastasia walked to the beach. They spent 2 hours at the beach
playing in the sand and in the water. While they were walking back from the beach to go get
lunch Jacob noticed that Anastasia didn’t have the ring on that he gave her.
“Hey Anastasia where’s the ring I gave you?”
“What I thought my finger felt empty. Now that I think about it I haven’t seen it since the
day I was slit on the wrist by Olivia.”
“Olivia must have taken it off your finger once you were unconscious.”
“That’s not good”
“Oh no I remember now that I had it engraved to say ‘for Jacob's girlfriend’ if she wears
that and shows it to her friends’ people will start to think that she’s my girlfriend again”
“Crap Jacob we have to see if she had that ring when she was admitted her into the prison”
“Well let’s go get some lunch and then we’ll take the bus down to the Juvenile Hall”
“Ok”. Jacob and Anastasia went to the McDonald’s where they first met and had lunch then
headed to the bus station. About an hour later, they arrived at the detention hall.
“Ready Anastasia”
“Yeah let’s go.”
“Hello how may I help you?” asked the receptionist at the front desk.
“Yes we’d like to see Olivia Johnson”
“Ok just wait over there until we get her ready we’ll call you when we’re ready for you”
“Ok”. About 15 minutes later the receptionist told them they could go in.
“Let’s go.” When Jacob got into the visiting area, they saw Olivia waiting for them.
“Hello Olivia” Anastasia said.
“What do you two want”?
“We have a couple of questions for you”
“Alright go ahead shoot”
“Ok first of all why did you hurt us?”
“Because I was mad at you Jacob for breaking up with me I was so used to getting what I
always wanted and you were something I wanted so I guess because I thought that if I couldn’t
have you then no one else could. So that’s why I tried to kill her so I could have you”
“Ok so second question did you steal my ring that Jacob gave me?”
“Yes because I was jealous of you because he gave you a ring but he didn’t give me one.
So when Anastasia was unconscious I took it”
“So where is it now?”
“The detention center has it you’ll have to ask them what they did with it”
“Ok thanks Olivia. We need to go but maybe we’ll come by and see you again”
“Bye you two” When Jacob and Anastasia left, Olivia was glad to have a weight lifted from
her shoulders.
“Excuse me?”
“Yes can I help you again”?
 “Maybe when our friend was admitted here she had something of mine with her I was
wondering is there any way for me get that back?”
“Yes all you have to do is fill out these forms stating what it is that she had and the name of
the person and return them to me and I shall retrieve it for you”
“Ok thank you.” It took Jacob and Anastasia 15 minutes to fill out the forms and sign them.
“Alright I’ll be right back.” The receptionist took another 15 minutes to find the ring.
“Ok here you go anything else I can help you with?”
“Nope that should be it thank you”
“Good bye”
“Bye” Anastasia and Jacob said in unison.
“Thank you” Anastasia said.
“For what?”
“Everything” with that Anastasia leaned in to kiss Jacob. When Jacob pulled away,
Anastasia wondered why
“What’s wrong”?
“Go on you can tell me”
“It’s nothing really everything’s perfect. When I’m with you nothing can go wrong”
“Hey Jacob”
“Yeah?”
“When are we going to tell everybody about our relationship?”
“We could walk to and from all our classes holding hands and when we don’t have classes
when before we part to leave I could give you a kiss on the cheek”
“Sounds good”
“Let’s go I have a surprise for you”
“Ok let’s go.” Jacob and Anastasia got back on the bus heading for home. When the bus
stopped at there stop Anastasia and Jacob got off and walked home. Anastasia couldn’t wait to
get her surprise; little did Anastasia know that her surprise was something that she wasn’t going
to enjoy. Jacob headed for the park where he and Anastasia sat on one of the benches so that
Anastasia could get her surprise.
“Ok ready for your surprise”
“Yeah”
“Ok here it is…” Jacob took a deep breath “I’m moving”
“What?!” Anastasia yelled tears forming in her eyes
“I’m moving I’m sorry. I don’t want to but my mom was offered a job down in California.
So we’re moving there”
“No this can’t be happening I finally get to go out with you then I find out that your
moving” Anastasia stood up and started to run she had no idea where she was going but she kept
running as fast as she could without looking back. Suddenly Anastasia realized that she was at
her house. She unlocked the door and ran up to her room closed the door and started crying.
Anastasia couldn’t stop crying no matter how hard she tried. Then she heard a knock and she
heard her mom
“Anastasia can I come in?”
“Sure.” When her mom came in she automatically went and sat down and asked what was
wrong.
“Anastasia honey what’s wrong I haven’t seen you cry this much since your Grandpa
passed away”
“It’s Jacob he’s moving to California”
“Oh honey, its ok you guys can still see each other on the holidays and you can talk on
AIM or Yahoo! There’s even e-mail”
“But we’ve been through so much together and now this. Maybe we weren’t meant to be
together”
“Honey, don’t say that every relationship has its bumps.” Anastasia jumped at the sound of
the doorbell ringing.
“I’m going to go get that I’ll be right back, do you want me to close your door?”
“Yes please if it’s for me just send them up and have them knock”
“Ok honey.” When Cheryl got downstairs and opened the door, she saw Jacob standing in
the doorway.
“Hi Mrs. Robertson is Anastasia here I really need to talk to her. She ran off so fast I
couldn’t say anything to her”
“Alright she’s upstairs in her room go on up there but knock first”
“Thank you so much.” Jacob practically tripped as he ran up the stairs to Anastasia's room.
Anastasia jumped at the sound of a knock on the door
“Come in mom”
“Well I’m not so sure about the mom part but I’ll come in.” Anastasia turned away from
the computer to see Jacob standing in the doorway of her room.
“Jacob is that you”
“Who else would it be”?
“Why you are here come to break my heart more then it already is”
“I didn’t mean to break your heart. I didn’t mean to hurt you”
“Yeah right. I should have known this would happen”
“Come on Anastasia don’t do this to me”
“I’m so stupid”
“You’re not stupid”
“Why do you have to leave? Why can’t you stay here with your dad”?
“Because my mom has custody of me so I can’t stay with him. I could try but it probably
won’t work. But for you I’m willing to try anything.” After that, Anastasia started crying again.
She couldn’t help it the tears just started flowing. Suddenly her whole world faded around her
when Jacob leaned in and kissed her. Suddenly Anastasia jumped at the sound of a thunderclap
outside.
“Oh my god what was that?”
“It was a thunderclap outside looks like we got a rainstorm.” Then there was a knock on
the door
“Come in” Cheryl walked in.
“Jacob your mom just called and said that you’ll need to stay here until this rain lets up. It’s
too dark, rainy, and windy for you to go outside”
“Okay Mrs. Robertson”
 “Now come downstairs you two it’s time for dinner”
“Ok coming” Anastasia and Jacob said in unison. For dinner, they had chicken Parmesan
that Cheryl cooked herself.
“Thanks mom dinner was great we’re gonna go downstairs and watch a movie”
“Ok have fun.” Anastasia led Jacob down to the entertainment room with the big screen
TV.
“What do you wanna watch?”
“I don’t know how about Titanic”
“Sure.” Anastasia got Titanic off the movie shelf, put the DVD in the DVD player, and
started the movie. Then her and Jacob cuddled up together on the couch and watched the movie.
Half way through the movie Jacob made a comment that made Anastasia blush
“You know Anastasia the characters in the movie are kind of like us if you think about it”
“How do you reckon that?”
“Because I’m from the popularity group so like I’d be first class and you were from the
geek group so you would be from third class and we had to go through hell and back just to be
together”
“I can see where you’re coming from.” Just when Jack and Rose were kissing on the bow
of the ship Anastasia and Jacob started kissing too until they were interrupted by Cheryl who
brought down snacks for them.
“Thanks mom”
“You’re welcome dear” when Cheryl left Anastasia looked at the snacks she had brought
down she had given them a six pack of diet coke, a plate of fresh baked cookies, a bowl of
popcorn, and a bag of Doritos.
“Wow this is quite a snack feast that my mom has given us. I’m surprised my mom doesn’t
usually give me snacks this late at night I wonder what’s up”
“Oh forget about it let’s enjoy this unusual treat.”
“You’re right.” Anastasia fell asleep on Jacob’s shoulder during the rest of the movie when
the movie was over he carried her to her room and laid her down on the bed and pulled the
covers over her. Anastasia stirred a bit in her sleep but didn’t wake up. Jacob went downstairs to
find Cheryl sitting in the living room watching TV when she heard Jacob enter the room.
“Oh Jacob you scared me is your guy’s movie over”
“Yeah Anastasia fell asleep so I took her up to her room and put her in her bed so she’s
upstairs asleep”
“Good she needs a good nights sleep”
“Hey Mrs. Robertson can I ask you a question”
“Go ahead Jacob”
“What was with all the sweets while we were watching the movie? Anastasia said you
don’t usually let her have sweets this late”
“Well I was hoping to tell you both together when your movie was over but since
Anastasia's asleep I can tell you both in the morning”
“You can tell me I can keep a secret”
“Alright I was going to wait but I guess I could tell you. When you mom called we talked
about you and Anastasia's relationship and your mom realized that she didn’t want to break you
two up because we can both see how much you both care about each other. So your mom and
decided that it would be unfair to split you two up. So we decided that you can stay here with me
and Anastasia as long as your relationship doesn’t interfere with your school work you have to
keep a C average in your grades or else you have to go down to California to live with your
mom”
“You’re kidding right”
“Nope but do we have an agreement”
“Yes totally and completely”
“Ok now go to bed it’s late you’re staying in the guest room right next door to Anastasia's
room.”
“Ok thank you so much.” Jacob ran upstairs to the room he was staying in he was so
excited for what was going to happen in his and Anastasia's relationship. Jacob fell asleep that
night dreaming of Anastasia and Anastasia fell asleep dreaming about Jacob. They both knew
that nothing could break them apart.

Chapter 10:

“Jacob this can’t be happening we finally get to be together” said Anastasia as they were
packing all of Jacob's things that he would need over at Anastasia's house.
“I know it’s like fate brought us together”
“I know.” They finally finished packing all of Jacob’s stuff and moving it all into his room
at Anastasia's at 4 o’clock.
“All moved in next thing to do is unpack everything first let’s unpack my clothes. Because
you and I are going out tonight,” Jacob said
“What you’ve got to be kidding me”
“Nope now help me get my clothes out of these boxes so I can find something to wear out
tonight then you can go and change into something different for tonight. I had your mom rent us
a limo.” When they finished unpacking his clothes Anastasia went into her room then into her
walk-in closet that was huge. It took Anastasia an hour to get ready. Jacob waited downstairs for
Anastasia to finish up. Jacob finally heard a door close and he went in the entryway to see
walking down the stairs in a beautiful white strapless dress with flowers on it.
“You look, uh, uh…”
“Take your time it’ll come to you”
“Bye Anastasia, be safe.” Anastasia heard her mom say as she closed the door. Jacob and
Anastasia got into the limo and headed for their destination.
“So Jacob where are we going”
“We are going to the hottest teen club in town”
“Oh my god this can’t be happening”. When they got to the club, someone opened the door
and Anastasia stepped out to see camera flashes then questions when Jacob got out of the limo.
Anastasia didn’t realize how famous Jacob and his family are. When they got to the front door,
the guy didn’t even have to ask his name because he already knew whom he was. When Jacob
and Anastasia got in the club, the music was so loud that you could hardly hear yourself think.
“HEY YOU WANT A SODA?”
 “SURE I’LL HAVE A DIET COKE”
“OK I’LL BE RIGHT BACK.” It took Jacob 10 minutes to get back with their drinks.
“THANKS”
“NO PROBLEM”. When Anastasia finished her soda Jacob asked her if she wanted to
dance.
“HEY YOU WANNA DANCE?”
“SURE.” When they got on the dance floor the song Girlfriend by N*Sync Anastasia knew
this was a sign that her and Jacob were meant to be together. After that, song was over a song
played that Anastasia and Jacob both knew would be their song Breaking Free by Zac Efron and
Vanessa Hudgens. They both could relate to this song. Anastasia and Jacob left the club at about
10:30 and called the limo to pick them up.
“Jacob this night was great; nothing could ruin this night”
“Not as long as you’re here”. Soon they came to a stop they were home.
“Good night Jacob. I love you”
“I love you too”
“I need to go instant message Caddie. Good night Jacob”. With that, Anastasia's door
closed behind her.

Chapter 11:

Dreamgurl868: Hey Caddie. You there

CBRules: Hey there girlie. How have things been between you and Jacob I haven’t heard from
you in like forever
Dreamgurl868: Pretty good he’s living with us now because his mom was going to move to
California so his mom and my mom talked and he moved in with us the next day
CBRules: I can’t believe you are living together it’s like your married
Dreamgurl868: I wish
CaddieGirl888: Yeah well Anastasia just be careful at some point this fairy tale is gonna end
Dreamgurl868: I know don’t worry well I must go bye Caddie
CaddieGirl888: Bye Anastasia, oh by the way are we still on for the mall tomorrow
Dreamgurl868: yeah meet me here at noon and we’ll go
CaddieGirl888: Oh, guess who asked me out while you were gone
Dreamgurl868: who
CaddieGirl888: Jacob’s best friend AJ
Dreamgurl868: you have to be kidding
CaddieGirl888: Nope so, I invited him to go to the mall with us and he said he would go but only
if you brought Jacob with you
Dreamgurl868: ok hold on a sec let me see if he’s awake and I’ll ask him

Anastasia left her computer to go check and see if Jacob was awake. When she opened the door
to his room, he was watching TV.
“Hey Jacob. Do you wanna go to the mall with me and Caddie?”
“Oh do I have to” said Jacob whining like a 5 year-old.
 “AJ will be there”
“Why is AJ going to be there?”
“Because he asked Caddie out so she asked he if he’d like to go and he said he’d go but
only if you were there. Please” Anastasia said giving him the puppy dog eyes.
“Oh how could I say no to that face? Alright”. Anastasia ran back to her room and
messaged Caddie again

Dreamgurl868: ok he said yes after I gave him the puppy dog eyes
CaddieGirl888: ok see you at the mall
Dreamgurl868: ok bye

Just as Anastasia was about to log out she got a weird instant message it said:

Anonymous123: My dear I have been watching you and I consider myself disappointed. I know
you can do better. I’ve seen you kissing him and it fills me with rage. You had better watch him
with a close eye because I could be lingering around any corner when you’re out in public.

Just when Anastasia was going to reply to the person, they logged off. Anastasia got scared so
she printed out the message and took it to Jacob.
“Jacob, here look at this message I got” Jacob read the message three times. Just as Jacob
was about to speak Anastasia's phone beeped. When Anastasia opened her phone, she had a text
message it said the same message

524-0000: My dear I have been watching you and I consider myself disappointed. I know you
can do better. I’ve seen you kissing him and it fills me with rage. You had better watch him with a
close eye because I could be lingering around any corner when you’re out in public.

When Anastasia tried to respond the phone said the number was disconnected. Just when Jacob
was going to speak, again he heard a dingdong noise come from Anastasia's room
“That’s my computer.” Anastasia ran to her room with Jacob following close behind.

When Anastasia got to her computer, she had e-mail. It was the same message as before

My dear I have been watching you and I consider myself disappointed. I know you can do better.
I’ve seen you kissing him and it fills me with rage. You had better watch him with a close eye
because I could be lingering around any corner when you’re out in public.

“Jacob who could be doing this”

 “I have no idea. Just ignore them if they keep coming”
“Ok. Hey Jacob can you sleep in here I don’t wanna be alone”
“Ok come on let’s go to bed its late”. Anastasia fell asleep in Jacob's arms and had a
peaceful dreamless sleep.

Chapter 12:

“Anastasia, Jacob, WAKE UP BREAKFAST IS READY!” Anastasia and Jacob woke up to

the sound of Cheryl yelling at them.
“Anastasia time to get up”
“Not yet mom it’s too early”
“Anastasia wake up. If you wake up I’ll give you a kiss”
“No thanks mom”
“Its Jacob, not mom, now get up.” With that, Jacob rolled Anastasia off the bed and onto
the floor.
“Jacob what did you do that for”
“You wouldn’t wake up”
“I was just joking around with you. I heard every word you said. Now come over here and
give me a kiss like you said”
“Fine”. Just as Jacob was about to kiss Anastasia her mom walked in.
“Anastasia get down here Neil’s waiting for you”
“Oh my god I totally forgot Neil was coming over today. Come Jacob go get dressed so we
can have breakfast with Neil”. Cheryl left the room and Anastasia told Jacob whom Neil was.
“Who’s Neil?” Jacob asked.
“Neil is my cousin who lives in Issaquah I guess I forgot to tell you”
“Thanks for keeping me in the loop” Jacob said sarcastically
“Now go get dressed Neil has been waiting to meet you”
“Why does he want to meet me?”
“He wants to meet the boy who stole my heart. Now go get dressed”
“Alright I’m going.” When Jacob left Anastasia closed and locked, her door then went to
her closet to pick out an outfit to wear. Anastasia couldn’t decide what to wear so she decided to
call Caddie.
“Hey Caddie you can come over here to my house I need your help”
“Fine I’ll be there in a few minutes.” Caddie arrived about 5 minutes later to help Anastasia
pick out an outfit. “
“Hey Anastasia can I come in” Anastasia went over and unlocked her door and let Caddie
in then she closed and locked the door again.
“Ok I need something that’s cute and revealing enough for Jacob but not too revealing for
Neil”
“How about your blue and white halter top and a pair of jean shorts.”
“Caddie you always know what to pick. That is the perfect outfit. Oh by the way Neil is
going to be coming with us to the mall”
“That’s fine he can hang out with Jacob and AJ while you and I go shopping”
 “Hey Neil needs someone to go with”
“Why don’t we invite Gerry?”

