Fatma Erna : Hi Erna, why do you collect many Nursing Books? : Ohh. Hi Fatma. I am collecting the Nursing Books for my collection. Fatma Erna : What do you mean? : Yes, actually my hobby is collecting Nursing Books and Read it. Fatma Erna : Why do you like collecting Nursing Books? : Because I like to see the unique pictures of the Cover and very important to my study. How about you, what is your hobby? Fatma Erna : I think I dont have hobby. Should we have a hobby? : Not really. But in our lives we must have something we like most which is Fatma Erna Fatma Erna called hobby.

: So, hobby is a pleasure. Then, I think I have a hobby now. : Of course, so what is your hobby? : I like to read Novels especially Harry Fotter. : That is your hobby. Reading Novel. Do you have all of Harry Fotters collection?

Fatma : I can never reach you when I call you in the afternoon. Your cellphone is always off. What do you do after studying Batari Toja? Hendra : I work as a part-timer in a Javanese restaurant. Fatma : Marsha : What time do you finish work? Hendra : I finish work at 6 in the evening, but I sometimes work until 9.00 Fatma : Do you ever relax? Hendra : Oh yes, I sometimes relax with friends in the restaurant kitchen, but it is when Miss Soimah is not around. Fatma : Who is Miss Soimah? Hendra : Shes my boss Fatma : What do you do when you get home? Hendra : I hardly ever go strait home after work. I have another job. Fatma : Oh, really? You are so busy. What do you do when you finish work at the restaurant? Hendra : I go to Miss Soimas house after the restaurant. I go there three times a week. Fatma : What time do you go home from Miss Yamagatas house? Hendra : If we start at 7, we finish at 9. Fatma : Do you ever start after 7? Hendra : Yes, often. We rarely start at 7 actually. We often start after 9.

Fatma : If you start at 9, what time do you finish? Hendra : At 11, sometimes until midnight. Why? You sound jealous. Fatma : I am jealous. You are my boyfriend, you know! Hendra : Not anymore. I love someone else and I think she loves me too. Fatma : Who? Who is your new girlfriend? Hendra : Miss Soimah, of course

Do you think we can go Copy My Task first? Sure. First we'll go copy your Task and then we'll go to the library. Lisa Fatma Lisa : : : Are we going to walk or by Motorcycle? The weather is really nice today. Let's walk. The weather is good now, but I think it's suppose to rain this afternoon. Fatma : Alright, then let's take an umbrella. Is your brother coming with us? Lisa Fatma : : No, he's still sleeping. Wow, it's already 10:00AM. He must have been up late last night. Lisa Fatma Lisa Fatma : : : : Yeah, he didn't come home until 12:00AM. I hope he can come later. I hope so too. I'll give him a call when we get there. How do we get to the library from here?

Fatma : Musdar : Fatma : Musdar : Hi Mus. Hey Fatma, good to see you again. How have you been? OK, I didn't sleep much last night though. I stayed up until 2.AM studying for an exam. Fatma : I was up late last night too. The semester is almost over. I've had exams all week. Musdar : Are you going back to Town after you Finished your study in Batari Toja? Fatma : I think so. After I finished my Study I'll probably go back home and try to get a job. Musdar : Fatma : Musdar : Do you know where you'd like to work? Not yet, but I want to be a Nurse. That'd be really cool. I'd like to be a Nurser too, but I don't think , May be I will continue my study First. Fatma : Don't worry about that. Your knowledge is better than most of my classmates. Musdar : Fatma : Thanks. Where are you going now? I'm going to study at the library. I have to take an exam tomorrow.

Fatma Neni : I want to return these four books. : But two of these were due on Monday. You're late by three days. I'm afraid you'll have to pay the fine. Fatma : Oh yes, I know that. But ... I was sick and have not been able to come to college these four days. You condone the delay under special circumstances, don't you? And my sickness is a special circumstance, isn't it? Neni : Yes, it is. But you should talk to the librarian. My duty is just to charge the fine if it is due according to the rules. Fatma : Very well, I'll see the librarian. Fatma : I want to improve my English but I am unable to do it as long as study at Batari Toja Academy. Mr. Andi Fatmawati : What is the problem? : I hesitate while speaking. Sentences do not come in my mind and I just fall flat. Mr. Andi Fatma Mr. Andi Fatma Mr. Andi : Do you practice grammar? : I practice now and then. : You need to practice it daily as it will help you in speaking. : How will it help me? : Sentences will automatically come in your mind if you know grammar as grammar will help your mind construct sentences as a result you will be able to speak with out hesitation. Fatma : My friend practices grammar daily still he is unable to speak fluently. What is the reason? Mr. Andi : Only having the knowledge of grammar is not enough. We need to practice speaking daily to master the language. How many hours does he speak? Fatma Mr. Andi : He does not speak much. : How can you expect him to be a fluent speaker. I advise both of you to speak English very often. Be sure soon you will be

fluent in English speaking. English is very easy language and can be learnt. You just need to put your sincere efforts. Fatma : Thank you for your valuable suggestions. I will act upon your advice

In this conversation two new college students have an introductory talk and become friends. They are sitting in the library. Fatma Irna Fatma : Hello! May I know your name please? : I am Irna . And whats your good name please? : My name is Fatma. I am glad to talk to you. I recently took Nursing Academy. Irna : I am also a new student. I have taken Midwifery. Have you liked this college? Fatma : Definitely. It is a reputed college. I appreciate (admire, praise) it for its strict discipline and good Lecturers. Irna : I agree. Library of this college is also impressive. It has a lot of useful books. Fatma Irna Fatma Irna Fatma Irna Fatma Irna : Yes, it is true. Where do you live? : I live at Jl. Majang , and you? : I live at Jl. Majang too . What are your parents? : My father is a Teacher , and So is My Mother. : You have well-educated parents. : What about your parents? : My father is a businessman. And my mother is a housewife. : What are your hobbies?

Fatma : Hey Wan! Whats the problem with you? You always reach Campus late. Wawan Fatma : I am really in trouble. I cant sleep at night. : I have heard you may be fired. You are not doing your Task efficiently. Wawan : During the Campus period I feel sleepy, thus cant do my Task properly. I am helpless. Fatma : If you are able to get good sleep at night your problem will be solved. Wawan Fatma Wawan : I want that but I cant. Probably it is Gods curse on me. : You must do something otherwise you will spoil your Attitude. : I even tried pills. They made me sleep at night but caused headaches during the day. So I stopped taking them. Fatma : Pills are temporary solution. I am giving you a few tips to solve the problem permanently. Wawan Fatma : Please tell me fast, I am dying to get them. : Tip first: take physical exercise twice a day. Tip two: Do meditation for a few minutes before sleeping. Tip three: Spare at least two hours on every holiday to pursue your hobbies. Your problem will be solved after a couple of weeks.

: Why are you so sure? : Because I myself had insomnia (sleeplessness) last year. And I still follow these tips.

: I shall do what you have told. And if my problem is solved Ill write a blank cheque for you.
