Please allow me to write out a bit of it, so that we can be very clear on the issues,
and also for those who might not have too much time to go and listen...

The word Genocide was coined by Raphael Lemkin. He wrote a paper in 1944 and used this
term to explain his view and his analysis of what Hitler's Germany was doing to the Jews
and the Gypsies of the time, himself being a Jew. His argument in this paper is very strong,
and cannot be argued.

The United Nations Genocide Convention was articulated in 1948. It proves that 'Canada'
and the 'United States' conspired to commit Genocide, and there is no going around this.
There is no argument or excuse(s) to be made...

In this paper, he explains that the physical act of Genocide, killing people, is rather marginal
and certainly unnecessary... But the most important aspects of Genocide, the most serious
ones, are the cultural and social 'life attacks'...

The United Nations Convention on Genocide states the following:

Article II: In the present Convention, Genocide means any of the following acts committed
with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group as
such:

A) Killing members of the group.

B) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group.

C) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its
physical destruction in whole or in part.

D) Imposing measures intended to prevent birth within the group.

E) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

"Well, you can dispute a lot of things about and within the Residential Schools, but you
CANNOT dispute section E. This is EXACTLY what the Canadian government legislated.
This is EXACTLY what the Canadian government instructed the RCMP and child welfare
agencies provincially to carry out: "Go and take the children away from their parents, from
their communities, and put them under the control of the churches." So, the Canadian
government not only legislated it, but the churches implemented it."
If you look under ARTICLE III, which immediately follows, stated very clearly:

The following acts shall be punishable:

A) Genocide

B) Conspiracy to commit Genocide

C) Direct and public incitement to commit Genocide

D) Attempt to commit Genocide

E) Complicity in Genocide

And ARTICLE IV says:

Persons committing Genocide or any of the other acts enumerated in ARTICLE III shall be
punished, whether they are constitutionally responsible rulers, public officials, or private
individuals.

So, according to this, all the members of the government are all guilty of participating in a
Genocide, and all the members of the churches are all guilty of participating in a Genocide.

"The other thing that is left out of all this is that COVERING UP A CRIME IS ALSO A
CRIME."

"The 'roadblocks' that the Canadian government continues to throw up, to the understanding
that what happened in the residential Schools was GENOCIDE, ... is COMPLICITY."