“Ok then how about that seventh grader that he used to date Shanae?”
“Perfect. Let’s call her now.” Anastasia picked up her phone and called Shanae.
“Hey Shanae its Anastasia”
“Oh hey Anastasia what’s up”?
“Do you wanna go with me and Caddie to the mall?”
“Sure”
“Good be at my house in 1 hour”
“Ok see you then Anastasia bye”
“Bye Shanae”.
“Yay maybe Neil can finally be happy”
“Yeah listen I gotta go home and get ready for our triple date”
“Ok bye Caddie.” Anastasia walked downstairs with Caddie and said good-bye then went
into the dining room to see Jacob and Neil waiting for her.
“I was wondering what was taking you so long Anastasia,” Neil said.
“You know us girls we like to take our time getting ready”
“Ok so let’s eat Anastasia can you pass the eggs”?
“Oh by the way Neil you are coming with me and my friends to mall today and I won’t
take no for an answer”
“Fine Anastasia no need to cause an argument” Neil said jokingly
“Good and we, me and Caddie, have set up a blind date for you”
“Oh no Anastasia you didn’t need to do that” Neil said looking slightly scared, he did have
every right to be though since the last blind date Caddie and I set him up on ended up in disaster
“Oh trust me you're gonna thank me for this someday. You’ll be hanging around with Jacob
and his friend AJ while we girls go do some shopping”
“Anastasia don’t you have enough clothes already?” Jacob asked.
“A girl can never have too many clothes. Plus I’m getting something else but that’s a
surprise because guess what today is”
“What?”
“Our 4 month anniversary”
“Really wow time sure flies.”

Chapter 13:

An hour later Anastasia, Jacob, and Neil were sitting in the living room waiting for
everyone to get there when Anastasia heard the doorbell ring.
“That’s either Caddie and AJ or Neil’s blind date.” Anastasia ran to the door and opened it
to find Shanae standing there with AJ and Caddie.
“Perfect! AJ, you can go in the living room tell Jacob to have my friend close his eyes”
“Alright whatever you say.” AJ walked into the living room where Jacob was sitting with
another guy.
 “Hey Jacob, Anastasia told me to tell you that her friend needs to close his eyes”
“Ok now Neil, close your eyes and don’t open them until Anastasia says to”
“Ok”. Out in the entry way Anastasia and Caddie were talking with Shanae.
“Ok Shanae, close your eyes and don’t open them until I say so”
“Ok. How do I know where I’m going?”
“Caddie will guide you.” With that, Anastasia and Caddie guided Shanae into the living
room where Jacob and AJ had Neil standing up.
“Ok you guys open your eyes.” After Anastasia said that Neil ran up and hugged Shanae.
“Oh my god Shanae I thought that I’d never see you again”
“Why are you here? Did you move back?”
“No I didn’t move back I’m just here for the day. So let’s make the best of it”
“Come on lets go.” With that Anastasia, Jacob, AJ, Caddie, Neil, and Shanae left for the
mall on the bus. Once they got there they decided to split up, the boys went to the arcade, and the
girls hit the GAP. They decided they would meet in the food court in 1 hour.
“So Shanae did you like the surprise we got you”
“I don’t think I can thank you two enough after Neil moved we kind of lost contact”
“Well there is no need to thank us I’m just glad that Neil’s happy again”
“That’s good has he been really depressed since he left?”
“Yes he has missed you so much. Now come on lets go pay for our stuff then head over to
the sports store so I can pick out Jacob’s anniversary present.” When they left the store;
Anastasia had bought three dresses, two skirts, 3 pairs of shoes, and two new shirts. Caddie had
bought four pair of jeans, and two new pairs of shoes, and five new shirts. Shanae had bought
five new dresses, 2 pairs of shoes and sunglasses. Then they headed across the mall to the sports
store.
“Hello ladies, how can I help you?” asked the clerk.
“Yes my boyfriend is a huge sports fan and our anniversary is today so I need a gift”
“Ok may I recommend a baseball bat signed by the whole mariner team”?
“That’s perfect I’ll take it. Can I get a special case for it too?”
“Sure.” With that the clerk rang them up and they paid for the purchase and left to meet the
guys at the food court.

Chapter 14:

“So Jacob. How long have you and my cousin been going out?”
“You heard this morning we’ve been together for 4 months and let me tell you we’ve been
through hell and back just to be together”
“What has happened to you?”
“Well let’s see we’ve both been attacked by my psycho ex-girlfriend”
“What did your ex-girlfriend do to you guys?”
“Well she knocked Anastasia into a coma by punching her in the forehead and then while
Anastasia was in the hospital she came back snuck into Anastasia's room and slit her wrist. Then
when Anastasia woke up from yet another coma. Olivia, my ex-girlfriend came back, she shot
me in the stomach, and then I was in a coma for 3 months. Then my mother told me that we were
moving but then our relationship was saved by Cheryl letting me live with them in their house”
“Wow at first I thought that you were just using her but now that I know what you guys
have been through I know now that you really are a great guy”
“Thanks Neil”
“Hey Neil and Jacob we better get going we have to meet the girls in 10 minutes”
“Ok let’s go.”

Chapter 15:

“Hey Boys” the three girls said in unison.

“We were wondering what was taking you guys so long”
“Well we’re here now.”
“HEY Jacob!”
“Oh no” Jacob said as someone ran towards them.
“Jacob who is that?”
“That is my sister”
“Hey Jacob what are you doing here”
“Hanging out with my friends Andy”
“Well are you going to introduce me”?
“Sure that’s Anastasia my girlfriend, that’s AJ, that’s Caddie, that’s Neil, and that’s Shanae”
“Hi everybody”
“Hi”
“So Jacob how have you been. I haven’t seen you since last Christmas”
“I’ve been good I’m surprised mom hasn’t called you”
“Well you know mom she can be forgetful”
“Well she’s not even here she’s down in California”
“Well then why aren’t you with her”
“Because she let me stay here so I could be with Anastasia. So now I live at Anastasia's
house”
“Oh well Anastasia I hope my baby brother hasn’t been too much trouble for you”
“No not really he can be a pain sometimes but most of the time he’s pretty well behaved”
“Well that’s good. Well I have to get back to work bye guys”
“Bye”. After Andy, left Anastasia started asking questions.
“Jacob you didn’t tell me you had a sister”
“I didn’t want to. Listen I didn’t mention her because I wasn’t allowed to she was rather
banished you could say from the family. We only see her on the holidays”
“Why was she banished from your family?”
“Because when she was 16 she got pregnant with a baby and then ran off with the guy that
got her pregnant and got married. When she returned home my mom had packed all of my
sister’s stuff and my mom told her she wasn’t welcome in her house anymore”
“Wow Jacob I’m so sorry that must have been horrible for you”
“Yeah we were best friends and then everything changed”
“Well come on let’s get home mom is probably freaking out right now because we’re not
home yet and it’s after 5:30.”
“Alright let’s go.” They left the mall in silence and then rode home in silence. When they
go to their stop, they all went their separate ways. Except for Anastasia, Jacob, and Neil.
“Mom we’re home”
“Ok come on Neil we need to get you home”
“Ok bye Anastasia”
“Bye Jacob”
“Bye Neil”. Cheryl and Neil left after that. Then Anastasia heard Jacob go upstairs then
when he got upstairs he disappeared into his room. Anastasia ran upstairs then knocked on his
door.
“Jacob can I come in” When there was no answer, Anastasia just walked in to find Jacob
sitting on the bed crying. Anastasia went over to the bed and sat down then put her arms around
Jacob and let him cry on her shoulder. They sat like that for an hour before Jacob finally stopped
crying.
“Jacob why were you crying?”
“My sister. Seeing her there at the mall it made me realize, what she put me through when I
was 8 and I don’t want that to happen I don’t want to see her and then have her leave again.”
“Jacob you don’t have to see her again if you don’t want to”
“Thanks Anastasia you always know how to make me feel better”
“No problem. Here this will make you feel even better” Anastasia leaned over and kissed
Jacob.
“Oh hold on a sec let me go get your anniversary present”
“You didn’t have to get me anything”
“I wanted to. I’ll be right back” Anastasia ran downstairs to get the bag with Jacob's
present. Then she ran upstairs.
“Here you go. Go on open it”
“Ok”. Jacob ripped off all the tissue paper and pulled out the baseball bat.
“Oh my god Anastasia this is the best gift anyone has ever given me. Thank you”
“Your welcome. Now where’s my present”
“Your present is coming later”
“What do you mean?”
“It’s coming later. Now let’s go swimming.”
“Ok let me go change.” Anastasia ran into her room only to here her comp beep. Anastasia
sat down at the computer to see what it was another instant message.

Chapter 16:

“Jacob, get in here”

“What Anastasia. Why aren’t you in your bathing suit?”
 “Because of this” Anastasia showed Jacob the message.
“Not another one. Well I’ll have to watch my back and make sure someone is with both of
us at all times”
“Ok now wait while I put my suit on but you have to get out of the room.” Jacob left the
room and Anastasia put on her pink and white bikini.
“Ready to go swimming.” Jacob turned around to see Anastasia in the most beautiful
bikini.
“Jacob hello anybody there”
“What oh sorry”
“It’s ok. Let’s go swimming”
“Ok”. They went out in the back yard and set their stuff down on the deck chairs. Then
Anastasia was the first one to jump in.
“come on the water isn’t cold it’s a heated pool”. With that said, Jacob jumped in.
“Your right the water is warm it feels good”
“Hey I bet I can hold my breath longer than you can”
“I bet you can’t”
“Ok on the count of 3. 1. 2. 3. Go.” Anastasia and Jacob plunged beneath the surface.
Anastasia was counting in her head the seconds. One…2…3…4…5…6…7…8…9…10…
finally, Anastasia had to breathe so she went to the surface.
“Ok Jacob you can come up now”… Jacob didn’t come up to the surface.
“Ok Jacob quit playing games”… when Anastasia didn’t hear anything she went back
underwater. She saw Jacob slowly floating to the top. Anastasia swam up to the surface then
pulled Jacob up onto the poolside then started to do CPR.
“Come on Jacob.” It took Anastasia 5 minutes before Jacob finally spit out the water and
started breathing again.
“Jacob you scared me half to death”
“I’m sorry. Someone tied me to the ladder I tried to cut it but I couldn’t then I finally got
the knot untied then everything went black.”
“It took me 5 minutes of CPR to get you breathing”
“Well I’ll try not to scare you again. We need to quit doing this to each other”
“We should really try I don’t want to lose you”
“Never let go”
“I’ll never let go.” With that Anastasia and Jacob went over got their towels dried off went
upstairs to get on some clothes on. Then they went downstairs and watched movies.
“What movie do you want to watch?”
“How about Lion King 1 ½.”
“Ok”. Anastasia put in the movie and her and Jacob sat together on the couch and watched
the movie. They were interrupted by the sound of the front door closing.
“Anastasia! Jacob! WHERE ARE YOU GUYS?” Cheryl yelled from upstairs.
“DOWN HERE MOM” Anastasia yelled from downstairs. Anastasia and Jacob heard
Cheryl coming down the stairs.
“What ya guys doin”
“We’re watching a movie”
 “What movie”
“Lion King 1 ½”
“That’s a good movie. Have fun. I’ll be upstairs if you need me”
“Ok bye ma”
“Bye Anastasia”. Soon after Cheryl left Jacob leaned in to kiss Anastasia.
“Jacob not while my moms’ upstairs”
“Please”
“Jacob, come on let’s actually watch the movie then we can go up in my room and lock the
door”
“Then we can make-out”
“Yes then we can make-out”
“Oh all right”. Anastasia and Jacob actually made it through the movie with neither of them
falling asleep.
“Ok just let me turn everything off then we can go upstairs”
“Ok I have an idea. Pretend to be asleep and I’ll carry you upstairs that way it’ll look like
I’m taking you upstairs to your room to put you to sleep. That way your mom doesn’t get
suspicious”
“You can such a Mr. Evil you know that”
“Yeah I know. Now lie down on the couch so I can pick you up and carry you upstairs”
“Ok”
“Now close your eyes and look like you’re asleep.” Jacob carried Anastasia upstairs
without any questions from her mom. When Jacob got into Anastasia's room, he closed the door
and locked it then set Anastasia down.
“Perfect job Anastasia you should be an actress”
“Ok come on” Anastasia pulled Jacob over to her bed and they sat down.
“Anastasia are you’re sure you wanna do this”
“Yes.” With that, Anastasia and Jacob sat on her bed for 2 hours and made-out.
“Jacob we should go to sleep. It’s after 10:30 and we have school tomorrow and with both
of us having been gone so long we need to go”
“Oh alright. But can I sleep in here with you please”
“Fine but go get ready for bed. I’ll be in my closet if you need me”
“Ok” he gave Anastasia one final kiss and then went to his room to change into a pair of
shorts and a tank top because it was so hot.
“Hey Anastasia you almost ready”. Just as Jacob said that Anastasia came out of her closet
in a silk nightgown that was 2 inches above her knees and showed a little too much cleavage.
“You look beautiful”
“Thank you” Anastasia said
“And you look handsome as ever” she added
“Why Mr. Jacob I think you are blushing”
“What oh sorry your just so beautiful”
“Come on let’s get to sleep we have a long day tomorrow”
“Oh all right if we have to.” Anastasia and Jacob fell asleep in each other’s arms.
 Chapter 16:

Anastasia and Jacob woke up to the sound of Cheryl singing in the shower.
“Oh is that your mom singing?”
“Yep. Come on get up we have to get ready to go to school.”
“Ok but only because you asked”. Anastasia walked over to her closet to pick out
something to wear.
“Anastasia are you almost ready”
“Yeah hold on.” What to wear what to wear, Oh, I know the blue and white striped
spaghetti strap dress. Now what to do with my hair, Oh, I’ll wear my hair as Ashley Tisdale did
in her number in High School Musical. So Anastasia put her hair up in a ponytail then clipped it
to the rest of her hair. When Anastasia was ready, she opened the door to her room quietly. But
apparently not quietly enough because Jacob turned around to see his beautiful girlfriend
walking down the stairs
“Ready?” But all Jacob could do was stare.
“Jacob hello anybody in that head of yours”
“What oh yeah let’s go”? Anastasia and Jacob were walking down the street when they
heard their names being called. They turned around to see AJ and Caddie running up to them or
at least Caddie was trying to in her heels.
“Hey guys.” Anastasia and Jacob said in unison.
“Oh my god Anastasia you look gorgeous”
“Thanks Caddie. So do you.”
“Come on let’s get to school.” But just as they were turning to leave Jacob noticed Joel and
his gooneys coming up to them.
“Hey everybody look it’s the two traitors”. But before Jacob could say anything Anastasia
beat him to it.
“Shut up Joel. You deserved what you got 4 months ago”
“Yeah right. Just like Olivia deserved to go to Juvie.”
“She did she almost killed both Anastasia and me”
“Yeah Joel, Jacob and me are only traitors in your eyes because we’re going out with
people outside our clique” AJ said squeezing Caddie’s hand
“Well AJ you could have stayed but you had to go off and be just like Jacob here. Just
because he ran off with school trash doesn’t mean you had to run off with the other one.” Right
when Jacob and AJ were about to punch Joel two fists beat them to it. Anastasia and Caddie had
given him a bloody lip and a bloody nose.
“Well what does it feel like to be beaten up by two girls Joel?” But before he could answer
the four friends were already walking off to school. When they got into the main hall everything
went silent. Everybody knew what was going on.
“Ok so what’s our first class?”
“The four of us have Spanish with Mr. Rodriguez.”
“Alright let’s go.” They sat through Spanish watching the Spanish version of some movie
from the 80’s.
“Well that was enjoyable,” said Anastasia as they left the classroom.
 “Ok what do we have next Anastasia?”
“Well you and I have sculpture and AJ and Caddie have band.”
“Ok. When do we see them again?”
“Next period we have science together”
“Ok bye guys see you later.” Anastasia and Jacob sat together in sculpture while they
listened to a boring lecture and watched a boring movie on Alexander Calder.
“Yet another boring class period”
“Come on let’s go meet up with AJ and Caddie.” With that Anastasia and Jacob ran off to
find Caddie and AJ.
“Hey Jacob, Anastasia. Ready for science”
“Yeah I wonder what Mr. Williams has planned for us.” When they walked into science
they saw that the lab stations were set up which meant they were going to do one of Mr. Williams
crazy experiments.
“Wow that has been one of the best class periods so far”
“Yeah what’s next let’s see AJ and me have math and you and Caddie have social studies.
No wait woops wrong schedule we all have math together; sorry”
“Off to math" When they got to math they had a sub and they all were scared of her it was
Mrs. O’Neal.
“Oh look it’s the happy couple,” Mrs. O’Neal pointed to Jacob and Anastasia.
“You; Anastasia over there next to Josh.”
“What why?”
“Because I want no holding hands or playing footsie, so move now. Before I give you a
detention.” Before Mrs. O’Neal could say another word Anastasia had moved. The whole class
period Anastasia was uncomfortable because Josh kept trying to hold her hand. When class was
over Anastasia was the first person to leave the classroom. Anastasia waited for Jacob to come
out of the classroom but it looked like he was talking with Mrs. O’Neal.
“Hey Anastasia.”
“What do you want Josh?”
“I was wondering if I could take you out Saturday night”
“Why are you even asking you know I’m going out with Jacob”?
“Yeah well I just saw him in the classroom flirting with another girl”
“Hey Josh you do know I can see him in the window right there talking with Mrs. O’Neal.”

“Hey Anastasia” she heard Jacob say. When Jacob spoke Anastasia ran off crying.
“Josh I should have known”
“Well I shall be leaving now”
“I’m not done with you yet”
“Yes well I’m done with you. I’ll be back for Anastasia later.” Right after Josh left Caddie
and AJ came up to Jacob.
“Caddie I need you to go and see how Anastasia is doing. AJ go and tell Mrs. Thompson
what happened and then tell her that I’m in the principals office.” Everyone split up and did as
Jacob said. When Jacob got to the principals office he knocked on the door.
“Um Mr. Addison can I talk to you?”
“Sure Jacob come in and take a seat. What do you need to talk about?”
“ Well it’s about a boy named Josh Anderson”
“Yes one of the Honor Roll Students”
“Yes well any way. After 4th period while I was talking to Mrs. O’Neal. Josh confronted my
girlfriend Anastasia Robertson”
“Yes another Honor Roll Student”
“Yes anyway well you’ve probably heard about all the things that have happened to us the
past 4 months”
“Yes but I thought it was Olivia Johnson did all that”
“Yes she did but Josh was the one helping her along the way and he confessed to raping
Anastasia 7 months ago”
“That can’t be possible Josh is one of the best students here at McCormick Junior High.”
“Ok but look at these messages that Anastasia has been getting for the past few months”.
“What has Josh got to do with these they look like a bunch of notes sent by a secret

also confessed to those too.”

