Interaction with the wor*in staff revealed that, they have health complaints such as aller y, s*in diseases, fever / cou h, *idney problems and even cancer. Sol"tions -. !ll the three )ecord rooms are to be provided with Pressurised Ventilation system coupled with e(haust facilities to eliminate settlement of dust, or anic impurities, odors and to meet the minimum fresh air requirement of the Staff. 'he Ventilation system will consist of Pre3filters, <ine filters, $entrifu al fans / ductin to supply fresh air in to the premises. 1(haust fans shall be provided to evacuate the contaminated air and to maintain air circulation. 'he space requirement and cost details for the same are iven in !nne(ure =II. 2. 'he followin measures can be under ta*en to reduce the severity of the problem63 a. !ll the folders are to be dedusted. 0edustin can be done by usin damp rubbin .
