The clerks have a sworn duty to protect Liberty that presently rests on life support and to deliver this memorandum to the recipients listed below. The press like-wise has a civic duty to inform the People under the 1st Amendment to protect Liberty and to deliver this memorandum unto the People. If the American press continues in their bias to distort or to ignore vital information necessary for the survival of a free people then the press is no longer free nor is America. When the press has a duty to speak and they remain silent it is a chargeable wrong doing. Any orchestrated or deliberate interception of said communique is a chargeable dereliction of duty, a conspiracy, and an obstruction of justice. The People have a right to know the truth, and what their servants are doing in their public capacity as servants. If your superiors try to intercept truth you need to ask yourself why? This is an urgent message concerning Acts of Treason, Fraud, RICO and Conspiracy at the highest level. These acts are perpetrated in plain sight, unseen because oath-takers are derelict of their duties, due to ignorance, by corporate design, and conformity by non-attendance of their duties thereby searing their discernment and placing the People whom they have sworn to protect in jeopardy. by the people that any replacement of the same by fiction is violence to the Constitution and treason against the sovereign People and to inform the good People of Maine of the unresolved crisis in our country. If said violence continues, it will result in a True Bill of removal by the will of the People of all state Supreme Court Judges, Clerks, and Officers of the court. Elected supreme court judges, court clerks, sheriffs, bailiffs, and county clerks took an oath to obey and protect the Constitutions of the nation and state. If they do not understand them they should not have taken the oath; ignorance of the law is no excuse and will not be permitted. Laws are made for men of ordinary understanding and should therefore be construed by the ordinary rules of common sense. Their meaning is not to be sought for in metaphysical subtleties which may make anything mean everything or nothing at pleasure. Thomas Jefferson to William Johnson (1823). Our founding fathers did not write legalese, but plain English. They did not write the Bill of Rights to be qualified, licensed or ignored. All people have standing when it comes to redressing grievances. All people have a cause of action when they have been injured. Governments will be as just as our courts and we the People thereafter. Our courts will be as just as the laws they uphold. Our courts represent the morality of the People. The very meaning of Justice is synonymous with Virtue (Blacks Law, 4th) which flows from God alone. Laws established by God are eternal, perfect and natural. Theyre called Natural Law a.k.a. Common Law so-called because it is common to all men.

New York is ground zero A major grassroots movement that started in New York with the constituting of its first Common Law Grand Jury on July 18, 2013, has taken America by storm spreading to 48 States in just a few months by people keen on setting the brush fires of freedom in the minds of men. Lysander Spooner, author of Trial by Jury (1852) said: any government that is its own judge of, and determines authoritatively for the people, what its own powers are over the people, is an absolute government of course. It has all the powers that it chooses to exercise. There is no other, or at least no more accurate definition of despotism than this. Thomas Jefferson in writing the Declaration of Independence said: That to secure Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. It is the People (by Grand Jury) who consent to government. To dismiss the Common Law Grand Jury is to dismiss the Bill of Rights and reject our founding document the Declaration of Independence. The Common Law Grand Jury is an unalienable right protected under the Law by the Fifth Amendment. Common Law is synonymous with Natural Law which can never be codified or supplanted, for Common Law is our American Heritage, born of the Declaration of Independence. In a stunning six to three (1992) Decision that went unnoticed until now, Justice Antonin Scalia writing for the majority said: The grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles.

It is a constitutional fixture in its own right. In fact the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people... Our Founding Fathers presciently thereby, created a buffer the people may rely upon for justice, when public officials, including judges, criminally violate the law. The common law of the Fifth Amendment demands a traditional functioning grand jury It is in effect a fourth branch of government governed and administered to directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the Bill of Rights. Thus, citizens have the unbridled right to empanel their own grand juries and present True Bills of indictment to the court, which is then required to commence a criminal proceeding. Furthermore, on Constitutional Issues the rulings of the United States Supreme Court are the Law of the Land (unless repugnant to the same) and therefore over rule all State Supreme Court rulings.