“Anastasia are you in here?” After Caddie said that she heard crying in the second stall.
Caddie walked up to the stall and opened the door to find Anastasia crying.
“Anastasia come on let’s go to the counselor”
“Alright let’s go.” When Caddie knocked on the door the heard a women’s voice behind

“So now Anastasia and Caddie are in Mrs. Peter’s office and Jacob is in Mr. Addison’s
office”
“Ok that’s fine just take your seat and I won’t count them as late”

“Josh what are you doing here haven’t you caused enough trouble as it is” asked Caddie.
“When I heard Anastasia was crying in the counselors office I came to find her so I could
apologize”
“Yeah right like you would apologize to any one.” When Anastasia and Caddie turned to
walk away Josh grabbed Anastasia's arm before she could go anywhere.
“Ow! Let go your hurting me”
“Not until you accept my apologize”
“I will never in a million years accept your apology”
“Fine be that way then I won’t let go of your arm.”
“Hey Anastasia there you are”
 “Hello Jacob”
“Josh why can’t you just leave us alone”
“I won’t leave her alone until she tells me where my kid is. She says I got her pregnant
when I raped her 7 months ago. So if your 7 months pregnant then why aren’t you showing”

her arm checked out.
“Mrs. Norman?”
“Oh hello Jacob and Anastasia what’s wrong?”
“It’s her arm she can’t move it”
“What happened”?
“Josh Anderson grabbed my arm then when he got really mad he squeezed my arm real
hard and now I can’t move it”
“Well it looks like you have some nerve damage. We’ll have to put it in a sling to keep you
from moving it. Can you move your hand”?
“I think so”
“Well it looks like you have movement of your hand. What about your arm can you move
it?”
“I bet I can”
“Well I bet your right. It looks like the only thing you don’t have movement of is your
upper arm. Let me go get that sling.”
“Well Anastasia it looks like you are going to be ok.” Mrs. Norman came out and put the
sling on Anastasia.
“Ok Ms. Robertson your free to go to class”. Jacob, Anastasia, and Caddie walked the halls
in silence not really knowing what to say.
“Hello Mrs. Thompson”
“Hello Jacob, Anastasia, and Caddie. We’re doing silent reading so take out your book and
start reading.” Right when they got in their seats the bell rang
“So um Anastasia what is our next class.”
“Social studies our last class of the day”
“Thank god.” They walked into their social studies class and sat down in their seats.
“Today we will be breaking into groups of 6 that you choose. To do projects on the states
each group will have to report on 6 states. Each state report must include state flower, state bird,
and state motto, a picture of the state, and a picture and name of the current governor. Alright get
into groups.” Anastasia and Jacob headed over to join Caddie and AJ. When everyone was
grouped up Jacob, Anastasia, AJ, and Caddie all realized that they only had 4 people and there
should be 4 equal groups of 6.
“Oh crap Jacob look who we’re stuck with.” They all turned around to see that they were
stuck with Josh Anderson and Michael Alan.
“Wonderful” Jacob said.

Chapter 18

Three Months Later

Anastasia and Jacob were now back in school after a wonderful summer vacation.
“Anastasia you are so stupid”
“Well if I’m stupid. Then you’re an idiot.” Anastasia and Jacob had been arguing all day.
Luckily Cheryl wasn’t there. Jacob then said something that he knew he would soon regret.
“Well why don’t you just leave then”
“What well if that’s the way you feel then I will leave.” Anastasia went over to her closet
got out a suitcase and packed some clothes.
“No Anastasia don’t do this I didn’t mean it”
“If you didn’t mean it the why did you say it”
“Because I was being stupid”
“Well I don’t care maybe we should just see other people for a while I can’t stand all this
from you anymore”. Anastasia took her rolling suitcase and went downstairs and shut the door in
Jacob's face. After Anastasia closed the door she ran crying heading over to a friend she had
gained over the summer; Josh. Anastasia knocked on the door and Josh answered. When Josh
opened the door Anastasia immediately hugged him.
“Anastasia what’s wrong?”
“Jacob told me to leave so I did you were the only person I could come to that doesn’t talk
to him so I felt I could trust you.”
“Come on let come inside.” Josh took Anastasia into the living room and let her cry into his
shoulder. When Anastasia stopped crying she looked up. Anastasia knew what she had to do she
had to get revenge on Jacob for hurting her. So she leaned up and kissed Josh.
“Anastasia you can’t do this your still going out with Jacob.”
“Not anymore I told him that maybe we should see other people and you’re who I wanna
see”
“Come on let’s get you cleaned up and I’ll take you out to lunch”
“I would love to but I only brought something to change into so I could sleep. So we have
to go back to my house”
“Ok just let me get ready then we’ll head over to your house”
“Ok I’ll be down here.” When Josh left Anastasia realized that she was still wearing the
ring that Jacob had given her. When they went over to her house she would have to give it back.
“Ready Anastasia”
 “Yeah lets go.” They walked over to Anastasia's house that was 4 doors down from hers.
“Ok wait in the living room while I go get something on.” When Anastasia got up to her
room she heard crying coming from inside. When she opened her door she saw Jacob lying on
her bed crying holding the stuffed dog that he had won her at the summer fair.
“Anastasia you came back”
“Not for you I need to change for my date”
“Wait you got a date it’s only been an hour and you already have a date”
“Yes who it is, is none of your business but he’s downstairs if you wanna say hi. Now will
you please leave so I can change.” When Jacob left Anastasia's room he went downstairs to see
none other than Josh sitting on the couch.
“What are you doing here Josh”
“Waiting for Anastasia to get ready for our date”
“You’re the one who asked her out”
“Yep she come over to my house crying and I let her come in and cry then when she finish
crying she kissed me. Then I asked her out.” Before Jacob could answer they heard a door close.
They walked into the entryway to see Anastasia walking down the stairs in a beautiful white
blouse with a pink sweater over it and jeans with sparkle flowers at the rim of the pant legs and
she had her white tennis shoes.
“Wow” Josh and Jacob said in unison.
“Come one Anastasia let’s go”
“I believe this is yours Jacob.” When the front door closed Jacob looked down at his hand
and saw that Anastasia had put the ring he had bought her in his hand.

Chapter 19

“Josh that was so much fun” Anastasia and Josh had come home from their day of fun.
“Can you show me where I’ll be sleeping I’m tired”
“Sure come on.” Josh led Anastasia up to the guest bedroom.
“Wait what’s this note doing on the bed.”

Dear Anastasia,
Take care of this for me. Because after tonight I won’t need it in the bag is a bunch of my things
that are some of my most prized possessions. I hope you and Josh have a nice life together I’ll be
watching from above.

“There is something I have to go get at my house.”
“Let me come with you”
 “No this is something I need to do on my own.” Before Josh could say another word
Anastasia had already left the house and was running up the street to her house. When she got
into her house she looked out in the back yard to see Jacob standing there in the middle of the
yard with a knife to his wrist.
“Jacob don’t do this”
“What do you care you’re going out with Josh anyway”
“No after tonight I realized that there is only one person that I want to be in the arms of.
And that’s you”
“Yeah right. Like you care”
“I do Jacob. I care about you. More than you’ll ever know. When I was out with Josh today
instead of seeing him I kept seeing you”
“If you really mean that show me”
“How?”
“By giving me a kiss.” After he said that he dropped the knife. Then Anastasia ran up and
gave him a kiss.
“Now I know that you mean it”
“Come on let’s go get my stuff from Josh’s house”
“Ok let’s go.” When they came into Josh’s house they went up to the guest room to get
Anastasia's stuff.
“I should have known you’d go back Jacob. You were just using me to get back at him”
“Josh let me get my stuff”
“Fine go ahead leave but I will be back to get you Anastasia.” With that Josh left and
Anastasia and Jacob got all of Anastasia's stuff and Jacob's and left.
“I love you Jacob”
“I love you too.” With that they walked up to Anastasia's room where they fell asleep in
each other’s arm.

Chapter 20

The years passed and Anastasia and Jacob's relationship blossomed. It’s now 2011 and
Anastasia and Jacob were in their last year in high school. Anastasia and Jacob had had their ups
and downs in their relationship. In 2009 a car accident threatened to split them apart. But now
Jacob had an unexpected surprise for Anastasia. Jacob had taken Anastasia out to dinner and then
they took a walk on the beach.
“Anastasia can I ask you something”
“Yes Jacob”
“Will you marry me?”
“Jacob I… I… I can’t do this.” Anastasia ran off as fast as she could. She went home
packed her bags called the airport to get a ticket for the next flight to Idaho.
“Anastasia wait don’t…” before Jacob could finish his sentence Anastasia had sped off in
her car to the airport. When Anastasia got to the airport she left her car and ran as fast as she
could to the desk to get her ticket the board her plane.
 “Anastasia why did you have to leave?" Jacob had been crying ever since Anastasia had
left. Which had been 2 months ago. They had never gotten a call. It was one hot Seattle July day.
When the phone rang and Jacob answered it.
“Hello?”
“Hi Jacob” said a voice he hadn’t heard in two months.
“Anastasia is that you?”
“Yes Jacob it’s me”
“Oh god I’ve missed you so much”
“I’ve missed you too. I just had to leave”
“Why”
“It was just so sudden. I just wasn’t ready and it was a bit of a shock. And I guess I was
scared that I was making a mistake if I said yes and that you would hurt me”
“Anastasia I would never hurt you. I really care about you and I mean that. I love you with
all my heart. When I was with Olivia I felt no feeling she didn’t make me melt at the sight of her
eyes or make my hands sweat when she was near me. You’re the only girl in my life and nothing
can change that.”
“Well can you come and pick me up at the airport I kind of need a ride”
“Sure I’ll be there soon” Jacob practically ran out the door and raced to the airport. He
searched the whole airport for Anastasia but couldn’t find her.

“Hello my love”. Anastasia turned around expecting to see Jacob but instead saw Josh.
“Josh how did you know I was here”
“I know everything and anything that happens around here”
“Well you can leave me alone now. I’m waiting for Jacob”
“Oh no I’m not leaving here I’m not leaving here until I get what’s rightfully mine”
“Well you can forget it because I’m not going anywhere with you”
“I think you will be” Josh showed Anastasia the knife he had in his pocket.
“Now I suggest if you want to stay alive then you come with me.” Anastasia followed
knowing she had no choice for if she wanted to stay alive. When they drove past Josh’s house
Anastasia wondered where they were going.
“Where are you taking me”?
“To a motel where I booked us a room. Then it’s off to Vegas in the morning to get
married. Then no one can take you away from me” When Anastasia was about to say something
else Josh pulled out the knife, and then she shut her mouth. When they got to the hotel Josh took
Anastasia up to the front desk.
“Hello I have reservations under Anderson”
“Ah yes here you go have a nice stay”. Josh pulled Anastasia into the room then locked the
door. Then he took Anastasia and pushed her onto the bed.
“Josh what are you doing get off me”
“Not until I get what I want” Josh started pulling off Anastasia's clothes but had only
succeeded to pull off her shirt when someone pounded on the door.
“POLICE OPEN UP!!!!”
“I HAVE A HOSTAGE AND I’M NOT AFRAID TO KILL COME IN THIS ROOM AND
SHE’S DEAD!!!!”
“Please Josh do what they say”
“Never I came to get what I wanted and I’m going to get it.” Josh started ripping off the
rest of her clothes. Then he forced himself into her with all his strength. Once he reached his
climax, he put his clothes back on and told Anastasia to get into the bathroom. Anastasia grabbed
her clothes then went into the bathroom like he said. When she got into the bathroom she put her
clothes back on and waited. Then she heard shouting.
“WE’RE COMING IN.” Then she heard the door in the room slam open.
“Anastasia! Anastasia! Where are you?” Anastasia heard Jacob's voice and she knew she
was safe.
“Jacob I’m in here in the bathroom.” when the door opened Anastasia saw Jacob standing
in the doorway.
“Oh my god Anastasia I’m so glad I found you.” Jacob ran up to her and put his arms
around her not letting go.
“How did you find me Jacob”?
“I saw you go out the door with Josh. Why did you go with him?”
“He threatened to kill me if I didn’t go with him so I didn’t have a choice”
“Oh I’m so sorry. I followed you guys then when I got here I called the police and told
them he was holding you hostage.”
“You got here too late. He hurt me more emotionally then physically”
“What did he do to you Anastasia”?
“If I tell you, you won’t be mad right”
“No never”. Anastasia started to cry.
“He raped me again. I tried to fight him. But he said if I even tried to fight him then he
would kill me. I didn’t want to die, not when I just came back to you”
“It’s alright Anastasia just cry. But come on let’s get out of here”
“Alright let’s go home” Anastasia and Jacob were silent all the way home. Then when they
got home Jacob saw that Anastasia had fallen asleep. Jacob took her inside and put her in her
room then took off her shoes. When all of a sudden he got a punch in the nose
“No stay away! Get your hands off of me”
“Anastasia why did you punch me”
“Because you were going to rape me”
“No I wasn’t I was just taking off your shoes”
“I’m sorry I’m just traumatized from this whole experience”
“It’s ok I would think your weird if you weren’t”
“Jacob promise me that you’ll never leave me and you’ll never let go”
“I’ll never let go and you have to promise me that you’ll never leave me”
“Never let go. Please Jacob will you stay with me”
“Sure. Let’s get some sleep I haven’t slept very well since you left”
“Ok I’ll see you in a few minutes.” Anastasia ran into her closet to find one of her
nightgowns. Which one to wear oh I know.
“Anastasia are you ready.” When Anastasia came out of her closet Jacob’s eyes widened at
the sight before him. Anastasia was wearing a silk nightgown that was 3 inches above her knees
and was low cut showing off a lot of Anastasia's cleavage.
“You look amazing.”
“You know I bought this just for you”
“Well then I must be special”
“Maybe you are maybe you aren’t. But you can show me”
“How?”
“Like this”. Anastasia ran up and started kissing Jacob.
“Anastasia are you sure you want to do this? What if your mom comes home?”
“we’ll lock the door. And yes I’m sure” Anastasia got up and locked the door.
“Now come on or are you chicken”
“Alright get over here.” With that Anastasia and Jacob made love. After Anastasia and
Jacob had made love 3 times, Anastasia fell asleep and had a really strange dream.
“Grandpa?”
“Hello Anastasia”
“But wait how can I be talking to you if you’re dead”
“You are talking to me through dream”
“So I’m asleep.”
“Yes now come here I want to show you something.” Anastasia's Grandpa took Anastasia
over to a railing and pulled the clouds apart.
“Wait is that me”
“Yes Anastasia. That is you and Jacob. And that is your little girl.”
“So wait I’m pregnant”
“Yep”
“But that baby looks nothing like me or Jacob so whose could it be”
“Take a guess Anastasia”
“No it can’t be its Josh’s isn’t it”
“Yep she was conceived today”
“But wait who is that.”
“That is her twin. That baby is yours and Jacob's. Because you and Jacob made love so
close to when she was conceived that baby was conceived too”
“So I’m having twins. What are their names”?
“The girl is Madeleine Josephine Robertson and the boy is Noah Zachary Robertson.”
“Oh my Grandpa, can I ask you a question?”

“Of course”
“If that baby that I had a miscarriage with if it had been born then what would it has
been.”
“Would you like to meet her”? Before they could move Anastasia heard a girls voice in the
distance
“Mommy! Mommy”. Anastasia turned around to see a little girl running towards her.
 “Hey cutie what’s your name?”
“My names Margaret but everybody calls me Molly. I love you mommy.”
“Anastasia it’s time for you to go”
“Do I have to Grandpa? I can’t just leave here without Molly”
“Here Anastasia take this”. Anastasia's Grandpa handed her a locket. When Anastasia
opened it, it had a picture of her Grandpa and molly.
“Oh thank you, I love it”
“Now come on Anastasia you need to wake-up”
Anastasia woke up to see a man’s bare chest. She looked up and saw Jacob’s face.
Anastasia got out of bed put her clothes back on and then went over to the mirror to see a locket
around her neck.
“Just like the Grandpa gave me which means that I’m. No I can’t be. Oh boy”. Anastasia
ran over to the bed.
“Jacob! Jacob! Wake up”
“Anastasia what is it”
“Look at this.” Jacob took the locket from Anastasia and looked at it.
“Where did you get this I’ve never seen it before”?
“I have no idea. I woke up went over to the mirror and it was around my neck. Wait I
remember I had this dream and my Grandpa was there then he took me over to this railing then
cleared the clouds and when I looked down we were there with this little boy and girl. My
Grandpa told me that they were our kids our baby twins.”
“What were their names”?
“The girl was Madeleine Josephine Robertson and the boy was Noah Zachary Robertson.”
“So your pregnant and I’m going to be a father”
“Well yes and no”
“Yes and no?”
“You’re the father of one of them and Josh is the father of the other. Because of the events
that happened today and because of when Josh had sex with me and then when you did they were
so close together that there were still some eggs left so I’m pregnant with both you and Josh’s
kids. The boy is yours and the girl is his.”
“Wait Anastasia who is this girl in the locket”
“That is what would have been the baby that was a miscarriage.”
“So I’m going to be a father this is so great”
“We won’t know for sure if I’m pregnant till I start having morning sickness”

