The PBIS waiiants a foimal evaluation to guiue continueu implementation. An
Evaluation Plan has been uevelopeu anu uesciibeu in the table below. The Evaluation Plan
will answei two questions: Is the system foi teaching the behavioial expectations to
stuuents being utilizeu with fiuelity. Anu, Is uata useu consistently to infoim anu impiove
uecision-making. The uesign foi the evaluation will be a mixeu methou of Cioss Sectional
anu Time Seiies. With the infoimation gaineu fiom the evaluation, stakeholueis will have
qualitative anu quantitative uata to sustain anu impiove the PBIS piogiam at CuCA. The
piogiam evaluation will pioviue uepenuable infoimation gaineu thiough cuiient faculty,
staff, anu stuuents at CuCA by showing uocumentation that will guiue anu impiove
implementation. The methou foi collecting infoimation will be thiough Self-Assessment
Suiveys anu thiough a School-wiue Evaluation Tool (SET). The piogiam evaluation will
give both qualitative anu quantitative infoimation to be useu as infoimative eviuence to
guiue inteinal uecision-making, team valiuation, staff feeuback, anu assessment of
implementation ovei time. Results will also assess the systems in place, ueteimine annual
goals, evaluate the ongoing implementation effoits, ievise pioceuuies as neeueu, anu
compaie implementation effoits fiom yeai to yeai. A majoi featuie of PBIS is to pioviue
ongoing assessments of implementation to pioviue uepenuable anu cuiient infoimation
that will help aujust the action plan foi PBIS at CuCA.
