RE: Zernik v Livni et al (2689/13) - inspection of court file
Dear Sir/Madam:
On February 20. 2014, I filed with the Office of the Clerk of the High Court of Justice Notice of
Inspection in the above referenced file, where I am the Petitioner. [1]
I was told that the file had been removed to the archive, and would be available for inspection
within 2 weeks.
Today, 4 weeks later, I called the Information Center, to confirm that the file was back in the Office
of the Clerk, ready for inspection. However, I was told that the file was still in the archive.
I will call again in a week, hoping that the file would be available for inspection a quintessential
part of the right for Fair Hearing.