Chapter 21

Three months went by and Anastasia knew she was pregnant. When Anastasia and Jacob
went to the doctor the doctor confirmed that she was having twins. 1 boy and 1 girl Anastasia
and Jacob got married 1 month after Jacob proposed. Anastasia woke up one morning to see
Jacob feeling her stomach.
“Good morning. What are you doing?”
“Seeing if the babies will kick. But they haven’t… never mind they just did and boy are
they strong”
“Just like their daddy. Come on get dressed I’ll make you breakfast. Then you and me are
going to take a walk get some exercise.”
“Alright I’m going I’m going”
“Ok I’ll be in my closet.” Anastasia went into her closet and picked out a lavender
maternity tracksuit. When Anastasia got out of her closet she saw that Jacob had fallen back
asleep.
“Jacob wake up or else I’ll pour water on you”
“You wouldn’t dare”
“My mom did it to me so I’m not afraid to do it to you”
“Fine I’ll get up”
“Good now I’ll be downstairs in the kitchen if you need me”. Anastasia left Jacob and went
downstairs into the kitchen to make breakfast.
“Something smells good. What ya makin’?”
“I’m making omelet’s and pancakes. What do you want in your omelet?”
“Sausage, bacon, onions, and lots of cheese”
“Sounds good maybe I’ll try that too. What kind of pancakes do you want?”
“How about chocolate chip”
“Alright coming right up” Anastasia and Jacob had a nice breakfast. Consisting of omelets,
pancakes, sliced apples, and fresh squeezed orange juice. Then they headed out the door to take
their morning walk.
“Ok ready to go back.”
“Yep.”
“Thanks for breakfast Anastasia. Where did you learn to be such a good cook?”
“I taught myself by looking at recipes and following instructions. Plus my mom showed
me a few things. Like how to sew my own clothes.”
“You can sew?”
“Why do you think that there is a sewing machine in my room”?
“That makes sense”
“I even know how to do embroidery”
“You do”
“Sure how about we go home and then we go off the craft store to buy some fabric and I’ll
make you a shirt”
“Alright let’s get home then. Oh wait we are home”
“Alright let’s go inside and get changed then you can drive me to the craft store”
“Alright let’s go.” They went inside and changed then were off to the craft store. When
they got to the craft store they were bombarded by paparazzi.
“No comment! No comment”. They walked into the craft store and got multiple stares.
“Sorry ‘bout that Anastasia ever since the wedding the press have gone mad wanting
comments about you and the baby”
“Well we should tell them at some point”
“Well right now let’s just enjoy our time together”
“Come on let’s get to the pattern books that way you can go through them and pick out
something you like and I’ll pick out something I like for the babies and you”
“Alright let’s go.” Anastasia and Jacob spent most of the afternoon at the craft store. By the
time they left the store they had picked out 4 baby outfits 2 for each twin and 2 shirts for Jacob.
“Anastasia! Anastasia!”
“Oh no not Neil”.
“Hey Anastasia what are you doing here?” Neil said when he came up to them
“Shopping for fabric”
“Cool. Hey Jacob”
“Hey Neil”
“So I heard you and Jacob got married”
“Yeah actually we eloped.”
“That’s why I didn’t get an invitation to the wedding”
“Yeah”
“Hey Anastasia you look like you’ve gained some weight”
“I should be since I’m expecting”
“Expecting what?”
“A baby doofus” then Neil got a smack on the back of his head.
“Oh my god Shanae is that you how are you doing girl”
“Good”
“Hey I see you have an engagement ring on who’s the lucky man”
“Him”
“You’re marrying Neil. Congratulations. When’s the wedding?”
“Next month”
“Well we’ll be there”
“Good we’ll send an invite. We were just going to get some lunch wanna join us?”
“Sure”
“We were just going over to Shari’s”
“Ok let’s go.” Anastasia, Jacob, Neil, and Shanae had a nice lunch where they talked about
what had happened to them since they last saw them.
“Well me and Jacob better get going if we want to start on our sewing projects”
“Jacob you know how to sew?”
“No Anastasia does and I promised to help with the cutting and threading the needle. Plus
she’s gonna teach me”
“I’ve never met a guy that wants to learn how to sew”
“Yeah well I’m not like most guys”
“Bye Neil. Bye Shanae”
“Bye Anastasia. Bye Jacob.” Jacob and Anastasia drove home and went right up to
Anastasia's room to start working on their project.
“Ok go grab the fabric scissors out of my sewing box over there they should be on the left
hand side”
“Alright”
“Good now take out the pattern and pin it to the fabric then cut along the edges”
“Which one should we do first”?
 “Let’s do one of your shirts since you’re the one who’s gonna be sewing it together and I
don’t want our babies to be wearing lopsided or ruined clothes”
“You don’t think I’m gonna be that bad do you”
“Considering how you’re cutting yes.” Jacob looked down at the pattern and realized that
he had left some bumps of extra fabric in some spots.
“Woops sorry”
“Don’t say sorry to me I’m not the one who’s wearing the shirt”
“What you’re going to make me wear this”
“Yep I didn’t spend over $100 at the craft store just so you could throw your project away
if you mess up. Nope you are going to finish this project”

Chapter 22

The next six months flew by for Anastasia and Jacob. They finished their sewing projects
and Jacob was proudly wearing the shirts he made. Even though he claimed that Anastasia had
made them so that he wouldn’t look like he was turning into a girl. But Anastasia didn’t care she
was proud of the work Jacob did and he didn’t do that bad of a job. One morning Anastasia woke
up with really bad pains. Anastasia knew she was going into labor but the contractions were 45
minutes apart so she would be fine until Jacob got home from work. When Jacob got home from
work it was about 4:30 and he heard Anastasia screaming his name from the kitchen.
“Anastasia are you ok”
“Hospital. Now. Time.”
“Oh my let me get the suitcase. Can you make it to the car”
“Yes now hurry.” Anastasia waddled out to the car. The pains getting worse, Jacob came
running out of the house to see Anastasia in the car waiting and squeezing the stress ball he kept
in the glove compartment for when she went into labor.
“Jacob hurry”
“I’m going where did you fill out the forms”
“Stevens! Now go!”
“I’m going how far apart are the contractions”
“About 5 minutes” Jacob raced to the hospital and they admitted Anastasia in immediately.
“If you want to go into the delivery room you need to wash up and put on scrubs,” the
doctor told Jacob. Jacob did as he was told because he had promised Anastasia that he would be
there for the birth of their children.
“Jacob!!!!”
“I’m right here Anastasia” Jacob went over and held Anastasia's hand, as the contractions
got closer together. Jacob wasn’t even aware of the pain all that he cared about was the fact that
his Anastasia was in pain.
“Ok Anastasia, get ready to push”
“Oh Jacob it hurts so much”
“Come on Anastasia you can do it”
“Ok Anastasia push”
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh”
 “I see its head. Ok Anastasia 1 more push then you’ll have to push for the other baby”
“Another one”
“Come on Anastasia you can do it”
1… 2… 3…”
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh” Anastasia gave her push then she heard crying.
“Ok Anastasia I need you to push”
“Alright Anastasia you can do it”
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh”
“Alright Anastasia 1 more push”
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh”
“There you go twins. 1 boy. 1 girl”
“Oh they’re so cute”
“Jacob you want to hold one”
“Sure let me hold my little boy”
“Um not to disturb you but we need to know their names and then take them to be looked
at by the pediatricians.”
“Ok we already picked the names they were Madeleine Josephine Robertson and Noah
Zachary Robertson.”
“Alright thank you Mrs. And Mr. Robertson. I need to take the babies now”
“Ok bye Noah and Maddie” Anastasia was glad that she had a problem free birth. She soon
fell asleep from the tiring birth. Jacob looked over to see Anastasia sleeping.
“Good night my Angel” Jacob went over and sat in the chair in the room and fell asleep.
When Jacob woke up in the morning he saw Anastasia sitting up in bed eating breakfast.
“Hey honey” Jacob said
“Hey Jacob. You know you look so cute when you’re sleeping”
“Thanks. You all done with breakfast”
“Yep can you ask the nurse if I can have see the babies”?
“Sure I’ll be right back” when Jacob went out to the nurses station he saw AJ and Caddie
getting out of the elevator.
“Hey AJ. Hey Caddie”
“Hey Jacob we were just coming’ to see you.”
“What are you doing out here?” Caddie asked.
“Anastasia wants the babies. So I came out here to ask if they could bring them to her”
“Hold on Mr. Robertson let me go get those babies for you” said the nurse. Jacob didn’t
even realize that he was standing at the desk.
“Thank you” Jacob said.
“Come on let’s go see the mother,” Jacob said. When they walked in Anastasia was
watching TV.
“Anastasia you have visitors”
“Oh hey Caddie. Hey AJ”
“Hey Anastasia how are you feeling?” Caddie asked.
“Pretty good I’m just tired” just then the nurses walked in with the twins.
“Thank you” Anastasia said to the nurses when they handed the babies to Anastasia.
 “This little boy is Noah Zachary Robertson and this cute little girl is Madeline Josephine
Robertson. Caddie would you like to hold one?”
“Sure let me hold little Maddie” Anastasia handed Maddie to Caddie and Maddie started
crying.
“Someone’s hungry” Caddie said. As soon as Maddie started crying Noah started crying.
“They already have the twin thing down” AJ commented.
“Come on let’s leave Anastasia so she can feed the babies” Jacob said. When AJ, Caddie,
and Jacob left they went down to the cafeteria to get something to eat.
“So Jacob your finally a father isn’t that what you’ve always wanted” AJ said.
“Yeah but this means Anastasia will have to take time off from the daycare center. I hope
she can do without that for a while. That’s what she looks forward to every morning”
“Well now she has a couple of cute little kids to wake up and see every morning,”
commented Caddie.
“We have their rooms all set up at the house”
“You’re putting them in separate rooms?” AJ asked.
“No when they get to be about 3 and they’ve learned how to walk and talk. We’re going to
put them in their own rooms but until then we have 3 rooms set up. 1 that’s the nursery, 1 that is
Noah’s room, and 1 that is Maddie’s room” explained Jacob.
“What was the theme you went with for the rooms”?
“Well for Maddie’s we did a Little Mermaid theme. But we need to get someone who can

“Sure I’ll do for free since you’re my friends”
“Thanks. Then for Noah’s room we went with a Lion King theme. But just like with
Maddie’s room we need someone to put Simba, Mufasa, Rafikki, Zazu, Timon, and Pumba,
Nala, and Sarabi on the walls. For that we were going to ask you to do that AJ since you’re also
an animator.”
“Sure I’ll do for free also”
“Good Anastasia will be happy to hear that”
“Come on let’s go back upstairs. Anastasia's probably done feeding the twins.” Jacob,
Caddie, and AJ went up to the floor Anastasia was on.
“Wait here so I can see if Anastasia's ready for you guys to come in” when Jacob walked
into the room he saw Anastasia holding Maddie in her arm and resting Noah on her knees.
“Hey Anastasia can AJ and Caddie come in”
“Sure” when Caddie and AJ come into the room they saw Anastasia playing with the
babies.
“Well this looks like a good time to tell everybody I have an announcement,” Caddie said.
“What?” said Anastasia, AJ, and Jacob at the same time?
“I’m pregnant”
“What you mean I’m…” said AJ
“Going to be a father. Yes AJ”
“YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” AJ yelled.
“Whoa AJ calm down your just going to have a baby” Jacob said
 “Actually babies” Caddie said.
“What do you mean babies?” AJ asked
“I’m having triplets”
“Oh my god Caddie this is such good news” Anastasia said.
“Wait you can’t tell how many your having until your at least 5 to 7 months pregnant” AJ
said.
“Yeah well I’m 7 months pregnant”
“but your not showing or anything”
“Because according to my doctor I have been exercising I haven’t gained enough weight”
“So that’s why you’ve been craving ice cream”
“Yep I know the genders if you want to know”
“Sure what are they”?
“3 girls. You’ll be the only man in the house”
“That’s great but we need to pick out the names. ASAP”
“Ok, ok calm down AJ”
“Well we better go we have some things to take care of”
“Bye guys” Anastasia and Jacob said as their 2 best friends left the room.
“There goes 1 happy couple,” said Anastasia
“Yep I guess this means that Caddie won’t be doing those drawing in Maddie’s room for
awhile”
“They said they would?”
“Yep AJ can do Noah’s. But they don’t have to be done now. We have 3 years before they
are going to be in the rooms”
“Yep now here take your little girl”
“Hey little Maddie. You know she has your beautiful emerald green eyes and my blond
hair”
“And your little boy has your sapphire blue eyes and my brown hair. I wonder if he’ll be
just like his daddy and always wear a hat to cover that hair”
“I don’t always wear my hat. I don’t wear it when I’m sleeping”
“Ok so about 90% of the time you do”
“Sounds accurate. We’ll try not to do that with Noah.”
“Good cause no one wants you to hide your pretty hair” when Anastasia looked down she
noticed Maddie asleep in her arms.
“Looks like someone needs a nap”
“That makes two them” Anastasia looked over and saw Noah asleep in Jacob’s arms
“Let me buzz the nurse” Anastasia pushed a red button on her bed that rang the nurse.
About 5 minutes later a nurse walked into the room
“Yes Mrs. Robertson?”
“Can you take the babies back to the nursery”
“Right away Mrs. Robertson” the nurse took the babies out and Jacob and Anastasia got a
visit from the doctor after the nurse left.
“Hello doctor is something wrong” Anastasia asked.
“Nope just coming in to tell you that you can go home tomorrow morning. Oh and you
have a visitor”
“Ok send them in” after the doctor left they heard a knock on the door.
“Come in” Anastasia and Jacob heard footsteps then they saw none other than Josh.
“Josh what are you doing here,” said Jacob stepping in front of Anastasia.
“I want my kid”
“How did you find out about our kids”?
“The newspapers” Josh said in a duh tone.
“Oh crap I forgot we did a newspaper interview,” Jacob said.
“Now I want my kids” Josh said angrily
“Well you can’t have them besides they’re not both yours.”
“But you had twins so they have to both be mine”
“No they some how ended up being that 1 is yours and the other is Jacob’s”
“That’s not possible”
“If you don’t believe me then take a paternity test and anyway if they were both yours then
you wouldn’t get them anyways”
“Or I have an idea you give me the kids and no one gets hurt”
“You want to bet on that” Jacob said fists clenched. Anastasia pushed the in case of
emergency button while Josh wasn’t looking and then Anastasia's doctor and 3 nurses ran in the
room. When they saw that Josh had a weapon in his pocket the doctor grabbed the knife out of
Josh’s pocket and two of the nurses grabbed his hands and the other one went and got the
security guards.
“Sir may I ask what you were planning on doing with this?” asked one of the security
officers
“I wasn’t going to do anything if they handed my kids over to me”
“Like I said before only one of them is yours and you can’t have them anyways”
“We’ll see about that I knew you would say that so I set us up to go onto Maury and then
we’ll take the paternity tests and that baby will be mine”
“Not if we have something to say about it” said Jacob.
“We won’t arrest him but he can’t come in this hospital again unless he’s injured and we’ll
be taking away this knife”
“I’ll see you again both of you on Friday at 2” with that the guards took him out of the
room.
“Jacob please don’t let him take my babies away from me,” Anastasia cried
“Don’t worry Anastasia I won’t let him do that. But we are going to go on that show and
prove to him that he’s only the father of one of them”
“Alright can you book our flight for tomorrow afternoon”
“Sure I’m going to go home and get you some clothes and book that flight that should take
about half an hour will you be fine until then”
“Yep if I need anything I’ll ask the nurse”
“Ok see you soon”
“Wait while your at the house can you get some of Noah and Maddie’s clothes. Preferably
the ones we made”
“Alright see you when I get back” when Jacob left he saw Cheryl coming out of the
elevator along with his mom.
“Mom. Ms. Robertson nice to see you guys Anastasia's in her room third door on the left”
“Thanks Jacob. Where are you going?” His mom asked
“I’m going back to the house to get some things for Anastasia and the babies then to book a
flight for tomorrow afternoon”
“Why where are you going?” Jacob’s mom asked.
“Oh this guy who is the father of Maddie booked us on the Maury show so we have to go
to California”
“Wait I thought you were the father” asked Cheryl.
“Ok what I’m about to tell you no one else knows.”
“Ok”
“Back before Anastasia knew she was pregnant she had a dream. She was talking to her
Grandpa who told her that she was pregnant. But that she was also having twins one that’s Josh’s
and one that’s mine. He also gave her a locket then when she woke up she had that same locket
around her neck. She’s wearing that locket now she hasn’t taken it off since”
“So let me get this straight Anastasia had twins but one of them is yours and the other is
this Josh guys.” Said Jacob’s mom.
“Yep that’s pretty much it go talk to Anastasia and she’ll tell you the same thing”
“All right bye Jacob”
“Bye” Jacob left the hospital and left for home.

Chapter 23

While Anastasia was watching TV she heard a knock on the door.

“Come in” when Anastasia looked at away from the TV she saw her mom and Jacob’s
mom standing in the doorway.
“Hey Mom. Hey Mrs. Michaels. How are you guys doing?”
“Anastasia, Jacob told us the story about the babies” said Cheryl.
“He did I told him not to tell anyone”
“Look there’s the locket Jacob was talking about,” said Jacob’s mom.
“He even told you about the locket. I am going to have to have a talk with that man”
“Anastasia can I see the locket”
“Sure mom”. Anastasia took off the locket and handed it to her mother. When Cheryl
opened the locket she started to cry.
“Mom what's wrong”
“This picture is the same one that’s in the bear in the china cabinet of you and your
Grandpa. This is one special picture one of the few that you really liked of yourself just because
it was with your Grandpa. He loved you so much. You were always his favorite.”
“Wait who it this other little girl. She looks a lot like you Anastasia” Jacob’s mom asked.
“Well remember the baby I had a miscarriage with that is who it would have been. Her
name is Margaret but everyone calls her Molly.”
“She’s beautiful Anastasia and your Grandpa is taking care of her up there”
“I know. Can I have the locket back”?
 “Yeah here” Cheryl handed her back the locket she had now stopped crying.
“I’m sorry I started crying”
“It’s ok I know you miss him I do too. I wish he was still here to see his grandbabies”
“He’s still here in your heart” Anastasia and Jacob’s mom left 20 minutes later. About 10
minutes later Jacob came up to Anastasia's room to hear crying coming from her room. When he
went into her room he saw Anastasia sitting on her bed crying.
“Anastasia what’s wrong” Jacob went over and sat on the bed
“I miss him so much Jacob”
“Who”
“My Grandpa. He died a few years ago. Because you told my mother and your mother
about kids my mom wanted to see the locket. So when I handed it to her and she opened she
started crying because of the picture. The picture in this locket is special because it is one of the
ones with my Grandpa and me and there aren’t that many and this picture is also in a bear in my
mom’s house in a heart frame. Which makes it even more special. I was always my Grandpa’s
favorite”
“Anastasia go ahead and cry” Anastasia sat there and cried for an hour before she finally
stopped.
“Thanks Jacob I needed that” Anastasia and Jacob heard a knock on the door and a nurse
came in.
“Mr. and Mrs. Robertson you have a delivery” the nurse handed them an envelope. When
Jacob opened the envelope he read the papers.
“Josh is sending us to court for custody of Maddie”
“No he can’t he doesn’t even know if she’s his”
“He also attached a note”

Dear Anastasia and Jacob,

I am taking you to court for custody of my child. I don’t need proof that she’s mine. But we’ll still
see on the show if she’s for sure that she’s mine. Enjoy your time with her because after court and
I win you won’t ever see her again. I bet your thinking your going to win but I have some
evidence that the judge will like very much to prove that you’re not the perfect mother. So you
enjoy your time with both your children.

at the daycare center”
“You’re right” they heard another knock on the door and the doctor came in.
“Hello Mr. and Mrs. Robertson I know we said you’d be able to go home tomorrow but
you’ll be able to leave right now”
“That’s good,” said Anastasia and Jacob together. With that the doctor left to go check on
another patient.
“Well my dear are you ready to go home”
“Yes let’s go. Did you bring the carriers?”
 “Yep they’re out in the car along with the baby clothes. I’ll go get them while you change”
“Alright hurry back” Jacob left Anastasia to change out of her hospital gown. When Jacob
got down to the car he saw Olivia standing by the car.
“Olivia what are you doing here”
“Waiting for you”
“Yeah well can you move I need to get into my car and get the babies things”?
“So I see your little wife got you in bed”
“Yeah she did and I did it cause I love her.”
“I thought you loved me”
“I never did. I only dated you because my friends wanted me to because it would be good
for my rep. When all along I wanted to ask out Anastasia”
“So I meant nothing to you”
“Nothing at all”
“Maybe this will change your mind” Olivia leaned over and started kissing Jacob. Jacob
tried to break away but Olivia wouldn’t let him. Jacob heard a door slam but couldn’t see who it
was.

