The Great Gatsby Scenes Not Seen

After reading the novel, you should be able to remember several instances when the narrator, Nick, refers to events or conversations he does not observe firsthand, which are nonetheless important events related to the lives of the main characters. In this exercise, we examine what probably happened... Directions: Perform a reenactment of a 7-to-10-minute scene that is based on something Nick mentions during his narrative but does not show in its entirety or describe in detail. Be creative about creating costumes, or attire, appropriate to the characters. Be true to the details described in the novel. Do your best to use the voice, mannerisms, and movement that best showcase the characters and their emotions during the scene. This can be videotaped if preferred, must be in disc form. A typed script is due prior to the performance.
