Information to the Public: Periods of Heavy Rains at times are expected.

Medium: (60%) Mtwara, Lindi, Pwani, Dar es Salaam, Tanga, Unguja and Pemba isles, Arusha, Kilimanjaro and Manyara, Mara, Mwanza, Simiyu, Geita and Kagera regions This is due to enhancement of rainfall making mechanism over the areas mentioned above. Residents of high risk areas, Ocean users and Disaster Management Authorities are advised to take necessary precautions. Recent rains and the expected rains are the continuation of Masika rains over bimodal areas. TMA will continue to monitor the situation and issue updates when necessary.
