6. One LMO application may be submitted by an employer for any number of TFW positions for a particular occupation (ie Welder). LMOs related to hiring a skilled worker for a permanent position (arranged
employment opinion) are not included.
7. The information appearing in this table may differ from those reported in previous ESDC releases. These differences are adjustments to administrative data files as normally occur over time and reflect
refinement in methods of calculation for the purpose of increasing accuracy in the way the information is presented.
4. The LMOs selected and sorted for their respective durations of employment are based on their declared durations. Service Canada reserves the right to issue and extend an LMO longer than originally
requested
3. A four-digit NAICS code is assigned to each employer based on the employer's primary business activity. This table only shows the industry sector at the two-digit level. The NAICS classification may not be
linked to the specific occupation of the TFW. NAICS 31-33 was selected for this report, which covers the Manufacturing Industry.
