Ref. # HR/CONT/3786/2012 Subject:- Contract Letter Dear Mr. Naveed, With reference to your Bio data and recent interview, we are pleased to offer you permanent employment as Bancassurance Relation Manager, Bancacassurance Department at Soneri Bank Limited, Karachi w.e.f August 28, 2012 on the following terms and conditions.
1. This contract will for permanent position. 2. Your monthly salary will be 40,000/- plus commission (details will be provided to you by your concerned department). However, the company reserves the right to make all performance based decisions to present compensation structure. 3. You duties and responsibilities will be laid down and intimated to you to any of its Branches/Offices on the same terms and conditions mentioned herewith. 4. The company shall be at liberty of any time during your service to transfer you any of its branches/offices on the same terms and conditions mentioned herewith. 5. During the course of your employment with the company you are not allowed to commit yourself to any paid or unpaid activity. However, if you wish to serve voluntarily, you may do so after seeking prior permission from the competent authority. 6. In case, at any stage one or all of your submitted copies of your degrees certificates or automatically deemed to be withdrawn and your services shall be terminated accordingly. 7. The management services the right to check references and verify them from previous employees. If at any stage, they are found to be false/fabricated then it reserves the right to revoke your appointment letter, with immediate effect. 8. During employment with Jubilee Life Insurance, strict confidentiality of information of account holders is to be maintained. Strict disciplinary action will be taken if found guilty of breaking code of conduct of information.