Chapter 24

Caddie was just pulling into a spot in the hospital parking lot when he saw Jacob kissing
Olivia. Caddie couldn’t believe her eyes! Jacob was kissing his ex-girlfriend. Caddie got out of
her car and went into the hospital to Anastasia's room. When she got there she saw Anastasia
sitting on the bed in regular clothes probably waiting for Jacob.
“Hey Anastasia”
“Hey Caddie what are you doing here”
“Just checking up on my best friend. But I saw something out in the parking lot that I
didn’t think I’d ever see”
“What”
“Anastasia I saw Jacob and Olivia kissing in the parking lot” Caddie could see tears
forming in Anastasia's eyes.
“No Jacob promised he wouldn’t”
“Anastasia I couldn’t believe it either. But it was happening. I looked like Jacob wasn’t
even trying to break away”
“Let’s go get the twins then we can go see for ourselves what Jacob's doing.

Jacob was finally able to break away from Olivia

“How do you like me now”
“Even less, now move! If you haven’t noticed Olivia I’m married and have 2 kids I don’t
need this right now.”
“Well I’m not leaving until I get Josh’s kid. That’s what I came here for anyway. Besides
look Josh proposed to me so I’m marrying him”
“Number one you can’t have Maddie. Number two I hope you two have a nice time
together. We’ll see you on Friday on the Maury show” Jacob pushed Olivia aside so he could get
into the car and get back to Anastasia. When Jacob got out of the car he saw that Olivia had left
and had been replaced by Anastasia and Caddie.
“Hey Anastasia I was just coming up there.”
“I’m surprised you remember me after your little make-out session with Olivia”
“Anastasia you got to listen to me she came on me I tried to pull away but she had her arms
around my neck and wouldn’t let go. I tried everything to get her off of me but she wouldn’t get
off, until I thought to just pull her arms off my neck so I did then I pushed her aside and got into
the car to get the things for the babies. I swear that is the truth” Anastasia knew Jacob wasn’t
lying because of the tone of his voice.
“Ok I forgive you. Is kissing you all that Olivia wanted?”
“No she wanted Maddie.”
“I hope you told her no”
“What else would I say? Speaking of Maddie where is she.”
“She’s still in the hospital we wanted to come and lash out at you before we got them so
let’s go get them got the clothes and carriers.”
“Yep lets go” when they got to the nursery they saw Olivia in the nursery holding Maddie.
“Oh she’s crossed the line,” Anastasia said. Anastasia walked in to the nursery and took
Maddie from Olivia.
“Olivia what are you doing here”
“I came to get her she is after all mine.”
“No she’s not in case you can’t read the name card says Robertson as the last name not
Johnson”
“So she belongs to me and Josh”
“What are you and Josh married”
“Not yet but we will be”
“Well I always knew you two would end up together. I mean your both criminals”
Anastasia fell to the floor and had a bloody nose. Jacob and Caddie had been watching the whole
scene from the nursery window. When Jacob saw Olivia grab Maddie and run Jacob ran and
caught Olivia just as she was about to get into her car. Jacob opened the door and grabbed
Maddie from the seat.
“Olivia what do you think your doing. You can’t have Maddie she’s not yours”
“YES I CAN SHE’S MINE AND JOSH’S SO I CAN”
“YOU HAVE NO PROOF SHE IS THERE IS NO PATERNITY TEST OR ANYTHING.
YOU WON’T FIND OUT SHE’S JOSH’S UNTIL FRIDAY!!!!”
“Fine but listen to me Jacob after the paternity comes out positive that Josh in the father of
her then we go to court and then she’ll be mine” with that Olivia closed all the doors to the car
and left. When Jacob went back into the hospital with Maddie. When he saw Anastasia in the
waiting room her nose fine and holding Noah.
“Oh Maddie Jacob are you ok”
“Yes I’m fine where’s Caddie?”
“In labor I already called AJ”
“But the babies are early”
“Yeah 3 months early. The doctor said they’ll be a bit premature but they should be fine”
 “That’s good” just as Jacob, said that AJ came running into the waiting room.
“Anastasia where’s Caddie.”
“Slow down cowboy the doctor over there is her doctor he’ll tell you” AJ ran to talk to the
doctor then he went into the room.
“There goes one happy dad,” laughed Anastasia.
“I’m glad the babies are ok,” said Jacob.
“Me too I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t have them”
“Well Olivia and Josh definitely have something planned for if Maddie is theirs. Something
tricky for court. Something we don’t know about”
“Well let’s not think about that now let’s get home and put these two to bed then I can
pump some milk and then we’ll ask my mom to watch the kids while we come here and wait for
Caddie and AJ”
“Alright let’s go” Anastasia and Jacob went out to their car and buckled in the kids then
headed for home. When they got to their house they took the kids up to the nursery and laid them
down for a nap. Right when Anastasia and Jacob were about to leave Maddie started crying.
Then because Maddie started crying Noah started crying.
“They really do have the twin thing down” Jacob laughed.
“I’ll check Noah and you check Maddie.” Anastasia said. When Anastasia got over to Noah
crib Anastasia picked him up and noticed he was wet.
“Looks like we got a leak on this one” said Anastasia.
“That makes two of them.” Anastasia and Jacob went over to the changing table and
changed Noah and Maddie’s diapers. Then laid them down for a nap. They both fell asleep in an
instant. When Jacob and Anastasia left the nursery they went into the living room to use the
pump to get enough milk for while they would be gone.
“Let’s hope we won’t have to do this often cause it hurts”
“I’m going to go call your mom ok?”
“Ok” Jacob went into the hall to call Cheryl.
“Hello Ms. Robertson”
“Hello Jacob how can I help you”
“I need you to come and watch Maddie and Noah”
“Anastasia's home”
“Yep. So can you watch the kids?”
“Yes but where are you going?”
“To the hospital Caddie went into labor and we promised we’d be there”
“Alright I’ll be right over. Bye”
“Bye” Jacob walked into the living room to see Anastasia was finished pumping the milk
and was putting the milk into bottles to put in the fridge.
“Here can you put these in the fridge please” Anastasia asked Jacob.
“Yep do you want a bottle of water out of the fridge”?
“Sure thanks” Jacob left and went into the kitchen and put the bottles in the fridge. When
Anastasia got up and went into the entryway to get the door she heard crying coming from the
nursery. Anastasia opened the door and let her mom in.
“Hey mom can you go wait in the living room I need to what’s wrong with the babies cause
they’re crying”
“Alright dear” just then Jacob walked into entryway.
“Hey Ms. Robertson”
“Jacob call me Cheryl”
“Alright”
“Jacob can you come with me to check on the kids one of them is crying”
“Alright” Anastasia and Jacob went upstairs to see Maddie crying and flailing her arms.
“Oh Maddie what’s wrong”
“Hey what was that?” Jacob said after he heard something move in the closet.
“Probably something falling off the shelf. If your so worried then look in the closet” Jacob
went over to the closet and opened the door to find Olivia in the closet.
“You again how did you get in here”?
“Window”
“We’re on the second floor”
“We had a ladder”
“We who’s we”
“Josh and me”
“Ok you do know we have a restraining order against you right which is something I can
use in court against you Olivia”
“Yeah so”
“Plus we have one in the process for Josh so I suggest that you leave before I call the cops
and have them arrest you”
“Fine we’ll leave but we will be back” Olivia left through the window the same way she
came and then there was soon silence. Jacob walked over to the window and locked it so it
couldn’t be opened again.
“Why she even try’s I’ll never know”
“Shh Maddie stop crying the bad woman is gone”
“I wonder why she won’t stop crying”
“Let me sing her a song my mom would sing to me whenever I was sad”

When Anastasia finished singing she saw that Maddie was asleep. Anastasia put her back
in her crib and her and Jacob left the room.
 “Anastasia you have a beautiful voice”
“Thanks now let’s go we need to get to the hospital”
“Yep lets go” Anastasia and Jacob walked downstairs to find Cheryl sitting on the couch
watching TV.
“Ok mom we’re going to go there is milk in the fridge all you have to do is heat it up and
everything else is upstairs and please check on them every hour”
“Alright Anastasia you guys have fun” Anastasia and Jacob left and headed for the
hospital. When they got there they waited in the waiting room. About 13 hours later Jacob heard
AJ’s voice
“Anastasia Jacob hey guys”
“Anastasia wake up”
“What, what time is it”?
“After 10:30 now get up”
“Hey Jacob. Hey Anastasia Caddie wants only you to come in she wants to see you right
now so you better go it’s the door at the very end of the hall on the right”
“Alright thanks AJ” Anastasia ran off to the room that AJ had told her about.
“So AJ how did the birth go”
“Fine we had a few complications with the third one but that was only because Caddie was
really tired. But somehow she found the strength to keep going”
“That’s good what were the genders”
“It turns out that it was 2 girls and 1 boy so I won’t be the only man in the house”
“Well when they get old enough then we can set up a play date and then they can play”
“Then you’ll have one full house”
“Yeah. But hey they’ll all be the same age so that’s cool. Maybe we can even have a joined
birthday party for their 1st birthday”
“That would be cool”
“Come on let’s go see what the girls are doing” Jacob and AJ went over to the door to the
room that Caddie was in and knocked.
“Come in,” said both the girls.
“What are you girls talking about”?
“About how our kids were all born within one day of each other and how we’re going to
have a big birthday for their 1st birthday.”
“That’s what we were talking about. Wait AJ you never told me the names”
“Oh I guess I forgot. Let’s see the boy is Jacob Michael Williams and the girls are
Jacqueline Josephine Williams and Annette Georgia Williams.”
“Those are some nice names”
“Caddie even used my daughters middle name for one of theirs and then she used my
middle name for one of their daughters first names”
“Well not to burst your bubble Caddie but me and Anastasia need to get home to pack for
our flight”
“You guys are leaving after Anastasia just had the babies”
“Yeah we have an appearance on the Maury show for a paternity test to prove to Mr. Josh
Anderson that only one of these babies is his” seeing the look on AJ and Caddie’s faces
Anastasia added
“I’ll tell you the story later it’s a long one”
“Ok bye guys” Anastasia and Jacob left and went home and talked about what was ahead
for them. When they got home they saw Cheryl asleep on the couch.
“Mom we’re home you can go now”
“Oh I’ll see you later Anastasia I need to get home and get some sleep I forgot how much
work newborns can be. Have a nice flight”
“Bye mom” Cheryl soon left and Anastasia went up to the nursery to check on Maddie and
Noah. When Anastasia went into the nursery she saw her two little angels sleeping. Anastasia
went over and picked them up and took them into her and Jacob's room then took out the travel
crib and set them in the travel crib. When Jacob came in and saw this he had to know what
Anastasia was doing
“Anastasia what are you doing”
“The twins are staying in here tonight for security purposes”
“Anastasia then they’ll wake me up when ever they cry”
“I don’t care I don’t want Olivia or Josh to come in and take them”
“Anastasia every door and window is locked there is no way they are going to get in this
house I even have the security alarm on”
“I don’t care if you don’t like them being in here then you can sleep in the guest room”
“Alright, alright I give up”
“Ok now get in bed” just as they got in bed the twins started to cry. Anastasia picked up
Noah and Maddie and they started tugging at her shirt, which meant they wanted to be fed
“Alright you two 1 breastfeeding coming right up” Anastasia fed the babies then put them
in the crib.
“Alright let’s go to sleep” Jacob said half laughing. When Anastasia looked down she
noticed she had forgotten to button up her shirt.
“Very funny now let’s go to sleep so we can pack in the morning” Jacob and Anastasia fell
asleep without any problems and with the twins only crying 2 times during the night.

