waspartoftheconspiracythatthedefendantsandtheirco-conspiratorswouldanddid:a.purchaseanddevelopaparcelofpropertytoserveasthemainstagingareaforhousingandtrainingpitbullsinvolvedintheanimalfightingventureandforhostingdogfights;2
b.establishakennelnametorepresenttheanimalfightingventureindogfightingcompetitions;c.purchasepitbullsforuseindogfightingcompetitions;d.trainandbreedpitbullsforparticipationindogfightingcompetitions;e.traveltootherlocationsininterstatecommercetoparticipateindogfightingcompetitions;
f.
sponsorandexhibitdogsinanimalfightingcompetitionsininterstatecommerceinvolvingdogsthathavemovedacrossstatelines;g.providefundingfortheexpensesassociatedwiththeongoinganimalfightingventure,includingimprovementsontheproperty,dogfood,medicine,travelexpenses,andpursefeesfordogfightingcompetitions;andh.developtheanimalfightingventure'spoolofpitbullsbytestingthefightingprowessofdogswithintheventure,providingveterinarytreatmentforinjureddogsslatedtostaywiththekennel,anddestroyingorotherwisedisposingofdogsnotselectedtostaywiththeongoinganimalfightingventure.3
