Where Did It Go?

Raju searched for it under the bed.
While Bholu
searched for it in
the vegetable
patch.
Dinesh took his
scooter and went
all over the world
trying to find it.
Raju even looked inside the trunk, if he could find it.
Bholu took his
dog, Moti, to go
and search for it
together, because
he had heard that
dogs were great
finders.
Dinesh searched for it near the
moon and among the stars.
Raju asked his sister, Did you see it?

Yes, said his sister with a smile, while she skipped off to play cricket with her friends.
Bholu asked Dadi,
Do you know
where it is?

Yes I know said
Dadi with a smile
as she continued
to swing.
Dinesh tripped and fell down, and
got hurt.

But his brother quickly came to his
rescue and carried him back home
on his back. And then Dinesh
realised.
Ah!, said Dinesh to his friends Raju
and Bholu, I found it, I know where
it is.

Where, where? both of them
asked.

Right here in our heart, replied
Dinesh with a smile. The love we
were all searching, is always
present in our heart, we just need
to remember that.