Chapter 25

At 10 o’ clock AM Anastasia and Jacob got up and started packing the few things they
would need for their trip. At 1 O’ clock they had everything they needed packed and were ready
to leave.
“Anastasia COME ON OUR FLIGHT LEAVES IN 1 HOUR AND I WANT TO GET
THERE EARLY!!!!” Jacob yelled to upstairs. Anastasia was in the nursery getting the babies
ready for their first flight.
“I’m coming I’m getting the babies ready” Anastasia finished getting the babies ready and
then put them in their carriers which doubled as car seats. Jacob turned around to see Anastasia
walking down the stairs.
“Finally let’s go” Anastasia and Jacob headed to the airport. When they got there they saw
Olivia and Josh just getting up to the ticket counter.
“Oh great they’re flying on the same flight as us” Anastasia said.
 “Don’t worry I heard that since Josh got charged with rape and Olivia got sent to Juvie
both their parents disowned them so they have like no money except for what was in their trust
funds which I heard wasn’t much cause their parents took a lot out. So they’ll be traveling coach
and we’ll be traveling First Class,” explained Jacob
“Good cause I couldn’t stand to travel in first class with them” when Jacob and Anastasia
walked up to the desk to get their tickets Olivia and Josh were getting theirs too.
“Hello we had two coach tickets under Anderson”
“Oh yes here you go enjoy your flight.”
“Hello we had two first class tickets under Robertson”
“Yes here you go enjoy your flight” Jacob and Anastasia followed Olivia and Josh until
they had to split up because they were in a different section of the plane. Anastasia set up the
babies in their seats then went to sit in hers, which was right next to theirs.
“Jacob why couldn’t we take your dad’s Jet.” Anastasia asked.
“I asked but he was having it refurbished and it wouldn’t be finished till Friday afternoon.
Which is when we are supposed to be filming the show”
“Oh well this is just as nice” Anastasia and Jacob had a nice flight with no problems from
the babies. When they got off the plane they got their luggage and headed for the Four Seasons
hotel and resort. Anastasia was glad to hear that they had a daycare center. Anastasia was happy
that she would be able to relax a bit before the show. Anastasia and Jacob checked into their
rooms, which was also the honeymoon suite it was huge like the size of 1 floor of their house.
“This is nice” Jacob said.
“I’m taking the twins down to check into the daycare”
“Alright be careful.”
“I will” Anastasia went downstairs to where the daycare was. When she got to the daycare
she saw kids running around and then she saw the nursery. While Anastasia was looking around a
daycare worker came up to her.
“Hello how may I help you”?
“Oh hello I called in earlier and asked about daycare services for my two kids”
“Yes and your name was?”
“Anastasia Robertson and these are my two adorable babies Maddie and Noah.”
“Oh wait you’re the one who married the famous Jacob Michaels”
“Yes that’s me”
“Alright let me give you a tour of our 5 star daycare center”
“This is our art room where kids are allowed to express their creative side in any medium
they want. This is our outside room made to look like the outside with fake grass and other
outdoorsy touches. The nice thing is the whole floor is the daycare center and these floors, walls,
and ceilings are all sound proof so no sound goes anywhere completely silent to the rest of the
hotel. This is our music room every day at 3:30 we bring all the kids in here and do some
musical fun. This is our library and media room equipped with headphones for every computer to
make sure no other kids can hear what your doing on the computer plus with website blocker to
block out inappropriate websites. This is our state of the art kitchen and dining room. Every
morning at 8:00 we feed the kids breakfast. Then at 10 they have a little healthy snack. Then at
noon they have lunch. Then at 3:00 they have another healthy snack. We feed them all the way
up until dinner that the parents have to do. We also do cooking projects and allow kids to
participate if they want. This is the imagination center where kids are encouraged to use their
imaginations.
“We have a dress up area. We have a play house a nice one I might add. We have a toy fire
truck. We have building blocks to help them create buildings and creations. This is our trouble
room; when kids get into trouble we send them here and they sit in a room that is boring with no
toys and no other kids each of these doors lead to a little room with only a chair and that’s what
they do they sit and think they can cry and kick and scream but no one will hear them these
rooms are sound proof. This is one of my favorite rooms the creation room. Kids come here and
get things we’ve gotten from a store in Washington called the Creation Station. Where they have
gotten things from the junkyard then people buy the things and make stuff out of them. Kids
have made all sorts of things that we would have never imagined. One kid was able to make toy
swords from the foam noodles and now we use those in our imagination room they are a lot safer
than plastic swords they can’t poke an eye out. This is out First Aid center where we can treat
any wound or injury we have trained medial staff on hand to help keep our kids safe and healthy.
And last but not least this is our state of the art nursery. We have trained staff on hand to make
sure that every baby is taken care of we also have two pediatricians to make sure the babies
health is fine if anything may go wrong”
“Wow this place is amazing”
“It is so good we decided to let kids who aren’t staying here come here. People love our
program so much they keep coming back. By the way my name is Valerie Coolidge head
caregiver here”
“Well here are the twins I’ll be back to pick them up at 7 if that’s ok.”
“That is perfectly fine we close at eight so that should be fine. You know I feel like I’ve
seen you somewhere other than in the newspapers like I’ve seen you when you were a kid”
“Well I don’t know where but I also feel like I’ve met you before too… wait I remember
you were my daycare teacher for years at North City Elementary when I was enrolled in the
Children’s Center after school program.”
“Oh Anastasia I remember now I haven’t seen you in years”
“I know how did you get here”
“Well me and my husband you remember him the one who hates cantaloupe”
“Oh yeah I remember him”
“Well me and him and Jonathan all moved out here when I got offered a job here so we
moved here and have been here ever since”
“Wow I can’t believe you moved so far up in the daycare business it’s great I am so glad
you’re here to take care of my kids. I was afraid to put them in daycare since they’re so little and
I was afraid the staff wouldn’t be very experienced but now I know I made a good choice”
“Well I’m glad you did”
“Well I better get going Jacob’s probably wondering where I am I told him I wouldn’t be
more than half an hour and it’s been an hour.”
“All right bye Anastasia see you at 7”
“Bye Valerie” Anastasia left the daycare and went upstairs to her and Jacob's room to find
Jacob asleep on the bed.
 “Hey sleepyhead wake up”
“Hey Anastasia what took so long”
“Valerie was showing me the whole daycare center”
“Valerie?”
“The head caregiver and my friend. She was my daycare teacher when I was little and now
she’s Maddie and Noah’s so I know they’ll be good care they have everything. They call it a 5
star daycare center. You can come with me when I go to pick up Maddie and Noah at 7”
“Well we have 4 hours what do you want to do”
“Like you don’t know” Anastasia and Jacob made love until their alarm clock rang at 6.
“Why did the alarm go off?” Jacob said.
“So we would know that we have an hour to shower and get dressed to pick up the kids so
we better start now if we want to take a shower together”
“Alright. Let’s go” Anastasia and Jacob took a shower then got dressed and headed for the
elevator. When they got to the daycare center Anastasia saw Valerie sitting behind the front desk
looking at a catalog.
“Hey Valerie”
“Hey Anastasia”
“What are you doing”?
“Oh the hotel gives me $5,000 to buy new things for the daycare center so I’m looking in a
toy catalog for new things for our imagination center. I’m guessing this is Jacob”
“The one and only”
“Would you like to see the daycare center Jacob?” Valerie asked.
“Sure Anastasia you coming”
“Nope I’m going to go get Maddie and Noah you go ahead”
“Alright see you later” Anastasia went into the nursery to see someone else holding her
baby Maddie.
“Hello may I ask what you are doing with my child” Anastasia turned the person around to
see Josh holding Maddie.
“Josh will you two ever stop”
“Not until I get what I want and what I want is my child”
“You have no proof that she’s yours”
“Of course I do she has my blonde hair.”
“Yes but Jacob also has blonde hair. Noah could be yours he has your blue eyes. So you
technically can’t tell which is yours. Now hand over my child this instant”
“No she’s mine and you can’t take her away from me”
“Yes I can she’s my baby I’m the one who gave birth to her you try carrying a baby for 9
months and see how you like it and don’t even get me started on the labor. Now hand me
Maddie”
“No I won’t leave here without her. I want her she’s my only child”
“If you want a kid the go have one with Olivia your soon to be wife”
“I can’t”
“And why may I ask not”
“Because she’s not ovulating so I can’t fertilize any eggs”
 “You do know there is a drug to influence ovulation”
“There is I never knew that. But I still want Maddie”
“Well you can’t have her she’s mine until the judge decides otherwise. Now give her to
me.”
“Fine you can have her now but come court day she will be mine” Josh handed Maddie to
Anastasia. Then he walked out the door just as Jacob and Valerie were walking in.
“Anastasia why was Josh here?” Jacob asked.
“He was trying to take Maddie again but I talked him out of it”
“You and your persuasive ways Anastasia” Valerie said.
“Well it’s a good thing she’s persuasive or else Maddie wouldn’t be here. Josh keeps trying
to take her from us because he’s Maddie’s father. But what somehow happened is that I am
Noah’s father. We have no idea how it happened it just happened like that”
“That is pretty mysterious”
“Yeah well now he wants to know for sure that Maddie is in fact his daughter then he
wants to take us to court for a custody hearing. So we have an appearance on the Maury Show on
Friday you should watch”
“I will well you better go”
“Yeah we need to get these two dinner then a nap” Anastasia and Jacob went back to their
suite and fed the babies then had dinner.
“This food is delicious”
“Well this is a 5 star hotel so I would expect nothing less”
“Well what are you having”?
“I’m having steak medium-rare, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, and a slice
of chocolate cake. What are you having?”
“I’m having salmon, spaghetti in tomato sauce, garlic bread, corn, and triple chocolate
cake.”
“Gosh Anastasia that’s a lot of food. How can you eat all that”?
“Something pregnancy does to you it makes you want to eat.”
“Ok. Just don’t overstuff yourself and make yourself sick” when Anastasia and Jacob
finished their dinner they checked on the twins and changed their diapers and fed them one more
time and the finally went to bed.
“This has been one tiring day.”
“Yeah well we need to get up bright and early tomorrow to get to the TV station for
filming”
“What time do we have to get there”?
“They want us there at eight then it takes two days to get the results of the paternity test. So
we’ll be back on the show on Monday.”
“Wonderful”
“Come on let’s get some sleep” Anastasia and Jacob went to sleep and had little
interruption from Maddie and Noah except for once at 5 when they started crying.
“Looks like we’ll be starting our day early”
“Looks like it”
“Come one let’s get up and we can take a bath together in the spa tub and we can also give
the kids a bath they need it”
“Good I wanted to try that tub out” Anastasia and Jacob went and got the tub ready then
got the twins undressed then took a bath together when they got out it was 6:30.
“Ok Jacob we need to get dressed” Anastasia wore her blue v-neck shirt and her floral
skirt. Jacob wore his black shirt and jeans.
“You look nice Anastasia” Jacob said as she was getting Maddie into a dress.
“Where did you find a dress that would fit her she’s so small”?
“I made her one I made it while you were at work when I was pregnant. You and Noah
match” Jacob looked over at Noah and saw he had on the same exact thing that Jacob had on
except his shirt was denim blue and black pants.
“Thanks Anastasia. Did you make these”?
“Yep look on the back of Noah pants”
When Jacob turned Noah over he saw on the seat of his pants it said ‘baby booty’.
“Cute Anastasia very cute. The perfect way for our son to meet girls” said Jacob laughing.
“Keep laughing and I’ll embroider those pants to say ‘married booty’. Ha! Ha! Wait for it
HA!”
“Ok you had your fun now let’s get to the rental car”
“Ok but we need to stop by the daycare and tell Valerie that the twins won’t be there”
“Ok if we want to do that we need to get going” Anastasia put Maddie and Noah in the
carrier seats then the left the room and went to the daycare center to find Valerie sitting behind
the desk looking at the same catalog that she was looking at yesterday.
“Hey Valerie”
“Hey Anastasia and Jacob. Anastasia what do you think about think about this dress up
trunk for the imagination room?”
“I like it I think it’s cute. But we’re here to tell you that Noah and Maddie won’t be coming
today we have to get to the TV studio.”
“Alright and don’t they look cute” Jacob picked up Noah
“Yeah Anastasia made these pants herself look what she put on the seat of his pants” Valerie
started laughing.
“That is adorable Anastasia you did that by yourself”
“Yep”
“Anastasia we need to get going”
“Alright bye Valerie” Anastasia and Jacob left and went to the TV station. When they got
to the TV station and into where they’d be filming Anastasia saw someone she hadn’t seen in
years.
“Ken? Ken is that you?”
“Anastasia what are you doing here”
“I’m on the show. What are you doing here”?
“I’m on the show too. We’re here to get a paternity test”
“That’s what we’re here for. Ava and me want to see if her baby is mine. This is our
daughter Denise Melissa Robertson.”
“Oh she’s cute these are my twins Madeleine Josephine Robertson and Noah Zachary
Robertson”
 “They are adorable. When did you have them”?
“A couple a days ago”
“You just had them and your already traveling”
“You know me Ken I’m strong”
“Yeah well I’m just surprised to see you”
“Me too we haven’t seen you in years. So you and Ava finally got married”
“Yep and you didn’t introduce me to your man”
“Oh this is my husband Jacob”
“Why didn’t you invite me to the wedding”
“Because we eloped like you did”
“Oh. So how is Neil doing”?
“He’s doing good he’s getting married to Shanae.”
“That’s what he always wanted”
“Yep. The goofball has been depressed ever since you left and ever since he lost contact
with Shanae.”
“That sucks. I just had to leave”
“I know Ken it’s ok. We all know you had to help Ava. Now we better go the shows getting
ready to film” Anastasia and Jacob got all ready for the show. Anastasia got a little mad when she
saw Olivia and Josh but other than that it was a happy time. Soon the show was starting to begin.
“Today on the show we have Anastasia and Jacob Robertson. Who are trying to prove to
Josh Anderson and Olivia Johnson that only one of these twins are theirs. Wait how can he be the
father of only one of them if their twins.”
“It’s a long story so I’ll shorten it up but can we bring them out”
“Sure. Ladies and gentlemen Josh Anderson and Olivia Johnson” the crowd started
clapping and screaming and yelling.
“Now Anastasia will you please explain what happened”
“Well it was 2 months after Jacob had proposed to me and I was waiting in the airport for
him to pick me up when Josh walked in to the airport and then walked up to me. He then said
and I quote ‘I am not leaving here until I get what I want’ he showed me a knife in his pocket and
said that I was to come with him or he would kill me. So I had no choice I didn’t want to die and
not be with Jacob after all we’ve been through. So I went and he took me to a motel and then
took me into a motel room and raped me so I got pregnant with his baby, which I know is
Maddie. But then Jacob and me had sex and then Noah was conceived so they were both
conceived on the same day. That is how it happened.” Then Jacob started to speak.
“Then after Anastasia has just been through a rough birth Josh comes in and then throws a
custody case on us as soon as he finds out which baby is his. But he and Olivia are not good
parents they tried to kill Anastasia and me and tried kidnapping Maddie. And Josh even raped
Anastasia twice” the crowd started going wild and cursing and screaming.
“Ok so now Josh and Jacob are going to take paternity tests to see which baby belongs to
which man. We’ll be back after this”
“Good job Anastasia” Jacob said. Josh came up behind them and started yelling,
“I can’t believe you just told the whole world that I raped you and that Olivia almost killed
you. You should be glad you’re alive now. I never tried kidnapping Maddie”
 “Yes you did at the daycare center you were in there and were getting ready to take the
baby with you. Get this straight Josh you are not a good parent what so ever you don’t deserve to
even look at my children”
“Well I can and I will I am going to take which ever one belongs to me.”
“Yeah right I can meet anything you have to prove I am a bad parent.”
“Fine whatever you say time to go and get that test” Anastasia, Jacob, Olivia, Josh, and the
babies went to the clinic where they would get their paternity test. When they were finished
Anastasia and Jacob went back to their hotel then went up to the daycare and dropped off Maddie
and Noah. Then went up to their suite to be alone.
“Jacob are you scared?”
“Of what”
“Of what Josh has planned for court to prove we’re bad parents”
“No not really I mean I can afford a better lawyer than him and I know for a fact that we’re
better parents then they are. I have faith that we will be just fine”
“Yeah your right. Let’s see we have at least 5 hours before we have to pick up the kids why
don’t we go have some lunch in the restaurant then go shopping”
“Ok let’s go”
“Oh wait there was something else I wanted to ask you. But I can’t remember”
“Oh well maybe you’ll remember after we come back from shopping” Anastasia knew very
well what she wanted to ask Jacob but she was afraid of what he would do and say. So about 3
hours later they had finished eating and shopping and were back up in their room.
“Jacob remember earlier when I said I had forgotten what I was going to ask you?”
“Yeah do you remember now”?
“Yep I knew then too but I didn’t want to spoil the moment. So I figured wait until after the
fun”
“Ok?”
“Jacob you love me enough to do anything to make me happy right”
“Yeah Anastasia you know that now will you please tell me what this is all about”
“I want to move here”
“What?!”
“I want to move here”
“Anastasia we can’t just up and move. Maybe in a few years when the twins are older. I
mean we spent all that time on those rooms for the twins for when they get old enough. Why
don’t we do it when they’re at least 5.”
“Fine as long as I can live in California and be far away from Josh and Olivia soon to be
Anderson” Jacob and Anastasia started laughing.
“Come on let’s go get the twins early I miss my little babies”
“Alright let’s go” Jacob and Anastasia headed down to the daycare. When they got there
they saw Olivia in the nursery with the babies. When they got in to the nursery they saw Valerie
trying to get Olivia to get out of the nursery and put the babies back.
“I am going to have to ask you to put those babies down and leave”
“I’m not leaving here until I get my kids”
“Hello I know who you are you’re that girl who keeps trying to take Jacob and Anastasia's
kids. Now hand them over”
“How do you know about me”?
“Cause we told her” Jacob said.
“Yes Olivia we told her, she used to be my daycare teacher so she knows me very well and
knows that I will do anything to keep children safe now hand me my kids and I won’t hurt you”
“Go ahead try I already almost killed 4 times but never succeeded I’m ready for a fifth
time”
“I’m ready for anything you got to offer Olivia just stay away from my kids”
“Never! I’m not leaving here without these two”
“Sorry but I can’t allow that” Jacob said. Soon 4 security guards came in.
“Now hand over the kids”
“Never, none of you can make me give them up”
“Oh yes they can” Anastasia heard a voice she hadn’t heard since Jacob was shot.
“Detective Dawson?”
“Mrs. Robertson” Detective Dawson said nodding his head at Anastasia
“Anastasia you know him?” Jacob asked
“Yes he came and helped me get that restraining order against Olivia and get her in jail”
“Nice to meet you detective Dawson”
“Nice to meet you too Jacob. Now Ms. Johnson you are indirect violation of your
restraining order and now I have a new renewed one with new conditions. You may not come
within 100 feet of Anastasia, Jacob, Madeleine, and Noah Robertson. This includes phone calls,
e-mails, and text messages. No contact what so ever. Now I’ve heard that you are on the Maury
show and you also have a court appearance. That is the only time you can come in contact with
any of the Robertson’s. Do I make myself clear? Now unless you want to get sent back to prison
this meaning you and your fiancé. I suggest you hand over the babies now.”
“Well I don’t want to go to jail when I have a TV appearance.”
“Now gentlemen will you please escort Ms. Johnson off the premises and make sure she
and this man don’t make it back on the premises.” With that Olivia was taken away. Hopefully
Anastasia thought that this would be the last time that they would ever see Olivia at the hotel.
“Thank you detective Dawson I don’t know how I can repay you for saving me twice in 1
lifetime”
“No need for thanks always ready to help a family in distress. Well I must be going good-
bye”
“Bye” detective Dawson soon left and Anastasia and Jacob were left alone in the nursery.
“Anastasia what was that”
“What was what”
“That flirting”
“I wasn’t flirting. I was thanking him for saving you, the twins and me. Unless you rather I
had died or that Olivia had made off with the twins”
“No it just seemed like you were flirting”
“The only person that I will flirt with is you. Now let’s get back up to our room”
“Alright let’s go”
 Chapter 26

