160 victims of human trafficking have been identified in Kentucky. Of these 160 victims, 94 were trafficked as children. The youngest victim was 2 months old. The average age among trafficking victims in KY is 21 years old, with the most frequently occurring age being 17 years old. 200+ victims (some from other states or trafficked in other countries) have received services (housing, advocacy, medical care, interpretation services, food, therapy services , etc) through KY Rescue & Restore Coalition agency partners More than 21,000 individuals in Kentucky have been educated about human trafficking

There have been 25 State and 2 Federal charges/ indictments in Kentucky on human trafficking. There have been 2 State and 2 Federal convictions on human trafficking crimes, all related to sex trafficking. Several state cases are ongoing. At least 4 additional human trafficking cases have been charged/convicted on charges other than human trafficking.
