SKIP PULL

This technique allows us to gain a lot of ground very quickly, and


keep our eyes on the LB’ers. It is very similar to the carioca steps
we do each day in practice.

1st Step: Step with BackSide foot directly behind the PlaySide foot

2nd Step: Drop Step with PlaySide foot gaining width and depth

3rd Step: Crossover

Run keeping shoulders square to LOS and eyes on the LB