Anastasia and Jacob soon settled into the married life and enjoyed every minute of it. The
paternity test proved that Maddie was Josh’s and Noah was Jacob’s which was unusual. When
they went to court the won custody and Josh then had to start paying child support for $300 for
Maddie. The years soon flew by for the Robertson’s. Before Anastasia and Jacob knew it the
twins were 5. Jacob and Anastasia made a deal with Caddie and AJ that every birthday on the
twins birthday they would do the girls party and then on the triplets birthday they would do the
boys birthday. So Jacob, Caddie, AJ, and Anastasia were sitting at the kitchen table the kids in
school planning the kid’s parties when Anastasia had to excuse herself to go to the bathroom to
throw up.
“Excuse me guys”
“Let me go check on her” Jacob walked to the bathroom to see Anastasia throwing up.
“Anastasia are you ok”
“Yeah just a little morning sickness”
“Anastasia anything you want to tell me”
“Yes I’m pregnant again. With twins”
“YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!”
“OW that hurt do you have to scream so loud”
“Sorry this is exciting. How many months along are you”
“Only about 5 months. Come on let’s go back” when Anastasia and Jacob left the bathroom
they saw Caddie and AJ coming out of the other bathroom.
“What were you guys doing in the bathroom?” Jacob asked.
“We’ll tell you downstairs” when they all were sitting down again at the kitchen table
neither of them realized they had the same announcement.
“So Jacob do you want to tell us why you screamed yahoo”
“Because Anastasia's pregnant with twins again”
“So am I” Caddie said. Anastasia and Caddie got up and hugged each other.
“So what are you having” Anastasia asked Caddie.
“I’m having 1 boy and 1 girl”
“That’s what I’m having. When are they due”?
“Well I’m about 5 months along…”
“Oh my god so am I so your babies are due in October. Mine are due on October 2nd my
birthday”
“Oh my god me too. What are the odds that we’d be having our babies on the same exact
day”
“Well we can’t move now Jacob”
“What you guys are moving”
“Were moving. Anastasia wanted to move to California. But I guess we can’t now.” Jacob
explained.
“No we can’t” Jacob, Anastasia, Caddie, and AJ spent the whole day talking about the
birthdays and the babies. After AJ, Caddie, and the triplets left Anastasia and Jacob told the twins
about their brother and sister. They were very excited. That night Anastasia was having problems
sleeping but she had no idea why. Anastasia went downstairs and started watching TV. I wish I
knew why I couldn’t sleep. When Anastasia turned to the news she saw a really bad car crash on
the freeway. Anastasia recognized the car.
“Police have just identified the victim but are not releasing the name until the family has
been notified” Anastasia jumped up when she heard the phone ring.
“Hello?”
“Hello is this Anastasia Robertson”
“Yes it is. How may I help you”?
“Yes your mother is down here at Swedish Hospital she was in an accident on I-5 when she
was hit by a drunk driver”
“Thank you we’ll be right there. Good bye”
“Good bye” Anastasia hung up the phone and then ran upstairs to wake up Jacob.
“Jacob wake-up.”
“Anastasia it’s after midnight”
“Yeah well we need to get to the hospital”
“Why?” Jacob said with a concerned look on his face.
“My mom just got into a car crash. They just called from the hospital. Now go get Noah up
and dressed and I’ll get Maddie.”
“Alright we need to hurry” Anastasia and Jacob got the twins dressed and in the car. Then
Jacob sped to the hospital. When they got to the hospital they saw the doctor.
“Hello doctor I’m Anastasia Robertson and this is my husband Jacob someone called and
said my mom was here.”
“Yes she just arrived she’s not doing to well. You can go see her she is in room 536.”
“Ok thank you doctor” Anastasia and Jacob got to Cheryl’s room.
“Jacob stay here with Maddie and Noah I don’t want them to see her if she’s in really bad
shape” Anastasia went into the room and saw her mom laying in a bed with a heart monitor and
getting a blood transfusion.
“Oh mom” Anastasia went over to her mom’s bedside and heard mom’s voice.
“Anastasia take care of the twins and the babies. Take care of my things”
“No mom you can make it please don’t leave”
“Anastasia it’s my time. I need to go and be with your grandfather. Remember I’ll be right
here” Cheryl put her hand on Anastasia's heart.
“I’ll always be there for you Anastasia watching you and my grandbabies. I love you
Anastasia”
“I love you mom” Cheryl’s heart monitor went flat and Anastasia knew she was gone.
Anastasia walked out of the room and told Jacob it was time to go. Anastasia and Jacob sat in
silence the whole trip home and when they got into the house Anastasia and Jacob put the kids
back to bed and they went back to bed.
“Anastasia do you want to talk about it?” Anastasia started crying
“She told me to take care of the twins and the babies, then to take care of her things. She
told me when I was 12 that when she was gone and in heaven that I would get all the things she
owned. So now I own her house, all her possessions, and any money she had that she doesn’t
owe anyone else.”
“I’m sorry Anastasia I know that you and her were very close”
“I know it wasn’t her fault it was the drunk driver’s fault. They never told me the name of
the driver. Can I turn on the TV”?
“Sure” when Anastasia turned on the TV they were just getting ready to say whom the
driver was.
“Police have just found out who the suspect is in this case. The suspect is a man by the
name of Josh Anderson. He was found about 2 blocks from the scene passed out on the sidewalk.
He has been taken into custody by the Seattle police and is being charged with murder and
drunken driving. He is to be sent to trial on Monday. The family has been notified about the
victim and her name is Cheryl Robertson. Police have told us that she has died at Swedish
Hospital. We are all very sorry for the family’s loss. Police have just informed me that the
suspect Josh Anderson has had previous criminal records including rape, murder, kidnapping,
and drunk driving. All having been on the victim’s family except for the drunk driving, we are
terribly sorry for the families loss” Anastasia turned off the TV.
“Well at least they know who it was that killed your mom”
“That’s it I am fed up with Josh. We are going to that hearing and we will hire a good
lawyer. Then we’ll make sure he gets the right sentence.”
“Ok Anastasia we need to get some sleep we are going to the party store tomorrow with
Caddie and AJ to shop for the birthday parties. Remember the themes we chose. Pokemon for the
boys and Barbie Princess for the girls”
“Yeah let’s make this party extra special for them”
“Good now go to sleep” Anastasia fell asleep excited to make the kids parties extra special.
The next morning Anastasia and Jacob met up with Caddie and AJ at the school then they headed
to the party store. When they got there the party store was completely empty except for the few
sales people. Anastasia and Caddie went to the girl’s section to shop for the girl’s party. Jacob
and AJ went to the boy’s section to shop for the boy’s party.
“Oh Caddie look at these cute tiara party hats.”
“Those are so cute and look at these real tiaras for the birthday girls.”
“Those are adorable. What about these plates, napkins, and cups with Barbie princesses”
“Those are perfect. Look at this banner ‘happy 5th birthday’ we could hang this outside”
“That would be so cute. Do we have every thing? Let’s see party favors, plate, napkins,
cups, silver wear, party hats, and tiaras. The only things we don’t have are balloons”
“Let’s go to their balloon center.” Caddie and Anastasia headed off to the balloon center to
see Jacob and AJ were there too.
“What are you boys doing”?
“We’re getting poke ball balloons and a pikachu balloon”
“Nice we came over here to get tiara balloons and a castle balloon”
“Well we’re going to go pay for our stuff we’ll see you girls in a few.” Jacob and AJ
walked off to the checkout counter.
“Hello we need 20 tiara balloons that say princess 10 in purple and 10 in pink and then 1
castle balloon.”
 “Alright that’ll be about 10 minutes”
“Ok thank you” about 20 minutes later Anastasia and Caddie were done and went to meet
up with Jacob and AJ.
“Come on boys we need to get home and hide these things till the parties tomorrow.” When
Anastasia and Jacob got home they agreed that they would have the parties at Jacob and
Anastasia's house because they have a bigger yard.
“Jacob did you get the ponies for the girls party”
“Yep all done. For the boys’ party I’m going to set up the downstairs and they’re going to
be watching all the Pokemon episodes from the beginning to the most recent episode.”
“Wow how did you manage that”?
“I had a little help from Caddie. Since she works for the company that makes the show. She
pulled a few strings and I paid for them and boom we got Pokemon. I even hired a guy to wear a
pikachu costume and show up at the party.”
“Wow that’s cool. Wait did you get the kids their presents”
“No I thought you did”
“Shit we both thought each other were getting the presents.”
“We have to go get them their presents”
“They get out of school in 15 minutes”
“We’ll tell them to go to daycare. Tell them that mommy and daddy have to run some
errands.”
“Ok come on let’s go” about 15 minutes later Anastasia and Jacob arrived at the school to
see Olivia talking to Maddie and Noah. Anastasia and Jacob went up to them.
“Maddie, Noah, what did we tell you about talking to strangers.”
“We told her that mommy but she wouldn’t go” Maddie said.
“Then she told us she was Maddie's mommy” Noah said.
“Kids why don’t you go over to Auntie Caddie and Uncle AJ” Maddie and Noah ran off
over to Caddie and AJ.
“Olivia what are you doing here and why are you telling my daughter that you’re her
mom”
“I will be after this” she showed Anastasia and Jacob a folder of papers.
“You’re going for custody again,” Jacob said.
“Of course I am. She belongs with me anyways”
“Yeah right she belongs in a house with two alcoholics” Anastasia said.
“How dare you” Olivia was just about to jump on Anastasia when Jacob stepped in front of
Anastasia.
“Olivia we’ll see you in court until then stay away from me and my family”
“I can see Maddie any time I want” Jacob’s anger soon was too much for him to handle and
he let it all out and started yelling at Olivia.
“YOU THINK MY DAUGHTER BELONGS IN A HOUSE WITH 2 ALCOHOLICS AND
AN ABUSIVE FATHER. WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE BRUISES ON YOUR ARMS AND
THOSE BRUISES ON YOUR LEGS? Josh GAVE THEM TO YOU. MY DAUGHTER
DOESN’T DESERVE TO LIVE WITH YOU” Jacob grabbed Anastasia's hand then grabbed the
kids and put them in the car then drove off back to the house 1 mile away. When they got home
Jacob told Maddie and Noah to go to their rooms. After they left Jacob sat down on the couch
then put his head in his hands.
“Jacob do you wanna talk”
“There’s nothing to talk about.”
“Yes there is”
“God Anastasia shut up quit questioning me.” Suddenly Jacob’s open hand connected with
Anastasia's cheek. Anastasia put her hand up to where he had just slapped her. Anastasia grabbed
her coat, purse, and keys. Then went to her car and drove off to Caddie’s. When she got to
Caddie’s she went to the door and knocked. When Caddie opened the door Anastasia hugged
Caddie and started crying. Caddie took her into the living room and sat her down on the couch.
“Anastasia what’s wrong.” Anastasia showed Caddie her cheek and Caddie gasped.
“Anastasia who did this. Who slapped you?”
“Jacob did”
“Does this have anything to do with the scene at the school”?
“I have no idea. I was just asking him if he wanted to talk. Then he said that there was
nothing to talk about. Then I said yes there is. Then he yelled ‘god Anastasia shut up quit
questioning me’ soon after his open hand connected with my cheek. So I got in the car and came
here” suddenly the doorbell rang and made Anastasia and Caddie jump. They heard the door
open and knew AJ had answered it.

Chapter 27

After Anastasia left Jacob realized what he just did. He couldn’t believe it himself he just
slapped Anastasia. Jacob knew where she would go so he went to get one of the maids.
“Melinda tells the kids mommy and daddy went out for a while make sure they don’t leave
this house and they can’t go to auntie Caddie’s. They can go into the playroom. Don’t let them
out of your sight”
“Yes Mr. Robertson.”
“Melinda something has changed about you.”
“That is because I am not Melinda” the maid took off her hair and dress and Jacob realized
that it was Olivia.
“Olivia why are you here?”
“To get back at Anastasia but I see you already did that for me”
“Olivia shut up. I would slap you but you’re already hurt enough”
“What do you care? All you care about is yourself”
“No I care about Anastasia, Maddie, and Noah.”
“Yeah well what about me. When you broke up with me you stopped caring for me.”
“I stopped caring for you when you knocked Anastasia into a coma. I never loved you
Olivia why can’t you get that”
“I can’t get that because I still love you… I feel like you made a mistake” what Olivia had
said had hit Jacob hard and stunned him.
“Olivia you need to leave or I’ll call the police” Olivia got up and left Jacob told one of the
other maids what he had told Olivia and then went off to Caddie’s. When he got there and
knocked on the door AJ opened it and let Jacob in.
“Hey you know Anastasia's here”
“Yeah I know” Anastasia heard Jacob’s voice in the hall. Anastasia started crying again
when she saw Jacob.
“Caddie could I talk to Anastasia alone”
“Sure we’ll be in the kitchen” Caddie and AJ left and went into the kitchen.
“Anastasia I…”
“Have no excuse for your behavior. Do you know how bad you hurt me look” Anastasia
showed Jacob her cheek and Jacob realized how hard he had hit her because there was a hand
mark on her cheek.
“Anastasia I’m so sorry. Its just Olivia made me mad and I didn’t mean to hit you I was
just a bit agitated.”
“You still had no right”
“I know and I’m sooooooooooo sorry.”
“Fine I know you mean it. Now can we go and get the kids presents?”
“Sure let’s go but first let’s take my car back to the house and take your car”
“Alright let’s go”
“BYE Caddie! BYE AJ!” Anastasia and Jacob left and went back home then went off to
Toys R’ us to get gifts for the kids. When they finished there, they stored the presents in the attic
the last place the kids would look. Then went down to the dining room for dinner. That night
when Anastasia and Jacob went to bed Anastasia was excited for the next day.
“So my princess what is our agenda for the evening.”
“You don’t know”
“Alright miss goofy” Anastasia and Jacob had a fun night in bed until at about 3 am they
heard footsteps in the hallway. Anastasia and Jacob got their clothes on and went out in to the
hall to see Maddie walking into Noah’s room.
“Now what are those two up to” Anastasia and Jacob crept silently over to Noah’s room to
see what they were up to. When they opened the door to the room they saw Maddie and Noah
sleeping together.
“Maddie what are you doing in here?” Jacob asked.
“Mommy” Maddie ran over to Anastasia and started crying. Then Noah jumped up out of
the bed and ran over to Jacob and started crying.
“What’s wrong you two” Anastasia said.
“WE MISS GRANDMA” they wailed at the same time.
“You two know that grandma is watching you right now. She doesn’t want to see her little
angels crying”
“Yeah she wants to see her babies smiling and excited about their birthday parties.”
“Yeah we don’t want a sad Barbie Princess and a sad Pokemon Catcher.”
“No we don’t” said the twins.
“Now I think its time for Maddie to go back into her room and go to bed”
“All right mommy” Anastasia took Maddie back to her room and tucked her into her bed.
“Maddie do you want mommy to sing you a lullaby”
“Mm-hm”
Hush little baby don’t say a word
Mommy’s gonna buy you a mocking bird

When Anastasia finished singing she saw Maddie silently sleeping.

“Good night my little angel” Anastasia walked out of the room an closed the door then
went over to Noah’s room to see him sleeping peacefully. When she got to her and Jacob’s room
she saw Jacob watching TV.
“Anything good on”
“Nope. Wait a sec that’s our house” when Anastasia looked at the TV she saw their house
on the set.
“We are here at the Robertson house where the famous Anastasia and Jacob Robertson
live. Earlier today Olivia Johnson was seen leaving their house. Olivia Johnson has a
restraining order against her and has been taken into the custody of the police. Shouting was
heard earlier coming from the house said their neighbor.”
“I heard shout earlier this evening then saw Anastasia run out to her car and speed away
off to her friend Caddie’s house. Then about 20 minutes later Olivia came out of the house and
then Jacob”
“Police are still unsure of what Olivia was doing in the house we’ll know more as the story
progresses” Anastasia turned off the TV.
“Olivia was here? Why?”
“She wanted to hurt you. But you had already left and she said that I had already done it.”
“How did she get in the house”?
“She dressed up as one of our maids. It’s a good thing I noticed something different about
her. If I hadn’t the she would have been able to take Maddie and Noah.”
“Well that is a good thing. Now let’s go to bed”

The next few years went by for Anastasia and Jacob and a lot happened. But something
happened one day that no one expected. Anastasia had left Jacob because he had been hitting her,
which wasn’t like him. But it seemed to Anastasia that every time she made a mistake, he would
hit her. Now she had nowhere to live. She had little money and most of that went for other
things. But one day Anastasia met someone she hadn’t seen in a long time.
“Oh sorry I wasn’t watching where I was going” Anastasia said. When she looked up she
noticed Dylan one of Jacob’s old friends.
“Dylan?”
 “Anastasia. Why are out here alone”
“I’m not sure I want to talk about it”
“Come on I’ll take you to lunch and you can tell me”
“Ok” Anastasia and Dylan went over to the local Denny’s to have some lunch.
“So Anastasia tell me what has happened to you since high school.”
“Well I went to college and got my degree in early childhood development and my
business degree. Then…” tears started forming in Anastasia's eyes and Dylan knew it was time to
go. After they paid Dylan took Anastasia back to his apartment.
“Ok now go ahead tell me and cry.”
“Then I married Jacob and we had 4 kids. But then it seems like lately he’s been hitting me
every time I make a mistake.” Anastasia showed Dylan the bruises on her arms and legs.
“Anastasia why didn’t you tell the police.”
“I couldn’t bring myself to do it so I just left.”
“Well Anastasia your welcome to stay here as long as you want.”
“You mean it?”
“Yeah. Now let’s go get some of your things.” Dylan and Anastasia drove off to Anastasia's
house to get some clothes. When they got to the house Anastasia unlocked the door and went
inside with Dylan
“Anastasia is that you” Jacob got up off the couch then ran and hugged Anastasia.
“Ow you’re hurting me Jacob”
“I was just hugging you”
“Yes but look” Anastasia showed Jacob the bruises on her arms where he had just hugged
her.
“Anastasia how did you get those”
“Like you don’t know,” said Dylan.
“Dylan what are you doing here”
“I’m here with Anastasia she came to get some things cause she’s staying at my apartment”
Anastasia went upstairs to the room she used to share with Jacob. When she heard someone enter
the room she looked up and saw Jacob.
“Anastasia you can’t be serious about staying with him.”
“I am. You think I want to stay here with you. You keep hitting me every time I make a
mistake. Then you say ‘it won’t happen again’ then it happens two days later. I can’t take it
anymore Jacob. Take care of the kids till I can find them somewhere else to stay. Call me when
you go back to the Jacob I used to know” Anastasia grabbed her suitcases then went downstairs
and left with Dylan. When they got back to Dylan’s apartment, he showed her the room she
would be staying in. when Anastasia set her stuff down she went over and gave Dylan a hug.
“Thank you”
“Your welcome anything to help an old friend. I’ll leave you so you can get some sleep.”
Dylan left and closed the door he soon heard crying coming from the room. Anastasia had taken
out a picture of her and Jacob with all their kids from when Jacob used to be normal. Dylan
decided to leave her alone. Anastasia cried herself to sleep. When she woke up she noticed she
was holding the picture. Then she started crying again. She missed the old Jacob she wished she
knew what was wrong with him. Suddenly she heard a knock on the door that made her jump
 “Anastasia you have a visitor”
“Tell them to come in” when the door opened she saw Jacob standing in the doorway. Then
Anastasia started crying again. Jacob closed the door and went over and sat next to Anastasia.
When Jacob noticed the picture in Anastasia's hands. Jacob knew what she wanted. She wanted
the old Jacob back.
“Anastasia please comes back home the kids miss you. I miss you”
“Jacob I don’t want to go home with you not after all the pain you’ve caused me. You think
my mother and Grandparents are enjoying seeing their little girl beaten every two days I can’t
stand it anymore. I just can’t.”
“But Anastasia I can change.”
“Jacob what is the problem you can tell me anything just please if there is a problem then
you need to tell me. Because if it’s something I’m doing then you need to tell me. But if you’re
just doing it to see me cry then it works. If you’re just doing it causes you hate me then your just
making me hate you. Please I want the old Jacob back the one I knew in Middle School. Not this
one” Anastasia started crying again. Jacob went over and gave her a kiss, which is something he
hadn’t done since this stage of his.
“Anastasia I don’t hate you I love you more than ever. I’ll never hate you.” He gave her
another kiss.
“I love you too Jacob but will you please tell me what the problem is.”
“If I tell you then you won’t get mad at me.”
“No please just tell me”
“Those times when I hit you I… I was drunk.”
“Jacob you’ve been drinking. But you never drink.”
“Well when I got drunk all my problems seemed to go away”
“But you know Jacob that if you have any problems you can always talk to me about them
and you know drinking is not the answer.”
“I know I just couldn’t stop once I started.”
“Well you are going to go to some alcohol groups and then we’ll get you sober.”
“All right now let’s get you home” Anastasia and Jacob said good-bye to Dylan and left.
When they got home all 4 kids ran up and hugged Anastasia.
“Alright you four go eat dinner. Mommy and daddy will be there in a minute.” Jacob took
Anastasia upstairs along with her suitcases. Then Anastasia gave Jacob a hug.
“I love you”
“I love you too Anastasia. Now let’s get down to dinner I think we’re having Grilled
Cheese Sandwiches and Chicken Noodle Soup.”
“My favorite” Anastasia and Jacob had a nice dinner. Then they tucked all the kids into bed
then went back to their room.
“Good night Anastasia”
“Night Jacob” Anastasia fell asleep that night knowing that things were going to be good
now that Jacob had told her his problem.

