Dear Presiding Justice Grunis:
Upon review, I realize that I do not have in my possession valid and effectual
copies of the records in reference.
The copies in my possession are not signed by the Justices, bear a disclaimer
"subject to editing and phrasing changes", are not certified by the Clerk of the
Court, and came with no accompanying letter (authentication).
Therefore, I request that the High Court of Justice provide me with copies of
these record:
a) Signed by the Justices;
b) Certified by either the Chief Clerk (pursuant to the Regulations of the Courts-
Office of the Clerk, Regulation 6a), or the Magistrate of the Court (pursuant to
the Courts Act, Article 1 05a), and
c) Served with an accompanying letter (authentication).
Relative to the certification itself, I kindly request that the wording comply with
the Regulations of the Court, "True Copy of the Original", and that the name and
title of the person, who signs the certification be clearly printed under the
signature.