Chapter 28
 After Anastasia and Jacob had left Dylan knew he had missed his chance. He had wanted to
ask Anastasia out but Jacob had beaten him to it in middle school and now he had her. He wished
it were him that was married to Anastasia with 4 kids. But he wasn’t lucky like that. He decided
to send Anastasia an instant message tomorrow.

Chapter 29

The next day while Anastasia was online looking for alcohol groups in the area she got an
instant message.

DJ2006: Meet me in the park in an hour

Dreamgurl868: Who are you?

DJ2006: Just meet me in the park in an hour lie to your husband and tell him your going to a
friend’s house. Meet me at the fountain
Dreamgurl868: fine I’ll be there in an hour.

The person soon signed off then logged back on

DJ2006: just to tell you I know you we went to school together.

The person logged off. Anastasia ran downstairs to find Jacob sitting on the couch playing
videogames.
“Aren’t you too old for those”
“Your never too old for videogames.”
“Jacob where are our yearbooks from middle school?”
“Up in the attic in a box marked yearbooks why?”
“Because come here” Anastasia pulled Jacob into their room and showed him the
messages.
“I need the yearbooks to see who has the initials DO.”
“Alright come on” Jacob and Anastasia went up into the attic then found the box marked
yearbooks and opened the one from eighth grade.
“Check in the section with the eighth graders.”
“I’m not stupid Jacob” Anastasia flipped through the pages to find out that the person is.
“Found him”
“Wait that’s Dylan”
“Why does Dylan want me to meet him in the park.”
“Who knows but your going to find out now go get dressed I’ll watch the kids”
“Alright thank you honey. I know you won’t drink either because all the beer has been
dumped out and the wine cellar is locked with a combination so you can’t get in. we are going to
nip this drinking thing in the butt”
 “You love me so much”
“I know. Now come and help me pick out an outfit.” Anastasia and Jacob went back to
their room and Jacob helped Anastasia pick out a simple white dress and a pair of sparkle silver
heels. Along with a nice blue sweater
“Perfect. Now I printed out the messages take them with you show them to Dylan when he
shows up.”
“Alright I’ll be back in half an hour to an hour if I’m not back after an hour you come and
find me alright”
“Ok now go” Anastasia went out the door and headed for the park. Anastasia waited for 15
minutes before she saw Dylan come into the park

Chapter 30

Gosh she looks beautiful thought Dylan. He started walking toward the fountain. When he
reached Anastasia he said hello.
“Hey Anastasia what are you doing here.”
“Waiting for you. I think these belong to you.” She took out the paper with the messages
and showed them to him.
“Now Dylan what is this all about”
“Ok Anastasia I’m just going to come out and say it. I love you”
“Wait, what?”
“I love you Anastasia I always did but Jacob got to you before I could”
“Dylan I can’t this” Anastasia got up to leave but Dylan pushed her back down.
“Just listen please”
“Fine”
“Ever since the first day I saw you walking down the hall. I wanted to ask you out but my
friends wouldn’t have it. I wrote songs, poems, even stories about you because I love you”
“Ok Dylan you told me now please let me go home”
“Just wait” Dylan leaned in and kissed Anastasia. Anastasia pulled away.
“Dylan, get off of me I’m married”
“To some wife abuser”
“He was drunk he didn’t know what he was doing”
“Exactly if you marry me then you’ll always be happy”
“I’m happy now. Now please let me go”
“Fine but your getting yourself into trouble” Anastasia stormed off and got into her car
then went home.
“Anastasia you’re back! What did Dylan want?”
“I don’t want to talk about it. I’m going to take a nap” Anastasia went back upstairs
changed into sweats and a tank top and took a nap. Jacob shaking her awakened Anastasia
“Anastasia dinners ready.”
“What sorry I guess I was just really tired”
“It’s ok now come on your dinners getting cold”
“I’m coming” Anastasia got up and ate dinner then went back up to bed.
 Chapter 31

Anastasia slept for next 3 days. Jacob was starting to get worried. So he called and made an
appointment for Anastasia to see the doctor.
“Anastasia get up and get dressed you have a doctors appointment in 30 minutes”
“I didn’t make a doctors appointment”
“I did now get up”
“I’m going” Anastasia got dressed and went to the doctor. When they got to see the doctor
Anastasia was nervous. Jacob noticed and took her hand.
“Hello Mrs. Robertson. We are going to do a physical, blood tests, and an ultrasound. That
alright”
“Yes doctor” when it came time to do the ultrasound Anastasia was a little scared. She
hoped she wasn’t pregnant. The doctor did the ultrasound then left to get the results.
“Jacob I’m scared what if I’m pregnant again”
“Then we’ll be having more kids.”
“We won’t be able to fit in our house”
“Well you know how eight years ago you wanted to move to California.”
“Yeah so”
“Well… I bought a house”
“You bought a house in California”
“Yep it’s a mansion. 10 bedrooms. 6 baths. A big backyard, a pool, State of the art kitchen
newly refurbished It even has a view of the beach.”
“Oh my god Jacob that must have cost a fortune.”
“Somewhat but it’s ours we own it”
“Thank you, thank you, thank you” Anastasia jumped when she heard the door open.
“Well someone seems excited.” The doctor said as she entered the room
“Jacob just bought us a house in California”
“Well good news to add to more good news. You are indeed pregnant…”
“Jacob we’re having another baby”
“You mean babies”
“What?” Jacob asked.
“You are having twins”
“Another set of twins.”
“Jacob what is it with us and twins?” Anastasia joked.
“I don’t know. But we can’t move until after the babies are born” Jacob said.
“Yes I agree you should wait until the babies are at least 1 month old to move” the doctor
said.
“Ok doctor we’ll see you in a month. Wait how many months along am I”
“Your about 6 months. I can tell the genders if you want to know”
“No I think we’ll let it be a surprise”
“All right good-bye Mr. and Mrs. Robertson” the doctor left and Anastasia got off the exam
table and hugged and kissed Jacob.
 “Six kids in only 3 pregnancies”
“Yes well we have some friends to inform.” Jacob and Anastasia left the doctors office to
go to Caddie and AJ’s house. When they got there they went up and knocked on the door. Caddie
answered the door.
“Hey guys what do we owe this unexpected visit”
“We have big news”
“Alright come in then” Anastasia and Jacob followed Caddie into the kitchen where they
saw AJ sitting at the table drinking coffee and reading the newspaper.
“Hey Anastasia, Jacob why are you guys here”
“They say they have big news.”
“Alright sit down then. Do you guys want something to eat or drink”?
“I’ll have a cup of coffee with cream and 2 sugars,” Jacob said.
“I’ll just have a glass of water” AJ got their drinks then sat back down.
“Ok now what’s the news”?
“Well actually we have two things of news”
“They were right they do have big news,” AJ said.
“I’m pregnant with twins again!”
“Oh my gosh Anastasia twins again! What is it with you and twins?”
“I don’t know but I’m so happy I’m 6 months along.”
“Do you know the genders?” AJ asked.
“No we decided we wanted it to be a surprise.”
“Ok now what’s your other news”?
“We’re moving”
“Wha. What?” Caddie sputtered.
“We decided we needed a bigger house and my dream has always been to live in a big
house in… California”
“So you’re moving to California” AJ asked
“Not until after the babies are born and not until a month after that. Jacob bought us a 10
bedroom 6 bath house with a big backyard and a pool and even a view of the beach.”
“It sounds nice” AJ said.
“Will you excuse me please?” Caddie got up and went out into the backyard Anastasia
knew where she was going.
“Will you excuse me too” Anastasia got up and followed Caddie. Anastasia got to the tree
where their tree house was. When Anastasia climbed up to the tree house she saw Caddie sitting
there looking out the window.
“Caddie…” Anastasia started but was cut off by Caddie
“Why are you leaving me?” Caddie asked tears pouring down her face
“Caddie you guys can come and see me whenever you want”
“But you’re leaving here where you grew up.”
“Caddie we won’t be able to fit into our house if we stay here and have all the kids grow
up”
“Then buy a bigger house here”
“Jacob already looked if we could we would. But it’s always been my dream to have a big
family and have a big house”
“So dreams are meant to be broken”
“Caddie why can’t you be happy for me. When we were little you were always happy for
me”
“I always acted like I was happy for you but I was always jealous.”
“What why were you jealous of me”
“Because your life was perfect”
“No one’s life is perfect”
“Your was you had a mom who you could talk to when you had a problem you had a nice
house no brothers or sisters. The only reason I live in a nice house now is because AJ was rich
and because I have a good paying job. I had to pay my own way through college. Where you got
scholarships. You always got A’s I always got C’s”
“Caddie…”
“Don’t even start you know your life was always better than mine. Remember those bruises
on my arms”
“Yeah”
“Those were from my mom she’s was an alcoholic. When she died I was happy I knew that
she would never be able to hurt anyone else. Whenever she was drunk she always beat me. I
never had a good childhood. Where you had a good childhood. I always took refuge in this tree
house. Whenever my mom was really drunk I’d hide up here until she wasn’t drunk anymore. I
told my dad but he said there was nothing he could do. I always asked why he didn’t ask for a
divorce. And he always said because he couldn’t leave my mother in her state. When she was
pregnant with my little sister…”
“You don’t have a little sister”
“Exactly. My mom drank so much that when she was born she died”
“Caddie I’m so sorry” Anastasia said sincerely
“No your not”
“Yes I am”
“Why don’t you just leave I mean your already leaving anyway”
“If that’s what you want then I’ll go.”
“Fine that’s what I want, now go”
“Fine I guess this is good-bye forever Caddie” Anastasia climbed out of the tree house and
went back inside.
“Anastasia are you ready to go.”
“Yeah let’s go” Anastasia and Jacob went home and Anastasia immediately went upstairs to
their room and wouldn’t leave for the rest of the day. When all the kids were in bed Jacob went
into his and Anastasia's room to see Anastasia watching TV.
“Anastasia do you want to talk about what happened between you and Caddie.” Anastasia
started crying. Jacob went over and put his arms around her.
“She didn’t want me to go. I told her I wanted to go. Now she doesn’t want to be friends
she said ‘why don’t you just leave I mean your already leaving anyway’ ‘if that’s what you want
then I’ll go.’ ‘Fine that’s what I want now go’ ‘fine I guess this is good-bye forever Caddie’ that
was our whole conversation. She doesn’t even want to talk to me. I’ll never talk or see the only
friend I ever had.”
“Anastasia why don’t we go over there tomorrow and sort this all out. I’ll call AJ and have
him set it up.”
“All right anything to get my friend back” Anastasia stopped crying and turned off the TV
and fell asleep. The next day Anastasia and Jacob went over to AJ and Caddie’s house to solve
Anastasia and Caddie’s problem.
“Caddie we have company” AJ said when he entered the living room. Caddie looked up
and saw Anastasia and Jacob.
“Hello Jacob”
“Hello Caddie”
“Hello Caddie” Anastasia said. Caddie said nothing back.
“Ok Caddie, Anastasia and Jacob are here to figure out what happened yesterday and for
you and Anastasia to become friends again”
“She doesn’t want to talk to me she said yesterday and I quote ‘I guess this is good bye
forever Caddie’ so she doesn’t want to talk to me”
“Yes I do. The only reason I said that is because that is what I thought you wanted to hear.”
“What I wanted to hear is ‘oh Caddie I won’t leave I’ll stay. I can’t leave a friend’ but you
said the exact opposite”
“Caddie you know we can’t stay here there just isn’t enough room.”
“Find a house here with enough room”
“Caddie I’ve looked everywhere in Washington. But there is nowhere for us to live that is
big enough besides this is Anastasia's dream why can’t you support her”
“Because I just can’t” Anastasia suddenly feeling pain
“Jacob”
“What is it Anastasia”
“The babies they’re coming”
“What they’re early”
“I know now get me to the hospital”
“Alright sorry guys we need to get her to the hospital” Anastasia and Jacob ran out to the
car. Jacob sped off to the hospital. When they arrived they admitted Anastasia immediately
because she was having premature babies. When Jacob saw AJ and Caddie come into the waiting
room he went over to them.
“Is Anastasia going to be ok?” AJ asked.
“Let’s hope she doesn’t have a miscarriage. Caddie you know if she does have a
miscarriage it’ll be your fault”
“How is this all my fault”?
“Because of all the stress you’ve caused her”
“Yeah right. Maybe she shouldn’t have kids if she can’t learn to control her stress.”
“Well if you weren’t such a brat maybe we wouldn’t be here now”
“Guys stop it.”
“No AJ I won’t stop cause this is your wife’s fault and you know it”
“Ok Jacob now you’ve gone too far. Come on Caddie we’re leaving” Caddie and AJ left
the hospital and Jacob knew he wouldn’t be hearing from them in a long time. About 13 hours
later the doctor came out of Anastasia's room.
“Hello Mr. Robertson. I’m Dr. Dewitt”
“So how is Anastasia?”
“Well she is doing good. Her and the babies will have to stay here for about a week
because of the babies being premature that way we can keep a close eye on them to make sure no
problems come up and if they do we’ll find them”
“Good can I go see her now”
“Sure just down the hall”
“Thank you doctor” when Jacob walked into Anastasia's room he saw Anastasia sleeping.
Jacob walked up to Anastasia's bedside and sat down in the chair in room and grabbed
Anastasia's hand.
“Hello Jacob”
“Anastasia how are you feeling”
“My back hurts but that’s all”
“Well I’m glad your feeling ok. Did you get to see the babies?”
“No I fell asleep right after I gave birth so I have no idea” just then the doctor walked in.
“Hello Dr. Dewitt” Anastasia said.
“Hello Mrs. Robertson. I need to just check to make sure there is nothing wrong in your
birth canal then we’ll bring your babies in and name them. Can’t have nameless babies can we”
“No we can’t” the doctor soon left and a nurse came in with the twins.
“Here we go 1 boy and 1 girl.” The nurse handed the boy to Jacob and the girl to Anastasia
then left.
“Oh Anastasia their so cute”
“Now time to pick out the names. Let’s see we have a Madeleine Josephine, a Noah
Zachary, a Michael Joshua, a Jessica Michelle, and now I think this little boy should be Chad
Oliver, and you pick the girls name.” Anastasia said.
“How about Gabrielle Taylor.”
“Perfect. Now we have one big happy family with six kids. A Madeleine Josephine, a Noah
Zachary, a Michael Alexander, a Jessica Michelle, a Chad Oliver, and a Gabrielle Taylor I love
it.”
“Ok Mr. and Mrs. Robertson I need to take the kids back to the nursery.”
“Alright here you go good-bye my little Gabi and Chad.” The nurse took Gabrielle and
Chad back to the nursery.
“I love you Jacob”
“I love you too Anastasia. Now get some rest”
“Good night”
“Good night Anastasia” Anastasia fell asleep within minutes and Jacob went over and sat in
the armchair in the room not wanting to leave Anastasia. The next morning Jacob woke up to see
Anastasia watching TV noticing that she had already eaten breakfast.
“Good morning sleepy head”
“Why didn’t you wake me up and what time is it”
“It’s 10:30 and you looked too cute to wake up. Plus did you know you snore when you
sleep very loud I might add. You sound like a roaring lion.”
 “Thanks honey I love you too”
“I love you too. You should go home and take a shower and get some clean clothes. You
are a mess”
“Ok I’ll be back in about half an hour”
“Ok good-bye”
“Good- bye” Jacob left the hospital and went home unaware of what was awaiting him
when he got there.

Chapter 31

About 10 minutes after Jacob left Anastasia got a knock on the door to her room.
“Come in” Anastasia heard footsteps and soon saw Josh standing in the doorway.
“Oh no what are you doing here”
“I’m here to get my wifey”
“Well your wifey’s not here cause I’m certainly not your wife.”
“I got papers here to prove it”
“Yeah right I never got married to you. We both know that and anyways even if I was to be
married to you it would be void because I’m already married, happily with 6 kids.”
“Wow Jacob’s gotten you pregnant 5 times good for him.”
“No 3 times actually. I had twins every time.”
“Oh 3 sets of twins. Now anyway about our marriage.”
“Like I said what marriage”
“Take a look at these” Josh handed Anastasia the papers he had in his hands. When
Anastasia looked at them she saw that one was a marriage certificate and one was a paper
showing that Jacob and Anastasia's marriage had been annulled.
“What these have to be fake. Because these are not my signatures and you know it.”
“Yeah but the government doesn’t”
“You forged my signature. Besides the marriage would still be void because you’re married
to Olivia.”
“Look at the other paper” when Anastasia looked at the other paper. She saw that is was a
paper saying that Josh and Olivia’s marriage was annulled.
“You jerk” Anastasia reached for the in case of emergency button but was stopped by a
threat from Josh.
“Push that button and you won’t live to see another day” Anastasia heard footsteps out in
the hall but Josh didn’t seem to notice. Anastasia hoped it was someone coming into her room.

Chapter 32

To Anastasia's wish was granted because Caddie had heard everything that Josh had said.
Caddie took off to the nurses’ station and told them to call security because there was a man in
room 523 and he had a weapon. The nurse called down and was able to get 10 security guards.
When the security guard came up to the floor Caddie showed then what room it was and they
told Caddie to stay back. They went in and then came out 2 minutes later Josh in handcuffs and
one security guard carrying the weapons a gun and a knife. They told Caddie it was okay to go
into the room. When Caddie went into the room she saw Anastasia sitting on the bed crying.
“Anastasia” Anastasia looked up and saw Caddie standing there.
“What do you want? As if my day weren’t bad enough my friend has come to yell at me”
“Actually I came to say I was sorry and I shouldn’t be so selfish. But if you want me to
leave I’ll leave.”
“No it’s just me and Jacob aren’t married anymore”
“What happened”?
“Josh happened look at these” Anastasia handed Caddie the papers.
“Wait Anastasia look at the date on the wedding certificate”
“Yeah so”
“This was signed 4 days before the marriage annulment.”
“Which means”
“That the marriage to Josh is null and void. You guys aren’t really married. You can prove
this signature is fake! Just get your certificate from you and Jacob's wedding and put them next
to each other then you can prove that the signature is forged because they’ll be two different
signatures.”

Chapter 33

Then next few years went by for Anastasia and Jacob. They got remarried and had a real
wedding this time. But everything went wrong one rainy day. Anastasia and Jacob had a big fight
and not to long after they got a divorce.
